Academy Dental Group provides friendly professional service and I always feel well taken care of. No cavities!

My girls and I have been going here for a while now and they are always professional, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to get your pearly whites taken care of.

The dentist was great with my 14 month old. He hurt his tooth and was in pain, but she made the whole experience very pleasant. Baby was very happy the whole time.

Rene is the BEST! If you have dental anxiety I would recommend this place and Rene she cleaned my teeth without freezing and this is unheard of! Calm patient and kind thanks guys!

Ian are the greatest hygienists.
These guys are friendly and kind. But most of all they do not hurt you when you are getting your teeth cleaned. Both are very attentive of your comfort.

Monique is an excellent hygienist, I have been her patient for many years and have always appreciated her sense of humour and especially her professionalism.

Lovely staff, assistants, and Dr. Fayad was very personable and great at explaining everything! They helped us feel at ease during our son's frenectomy.

Dr Shek his assistant Dora and all staff at Academy Dental are the best. I have been to many dentists trying to find one that makes me feel comfortable and that I can trust. I had just one visit the other day at Academy Dental and I must say that I feel at home here. All the receptionists are so inviting and funny. Dr Shek is personable and extremly knowledgeable in his field. He is reassuring and honest. He has empathy and does not judge. They have top notch equipment, seriously they even have their own photographer and a 3D scanner. All the staff are highly educated, very professional with a sense of humor. The practice is very clean and wait time was minimal. For the first time I can honestly say that I am looking forward to my next dentist appointment. Keep up the great work Academy Dental.

Was in the hospital for 4 months and couldn’t brush my teeth very much. I asked for a cleaning & they wouldn’t use anything to whiten my teeth. Bad dentist and insanely sadistic to feel the need to punish someone after having an injury that caused brain damage. After posting this originally I was called and screamed at by the offices receptionist, they told me “I’m not welcome as a client” no I never want to be in your dental office with power hungry maniacs who feel the need to scream and yell at people with brain damage over the phone. I can only imagine how miserable her love life is, if it’s even existent. I hope you guys atleast find a new receptionist who doesn’t scream and cuss at clients for posting a review. She should also seek mental help as I am doing after being screamed at by her.

Friendly, safe, comfortable environment. Best of all they are the best with understanding and coordinating different insurances.

Booked an appt for an emerg visit on a day when other offices were closed. The staff was friendly and efficient and the attending dentist was thorough and explained what was happening with the tooth and options for dealing with it. Overall an excellent experience.

Would be a 5 star, but it's still having someone drill in your mouth. In my opinion the staff and dentists outshine polo park dental by a couple of miles

It was my first visit at Academy Dental and I was really concerned about my 9y/o daughter since she was going through a tooth extraction. The doctors were so kind and caring with my kid. It’s a great experience visiting them.

I have not felt confident about this mouth… ever, this clinic has really made me into such a happier person. After suggesting a night guard, it only took a couple days for tension headaches that had been there for years to go away. Truly I am beyond grateful for how lovely everyone in this clinic has been, not once making me feel shameful for lack of previous care and honestly… making me feel so much better. From the front staff to assistants, hygienist to dentists, everyone is friendly, helpful and informative to deal with!

All the staff are 100% professional and work their best to make your visit quick and as pain free as they can.

Best dentist experience I've had. This dental office was recommended by 2 other moms when I was looking for other options for my 6 year old. He'd already had 2 abscessed teeth, 7 silver caps, and multiple cavities, yet his regular dentist was still telling me this is just normal.

Dr. Cheryl Wiebe was so incredibly helpful. She gave me some alternative options for my son's latest dental problem - a third abscessed tooth. She explained the previous dental work my son had gotten done, which no one else had done for me. She gave me real clinically proven advice for preventative care and shared what she uses with her son. She wrote instructions out for me in detail and gave me her direct contact info so I can contact her any time I need help. The office sold us special toothpaste to balance mouth pH and prevent cavities and Cheryl gave me a recipe for xylitol mouthwash with some information about the research behind it. They even got my son to do his first x-ray (he refused at the other dentist and covered his mouth).

It went so great that I think I'll be switching to get my dental work done there too, even though I've been going to the same place since I was a kid.

I always feel that my concerns are taken seriously. Always feel a thorough job is done cleaning and great attention to my particular set of teeth. Friendly staff, compassionate and serious Dentist. Excellent hygienist. Been going to this dental office for 28 years and always had a great experience, even as a cash paying customer. Definately 5 Stars

This is a wonderful dental group and I am so thankful that my new husband set me up here. I had some very traumatic experiences with dentists in the past because I have a very strong gag response if anyone touches my upper mouth. As a result of this, it was very difficult for me to have ex-rays. But also I have very sensitive gums and needed freezing to do any work with cleaning my teeth. My husband shared my fears before setting me up with my new dentist group and I have had nothing but wonderful treatment there. The staff are wonderful and my fears were taken seriously and dealt with. Prior to my first dental appointment I was of course very nervous and the night before I had a dream of an ex-ray machine that could do ex-rays outside of my mouth rather then inside. When my ex-rays were due to be done I was first offered the inside one and I had to explain why I couldn't have that. But then I was offered an alternative which turned out to be exactly as I had dreamed of-a machine that did the ex-ray outside of my mouth! I was wowed and so very thankful. So my experience at Academy Dental Group has begun to heal my terror of visiting the dentist. I can now relax and trust that everything I need is being considered and dealt with and all is okay!

Dental hygienist Denise always puts me at ease and does an excellent job with cleanings etc. All dentists are excellent. Highly recommended!

The staff are very professional, give plenty of time to ask questions and for follow up. The COVID-19 policy and procedures in place make me feel safe and that they are doing everything to protect clients and staff.
