I had a 2012 Mazda for sale. CJ (Mr. Cyril John Peredo) clearly explained the Adesa sale process.
He kept me informed about the auctions results. My car sold in a few days. The sale price was above the reserve price. CJ then arranged prompt payment.
I am very satisfied with the results of the car sale. CJ was very helpful throughout the sale.
The office staff were very pleasant and helpful too.

These people are literally criminal. This is the shadiest auction I have ever been to. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a front for something.

Great staff and top rate service. The pricing is completely reasonable, and better yet you never have to set foot on their lot. Staff are professional and follow through on commitments. I would highly recommend for quick and hassle free sale of a vehicle. CJ Peredo thoroughly explained the process and what to expect when the vehicle goes to market. Tremendous value in my opinion. If considering their services call and ask for CJ.

Worst customer experience ever. Val and her other female colleague (a short redhead wannabe) were arrogant, rude and condescending. Their act of racist so-called "micro-aggression" was palpable - a pair of useless "Karens".
With that said, the front desk female receptionist was professional and nice to transact with; however Val and her sidekick were exceptionally horrible - making the experience as a whole, infuriating and useless.
There's a good reason why ADESA is located in Stoney Mountain, it's because they're criminal.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Even if it was the last place on earth, I'd drop the earth on their face. Customers BEWARE!

I don't recommend any dealer buying a vehicle from here. They don't stick to their promises and policy. Their arbitration system is just a scam. They never answer emails and just ignore you. Specially the manager Ryan.

I had a car shipped from Toronto to Winnipeg and they were fabulous. Great communication and customer service. I highly recommend them!
