Please be careful with this repair shop. I brought my vehicle for a safety inspection and automatically it failed! I ask them about the detailed information why it failed and they couldn't give out a proper explanation. They just gave me and invoice and handwritten what ever parts needed to be replace together with a repair estimate. And you wouldn't believe your eyes if saw how much they we're asking! They didn't even gave me the Vehicle Safety Form stating of the damages and what needs repair or replacement and the reason why it fail the safety. Knowing all this, I tried to explain it to them but language barrier of course and they wouldn't do anything about it. And so I tried to call MPI Vehicle Safety Line and found out that this shop isn't authorized to do a Vehicle Safety Inspection since 2021! Isn't that great! First they try to mislead you that they are authorized to do safety inspection and they then they try to rip you off with the repair cost! And what's worst they told me if I will go back to them to do the re-inspection they would charge me $50 even though it is still with in 30 days period! Crazy! I believe in Karma so good luck! Just sharing my experience so that you guys would never go near to this repair shop!

So my daughter lent her car to a friend, her friend experienced overheating and stopped at a service centre and was told of a leak. Then it was taken here where they proceeded to change the thermostat and housing. They said they tested the fan and everything but the car over heated the very next day. I had a friend (mechanic) check it over and he discovered that the fuse for the fan was burnt. Changed the fuse for ten bucks and no more issues. I called to see if they would at least do something to soften the blow of a 720$ cost. But sadly they did not.
Bad business on their part, good business would have been” sorry sir let me give you an oil change”or something. I’m not trying to take advantage of them, just trying to get them to do what’s right.
All they did was argue.

Don’t trust this place. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner takes advantage of his customers.

LISTEN! If you ever go to Accuracy Vital PLEASE SPEAK AND DEAL WITH SHENG! He knows his stuff and is the only honest mechanic I have ever seen in Winnipeg! I highly recommend you see him.

Attempted to book two vehicles for inspections. They asked questions and wouldn't stop interrupting to let me answer. Chaos right out of the gate. Did not book with these people. Would've given a 1/2 star if that was an option.

$240 between the seller of my truck and I for a safety inspection when the average is $150. I used my mechanic for the part replacement, got second and third opinions from cumulative 60 years experience and the replacement parts they required to pass were completely frivolous. "obvious gouging" was their words

Always honest, never feel like they're trying to rip me off in fact feel the exact opposite! Took my car in last time and they didn't even charge me for code reading.
