I will start off by saying I do not have a loan with this company - however I have dealt with them as they consistantly call my work place asking for someone that no longer works here - and when I tell them not to call here any longer they give me personal information regarding this person - that seems like a HUGE breech of privacy right there - so beware - if you do buisness with this company - they will contact your work and they will most likely give out personal information from your account. Seems very unprofessional to me.

NEVER EVER GO CLOSE TO THESE PEOPLE. They are not human. They are Evil on earth. They tell you something and do totally opposite thing. I co-signed a loan through them for my friend who was in need and although he almost paid double of principal (3000$) they still want 5500$ more otherwise they threaten to take me (the court-signer) to court. Look what kind of evil you will deal with. 11500$ for a 3000$ loan. I would give negative star if I could.

Never get loan from them. They abuse poor people with bad credit situation. First they reject them. Then they tell them if you bring a co-signer we will give you loan. Then they make those people to go ask their fiends to sign for them. Then they will give you totally false info about the loan. They tell you it is a short time loan so if you pay within 2-3 months you will only being charged few hundred dollars interest. But in reality when you go to close the loan they will ask more than double on principle amount even in less than a year. THEY ARE LIARS.

Very sketchy! I filled up the online application and got an email saying I was preapproved then I was contacted and asked to send my personal document like SIN number and ID then someone emailed me back saying “For the time being…. We are not processing the loan for ON province …. Sorry for your inconvenience” ok? Why didn't you say that before collecting my personal data?

Whatever you do, do not apply for a loan from them. They say they help people with bad or poor credit but in fact do not, they decline you bc of your credit score. STAY AWAY!

I applied a week ago. I am still going through processing and now I have been awaiting an email response for over 24 hours. No one is responding to me. I called the Winnipeg or Manitoba office and spoke with someone who directed me to call the person on my email and then this person I talked to literally hung up the phone with no good bye or anything. Just hung up. Very unprofessional. I have dealt with several lenders before and never experienced anything like this in my life. I'm actually speechless.

Very difficult and make arrangement to their billing and payment department. No email confirmation if they agree or disagree about my payment arrangement. They just ook money with out any heads up

Just sent them everything they asked for plus more and they ended up saying they needed to call my employer to verify my employment when I sent them a job offer. Don’t work with these guys!

Very poor experience dealing with ignorant staff that are incapable of proper communication. They would benefit from learning proper business procedures instead of damaging client relations.

Not the best customer service.loan officer didn't respond to emails, when called I was told they'd look into it then hung up on before all of my questions were addressed with no time frames provided for a return call.

Don’t be in a hurry…i was approved 3 days ago, signed the docs 2 days ago and the loan hasn’t even been funded yet

Don't ever ever deal with these people! They are worse than loan sharks. They triple the price of any loan, with their nonsence extra fees. They also don't always follow the dates you ask payments to be taken, even if you sign forms to change it. I have also found out they lied, my account was never reported to the credit bureaus as they promised, they told me it would help build my credit, they lied. I have an email proving they screwed up and it never got reported. Don't Ever ever deal with them as they are liars. I can hardly wait til the government Delas wither cheating tactics

These guys are pretty good. I needed a loan to cover some car repairs and I was approved. Bit expensive but it all worked out and I’m happy.hossain helped me to get that loan.

From the start with this company, I had issues three different employees telling different things. Saying the payments will be coming out my account than the other employees saying it’ll come out of both or the other co-signer account so we had no clue who’s account it was coming out of, even when they took it of one account claiming their was no money and than proceeds to take it out of my account. And than saying theirs nsf fees when they took out the money? And saying I haven’t payed in over a year and saying I lied and not apologizing for their mistake. How does that make sense their getting double the payments and saying I missed a payments. Also why can’t you make an option to go down in person to make payments so you can make sure the money is taken and not this BS they claim. For months I have been asking how much I have left to pay off and not getting a response or telling me which account it’s coming from, as far as I know it was supposed to come out of mine but still taking out of the other account. Scam of a company, I regret ever coming to them. Been a living nightmare from the start. The only way I would recommend this scam of a company is one Lower the fees or no nsf fees and keep only ONE employee on the account loan and not constantly changing employees so you have no idea who your dealing with. Or two make it an option to go down in person to make payments so you can make sure the payment is made. So needless to say avoid at all cost, if you need money go somewhere else easy financial is down the road or money mart, anywhere else is FAR better than this nightmare of a company. I will not do father business with them once this loan is payed off. Scam of a company!

AAR verified my information, and once approved It took a while to receive the funds.alomost 7days.been a customer for more than 4 months now, and been able to pay off bills, which improved my credit rating, and I was also able to take care of some unforeseen emergencies.loan officer hossain was very helpful.

Very shady business. I know more than several people that have gone there and were not told about sign up fees, or liens being put on their house without their knowledge. One lady went in, didn't end up getting one penny from them, but they had her sign application document and had a cancellation fee if $6000! They put a lien on her house, and she had to pay. Stay far away.
