Used this heated storage for 15 years. Everything stored was in the exact same condition as when it was put in there.

I've used Access Storage for the past few months. It's safe, secure, and clean. I would recommend this place if you need to make some space to declutter.

If you have questions and concerns, Christine is your go to. She's very informative and friendly.

Access storage provided reliable and fast service for temporary storage. Tiffany was friendly, kind, and accommodating while I required a temporary storage facility. I appreciated all of the information that Tiffany provided and the adjustments made while I moved. The only concern thatI had was that there was a green large trash container that was set up right in front of my unit which made it difficult to move my stuff in and out of the unit. Anyone who gets a B outdoor unit should inquire about this and not ask for these units unless you get a discount as it causes a lot of hassle if you need to get into your unit.there is not enough room for someone to drive in and out without you having to move your vehicle. Thank you Access Storage for the amazing and friendly customer service!

The personnel was very warm and informative. They gave us directions to our location on site and even volunteered to accompany us there.

The staff at access storage were extremely helpful. The space is clean and it is easy to access. I rented and 558 space and I can drive right up to it. I appreciate the security including cameras and the lighting it did not make me feel uncomfortable to go there later at night, once again, I appreciate all the help. I have been given at access storage

Recently I rented a storage locker at the Lowson location in Winnipeg. Tiffany was amazing. So accommodating and helpful. Actually everyone was super nice. The unit was clean and easy to get in and out of. Totally recommend Access!

Access Storage on Lowson has to have the best service I have ever experienced. I my first time renting a storage and I had the pleasure of being helped by the assistant manger Dahiana Gomez. I would like to give a huge shout out to the ladies (Amme & Tiffany) for their amazing customer service going over & beyond being very transparent with their services, fees, tour, and contracts making my move from my previous storage locker a stress worry free experience. They were very accommodating, and able to work with my budget. Overall I am very impressed with the facility with the cleanliness, security, and airtight sealed units it has to offer.

Also I really want to give high praise to Tiffany as well for stepping out of the office to checking my unit after I had moved in. I had been away getting my padlock as I had forgotten it, and she noticed it had been missing making sure I was going to be having the unit locked before closing. So yes 100% I have full faith in trusting the staff, and will be a long term customer for as long as I need storage. Thank you so much, it's very greatly appreciated.
