The staff made the move in and move out process comfortable and easy. The billing process is easy to understand and there is no pressure to remember the monthly renewal due to reminders.

The facility was clean, easy to navigate and met the needs of the time there.

From the phone contact to the in person contact at the Paramount office, service has been exceptional. The culture does seem to be focused on customer satisfaction. Exceptional experience to date, resolved any issues.

My uncle and I were waiting for someone inside to get the keys to the storage unit while the on-site manager backed into our truck and hit us. She did not say sorry but just got out and started blaming the whole thing on us, swearing. She would not even give us her license info. Then one of the other employees tried kicking us off the property.
So we just went to U-HAUL down the street and we had no problems.
Will never come back here again.

The unit was clean and the appropriate size for my belongings,  and the courteous staff patiently addressed all my inquiries during move-in! They even came up with a way for me to pay less,  and they gave me a one-month discount as well. Highly advised

I called and inquire for the vehicle storage. Avani was the one I talked to and she is very knowledgeable, professional and nice and very friendly. She answered all my queries and she informed me everything I need to know. She reserved the storage for me right away so I went to the place the next day to check it. Then, Jenny was the one who processed all the documents when we came in. She is also very nice, friendly and very accomodating. She greeted us with a smile as soon as me and my brother entered the room. All the staff here are very awesome and they treat all their customers nicely. I definitely recommend them!

Darlene was a very caring and understanding person who helped us deal with my late family members property. She was accomadating and helped us make the right decisions. Many thanks.

Access storage was great! They set me up with a locker on the spot. Upon going there the locker was too small for my stuff, and the staff were great in finding me a locker that fit all my stuff.

Had a great experience here. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quick service, knowledgeable and organized. We had a temperature controlled unit and the accessibility was convenient, unit came with pallets to keep beds and such off the floor.

A storage unit is a wonderful thing! Wish I'd discovered this sooner. These folks were great - easy, secure, no hassles. Location is easy to access from many parts of the city and price was good.

The ladies at Access Storage north are awesome. So kind and happy and accommodating! Darlene was awesome with communication and was so quick to come up with solutions when our movers showed up with a huge truck (bigger than normal moving trucks) that wouldn't fit in to get near our unit. She immediately got us a new unit near the entrance. Everything about the process has been great.

After yet another less than pleasant experience with uhaul and desperate need for immediate storage space, I went to the familiar Guard on Inkster. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and the patience of an Angel. She made sure I found what I needed, made me feel welcome and safe (not only for myself but for my belongings). I would highly recommend going with Access Storage. If you want to deal with kind people and great customer service, Access Storage on Inkster is where you will find it.

I have had nothing but a great experience at Access Storage at the Winnipeg North location! From the moment I stepped in the door I was welcomed with a smile and all my questions got answered with no hesitation! Very smooth transaction when getting set up. While my life is in entire Chaos my visit here was smooth and easy. Has a good selection of moving supplies at reasonable prices. I find their prices reasonable. Yes there are some who are cheaper but read their reviews. Some have big security issues. No security issues here, nice and secure. Access Storage is fully recommended.

Great place for storage and they actually have enough pallets for everyone to keep their stuff on the ground. I move alot of customers to this storage and I can not stress it enough get blankets to cover your furniture when it goes in storage!

This place was wonderful, they set me up with a locker on the same day I called, and they were very informative and helpful. I had the unit for 2 months and it was easy to use. Nothing bad to say about this place. Everything is well maintained and clean, and the Office Lady's are beyond friendly and helpful. Thank you soo much. I absolutely love this place my house is a clutter and every day I walk around I feel smothered. With the Pandemic happening and depression and feeling like there is no end.

We used this location for a year and I must say it was a very convenient and easy experience. They are very customer focused, and Darlene and Brianna made all of our move in and out painless. The facility is very well maintained; even after a year, our things were clean and there were no bugs through out. They are very secure as well. I am really happy with the level of service. We moved our belongings here after a break in at mcphilips uhaul. So happy with the service we were given and the peace of mind our items are now safe.

I would highly recommend Access storage. The staff is wonderful to deal with and go the extra mile. They keep the hallways in the locker area clean. Along with there’s never an issue when it snows getting into the locker doors. A 5 Star location around.

Thanks to Access Storage Storage for responding to our request for a heated storage space to continue to fill shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. These shoe boxes include school supplies, hygiene products, toys and clothes/shoes. Last year, with the help of my Elf Friends, we packed 957 boxes. The growing success of our project meant i could no longer manage it out of our home. Access Storage has made it possible for us to grow this project so that we can reach even more children in need around the world. My mother was hospitalized and needed to move out of her apartment by mid January while a pandemic was going on. Being in northern Canada I was not sure what to do, but figured a storage locker would be the best alternative. I needed something cheap enough to store things for an extended period, but also wanted them to be secure given that no one could check on them. Access storage was a great fit. The pricing was perfect and the fact that its a gated compound gives me peace of mind. The locker actually has held more than we imagined. The security seems secure. The staff are very friendly and professional. We are very happy we chose access storage paramount over other options in the Winnipeg area

The access storage unit we use the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. If a problem occurs eg break in they help you fill out necessary paperwork and keeps you aware of what is going on and lots of emotional support. They are on top of what needs to be done and prompt to get started.

Darlene/Maggie & Crew at this location were fantastic to deal with. The upkeep at this location is tip top. The customer service is fantastic. Everyone was very polite and easy to deal with. On top of all that, 24hr access. Very recommended!

I have never used a storage company before, when I walked in the door the staff was extremely friendly, everything from the size of locker to prices were clearly explained, I knew I was in good hands. Emails for payment were sent with invoice attached for print.

I only needed the locker for two month and when I emptied the locker and was ready to check out again I was amazed how easy and simple their process was.

I truly recommend this company Access Storage to Anyone looking or need a place to store what they need to for any length of time.
