Rating diminished because a longtime senior customer is still OVERPAYING for a 5x5 locker, and whats even more stupid is the fact that they REFUSE to change the payment dates to match customers paydays. But still feel prtty safe leaving belongings there lol

While the price is a little high, the workers are friendly, the units are nicely sized, and the safety is top notch.

Giving 3 star because i was stranded at the floor, kept calling for help no response. Stayed stranded at the elevator for close to 30mins. Had to call their help desk, help desk had to call the floor manager or so, no response. I was calling the emergency button, but it wasn't working. Please fix it. And this is the Higgins location in Winnipeg.

Access storage has a wonderful team of staff! I had a positive interaction every time I went into the office. The storage units are clean and secure. You are only able to get into the storage unit during office hours but they are open on weekends. I had complete peace of mind leaving my belongings there for a few months.

Went in to inquire about their services & pricing.spoke with brittney, and she was super knowledgeable and friendly.would recommend going to this location solely to deal with her professionalism.great customer service!

I think this business should offer a senior's discount. As far as I know, they don't. That's all.

Wife and I went down to book storage last min as we had a leak at home, Brittney was fantastic and showed us few different sized units. Office was busy and she didn’t make us feel rushed at all, the customer service she put out was very welcoming.

Access storage on 345 Higgins has nice staff who are quite helpful when deciding on a unit size etc.

Access Storage on Higgins has been very helpful to me. Affordable, centrally located and easy to use, I am able to pop by and store or retrieve what I need quickly and easily. The space is clean and always feels safe, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have dealt with Beckham and regional manager Christine, and their customer service is exceptional. Highly reccommended!

I use a walker to get around and had not checked to see if the Higgins location had a ramp to the storage units and office. It didn' t. I figured I could manage the 5 steps with my cane, as long as someone else shifted my walker for me.
Well, it didn't come to that. My driver, Joseph, ran up the stairs to the office and an Access storage person (whose name I've sadly forgotten) came out and did all the paper work with me never having to leave the car, so that everything was ready and accessible to my movers when arrived two hours later.
An altogether painless, and efficient transaction. I would recommend Access Storage to anyone who required some storage space. Their other locations tend to be at ground level without stairs for others who are similarly handicapped when it comes to stairs.

Outstanding customer service! The man who works in the front office, Tyler was very helpful and has such an incredible attitude. The process of getting a storage space couldn’t be easier and more simple, and the Costco membership got me 4 weeks free and a free cargo van for my big move.

Do not use. My locker was broken into and nothing was done about it. Horribly managed. I will never use their service again

After renting since October 1st, 2015 Access Storage made me move the entire contents of my storage locker to a different unit from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor on February 1st, 2020. It was a tremendous inconvenience.

I've bin there for 20 years now. Very happy with the staff. Gd people! The first 15 yrs were great, no break ins, good security and the rent didn't go up at all! Then new management took over and wanted to improve the experience. Up date the building with more newer type storage lockers. They brought in boxes and covers to purchase for your use (if required). Made an easy to use entrance door. And probley a mess of other things I never heard of to up grade the building. I always had a good experience while there until the rent started going up every year because of all the renovations they chose to do (normal building maintenance & them trying to make more storage area). It was just getting too pricey for me. Sorry I had to leave. I did have a good experience while I was there tho!

Got a really good deal when i moved in and also they charge me for just 1 week when i was looking to take my items out. All in all I just paid about $50 and got a secured unit inside the building. I highly recommend them to everybody. Ask for Love and Jatinder!

Cheapest rates here as i called bunch of places in town.friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave us a really good deal when i rented. Will definitely use this again whenever we need storage. Must visit and see Love and Jatinder!:)

With horrible weather, I asked if they would be willing to accommodate the fact I was running behind and not able to get there before the place closed. Flat out refused to wait. I ask for a refund on my admin fee, however I'm informed they failed to inform their fee is on refundable. Request a call back from the regional manager and just like another review states, it went straight to voicemail. Manager even had the nerve to say I was disgusting because I called their customer service disgusting. What type of manager escalates the situation further? After saying I'm taking this as high as it needs to go, I'm told "go ahead" then I'm told I'm yelling when I'm actually just someone who has a loud forceful voice. I said if you wanted to hear me yell ill come down and show you what yelling is. What is the response? Ok I'll yell back at you! How is this acceptable?

Shady shady shady! I referred someone there and was suppose to get a 100$ referral cheque.it took months to get and then when I finally got it was only 50$. The staff lie blatantly to your face and gave me the run around.they harrassed me daily looking for someone who used me as emergency contact without my permission.they are all rude and inconsiderate people working there. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this place.not to mention the bedbugs I seen in the building.not the same good place it use to be.it's a shame.

I had no problems with your services and yes i would recommend your services too someone else in the future
