Terrible service! Had a rented U-Haul trailer that got a blown-out tire 30KM west of Brandon (second blow-out on a rented U-Haul trailer in a month). U-Haul roadside service agent approved us to leave the trailer safely on the side of the road and said it would be picked up (all on U-Haul recording). U-Haul decided to tow trailer to this dealer and the dealer went ahead and charged us a $400.00 "wrong drop-off location" fee.even through the trailer had a blown tire and we were approved to leave it at the roadside. Do they expect someone to wait in the middle of nowhere with two dogs for hours to "hope" the repair will come in a reasonable time? The last blow-out it was already 5 hours until I told them I would drive an hour to get a new trailer myself since no repair came. This dealer simply pointed the finger at someone else and said "nothing we can do, Winnipeg traffic office told us to charge this". The least they could have done is to try to fight to do the right thing. Absolutely crooked business practice at its best.no sorry for your troubles, no discount on the rental (even got charged an extra day due to the delays caused by the blown tire) and no willingness to help resolve situation. Can't believe in "friendly Manitoba" this is what customer service has come to. Totally dishonest, corporate thievery.

Todd, and the man at the front desk, were very helpful, I didn't know entirely what I wanted and they didn't seem to be too annoyed by that. They gave me all the information I needed and helped me exactly as I needed it. I recommend them, and I am happy that I'm going to be doing business with them.

Rented a U-Haul to tow my father-in-law's Harley-Davidson FXSB Breakout. The connection for my trailer lights was not working and it was bitter cold out in the March 2023 winter storm. The Service representative was extremely helpful and came out to help test the lights and make the connection work. We ended up putting a new fuse in my lighting circuit. He also chained the brake and the trailer emergency chains on properly and brought out some straps to keep the hooks from coming dislodged from the chain.

I've rented a U-Haul and trailers from these folks a few times, and each time I'm in and out quickly.

The equipment is usually in great condition, the prices are reasonable, and the folks here are just friendly and accommodating.
