Ya was there with a friend. He's having a ladder locking rack (that was purchased there) installed. I've been there a few time over the last few years and I must say that the staff was there to help, pleasant people too & found out what I needed to know and found what I was going there for!
If your looking for truck accessories from lift kit's to floormats they got it! And if it's something that needs installation ask and you will find out if that's feasible.

Had what I needed to get for my truck and installed the new parts for me. Also the place was warm and friendly and ready to help you with what you need to get done.

Fast and friendly staff. Unfortunately I got into an fight with a customer because he parked his truck on the parking lot line and the other truck was parked close to the one and only available parking stall. So I parked my truck close to the truck parked on the line. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to get put. I refuse to use the 2 handicap stall.

Always excellent customer service, but their store brand equipment is falling behind in quality with the equivalent big brands. Warranteed a tonneau cover for a minor issue. The new replacement was a disaster. They should have stuck with first design. Now they leak at each fold.

Bought a 2017 Sierra Denali and these guys made my truck exactly how I envisioned it. Everything from a Tonneau cover, truck bed liner, mudflaps, floormats and a rear seat cover to protect the leather from our 2 dogs. Thank you very much Action for doing what you do so well! I will be back!

First time ordering with this company. Car module arrived within two days to my door which is fast. But item appears to have been used, box opened, dirty fingerprints on everything. I would be hesitant to order from this company online versus other similar options these days.

Awesome customer service. Had a broken piece on my tonneau, went there to get a replacement part thinking I would have to get one ordered in. Luckily they had one in stock in the back and I was able to grab it.

Yesterday I cleaned the interior, paid $ 207$ the job was not 100% good but could be better, front and back passenger seats -> were not cleaned well.   Hopefully next time the work will be done excellent

Emailed about a product they had advertised a week before i put the dep down, got a response that the product was in but an attachment had to be ordered in and I have to go put a deposit down, which I did in person. So I put the dep down on a Wed and was told that the attachment would be in early the next week and they would install everything when it comes in and will call me as soon as it arrives and to set up a date for the installation. So next week arrived and DID NOT hear from them at all so I called the store Friday to see what was going on and they said they would find out and would call me to let me know everything. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur n Fri came and not one call or email to me from them, this now almost 3.5 weeks after i ordered and about 3 weeks after i put a deposit down. Terrible customer service, no response or they don't call you back! Never go do business with this company again, took my business elsewhere.

Have purchased and had installed different truck accessories here over the last few years and have found Action to do quality work at a reasonable price. I was fully supported by a manager during a request for a warranty claim that one of the product companies did not want to honor and the request was granted thanks to his help. For such a huge place, the guys were super chill. Very easy to deal with, and they really know how to take care of you! I would definitely shop there again, and recommend them to everyone I know looking for accessories to spruce up their vans or trucks!

Would highly recommend! From the moment I walked in the staff was very helpful and knowledgable and helped answer all of my questions. I've had a lot of bad experience with local companies selling me junk and having no clue what they're doing. These guys are definitely on top of their game. I would give 5 stars but the running boards I bought there keep rusting. Their customer service is great, they have replaced them twice at no charge but I'd rather have ones that don't rust immediately. I suggest they stop selling sub par products, then I'll give them that 5th star.

Great selection of upgrades for my vehicle. Like the fact that they install what they sell and do excellent work. Only one question? I was left a tag by the installer that said you get Air Miles withAction. This was never mentioned by the sales counter staff nor was I asked if I was a collector. Have I miised something?

They seem to sell good products for quite competitive prices. Rock auto could barely beat their price on a trailer hitch/wiring kit for my f150, if you take shipping into account, action has them way beat. I plan to buy a few more accessories for this truck, and action has won my business. Highly recommend for pickup truck accessories!
