Always a great experience here. Lots of selection of great toys. And the staff is very friendly and makes for a comfortable experience

There is a lady working named Jenn. She is a scammer. Bought stuff from me and didn’t pay for it. Not responding and blocked me.

The store has a lot of stuff but only thing is that they got sales reps watching you all the time whereever you go, they make you feel uncomfortable and intimidating, reminds me on how annoying the Best Buy used to be with their stuff, you barely walk in and they are all over you already.
I would suggest to give your customers some private space, I'm sure if anyone has a question they will find you and ask you, no need to watch them like a hawk.

Super friendly staff, they don't make it awkward and never pressure me to buy anything! It's a safe space and a judgement free zone! Would recommend!

I was a little nervous walking in. The customer service rep. E Galijas was an absolute delight. I was giggling like a little school boy, looking at his first playboy magazine. She made me feel comfortable and I really appreciate that.

Friendly staff, I can be open and honest to what I need and appreciate that they do not make me feel judged.awesome.the down side is that if u purchase a product especially an expensive one like I did, it's not so easy to return a product when it malfunctions or didn't work from the start.embarressing. And put of 150$ I highly recommend becoming a customer because their products last a very long time. I also recommend not buying battery operated products because within time you will be broke and your family will get frustrated trying to find batteries for their remotes. Now if your lie me and luv the pleasure to last for many hours I suggest buying two of the same chargeable products because one will be charging as you are using up the power with the other. I have not been more satisfied. Thank you Adem and Eve. The only store that I know of that exist in Canada is Winnipeg.

First entered the store, with friends and others along, all of us are above of age legal to enter. Though the worker thought it would be appropriate to yell “Can you come and check these kids id’s” to her coworker. Very disrespectful for yelling plus calling us “kids” not a great way to welcome new guests to your store

Bad first experience with this company. False advertisement on their website. They claim to ship sooner than what it is. Would not recommend.

Trying to return toys and other clothing items would not be something I’d expect. But some enamel pins that we were sold under the wrong price. They offered to exchange only one but quite frankly if they care more about the $90 for 3 pins more then the $100s we were about to spend again in their store, we can go to love nest
