I got my first pedicure today (it’s been a long time coming haha), and had Irina as my esthetician- she was wonderful & very friendly! Would recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Great experience at Ai Nails every time I visit. They are very accommodating, friendly, and do a great job on my nails. It’s clean and I’ve always been able to get in for an appointment when I want to. Love that it’s close to my neighbourhood too!

Michaela was great. The lady who helped me choose a color.wish I knew her name.was super nice as well. Great pedicure.

I have been a long-time customer of AINails - Southglen location. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends. The service I've received has always been outstanding. Their staff are so welcoming. For the second time, my shellac pedicure was done by Kaeli. She is amazing! She is so friendly and takes her work seriously - attention to detail is second to none. She has a customer for life.

I have never been here before and went today as someone had gifted me a pedicure. The staff at the door was snotty and ignorant. I was asked why I was standing at the front counter when I went in. The selection of regular polish Color’s is quite limited. They have a lot of dark Color’s but not many bright ones. The person who did my pedicure was nice but hard to hear. When she was done she told me to wait 20 minutes for the polish to dry. A few minutes went by and someone came to tell me I had to move out of the way. They needed the chair. I went to move and the chair slipped making it difficult to get up. The chairs are on quite a high platform and the floors are slippery…especially when you are wearing goofy feet protectors and toe separators. I moved to the front in the waiting area in a flimsy chair… I went to pay “oh…right.the gift card” is how I was greeted. I paid and said thank you. My nails were not yet dry.they are ruined. All the shuffling around was nonsense. I will never ever go back. I still have funds remaining…but I will not return to a place that makes people feel so unwelcome. Their “spa pedicure” tan me nearly 50 bucks…all to be ruined. Never again. Came home and painted my own…

Prices for services are not too bad compared to other mail spas and has been generally well kept on previous visits. The employee who did my mini pedicure for me was gentle, professional and friendly. Will return again

Absolutely wonderful with Vita. Relaxing, excellent work. The foot and leg massage was one of the best I’ve had. Very clean professional facility and close to home.

I wanted a chrome shellac. The person who did my shellac was not familiar on how to do this. She polished and removed multiple times. She finally did it with the help of a senior person. My nails was not fully covered with the chrome color. The saloon ran out of the color I wanted and this person removed the whole shellac and put a close color. Still not the same. I shouldn’t have been charged for the chrome. I paid $25 extra ($5 discount only) for this and as far as I see it I should probably remove it next week cause there are still lots of deficiencies. Not at all satisfied!
** update on this review: after 2 days, they called me from ainails and booked me a free appointment to get my nails fixed. Marhareta at Bridgewater location is very professional and corrected the issue. Happy with her level of work.

I really enjoy coming here. I've seen a few different girls and I try to book with Kaeli or Trish. They are both very thorough, detail oriented and do a great job on my nails. Also super friendly. I also find the front desk receptionist, Cheryl (?) very professional, polite and always attentive to the cleanliness of the salon.

This used to be an Almond Nails location and is now Ai nails. I was gifted a gift card from Almond and then the business changed (I believe same owner but business name change) and I was told I could still use my gift card there. I called and they say they don’t accept. So now I have a mani and pedi gift card I can’t use. Certainly won’t be bringing my business there after they took our money and didn’t give us the service.

Amazing job! Chloe was very thorough and gentle with shaping my short nails and removing cuticles. It was my first time with builder gel and shellac and she answered any questions I had very nicely. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

I had a lovely experience at AiNails. Anna did an amazing job on my nails and paid special attention to getting the exact shape I wanted I left there feeling well taken care with the most beautiful nail set! Definitely recommend this place

I enjoy OUTSTANDING service at this most clean, well ventilated, stylish business. There are so many products and colours to choose from including very exclusive brands. I brought my husband for a pedicure and he was so happy with the results that he can’t wait to return. All of the staff are outstanding. I love Muneeba for my nail service as she is very precise and knowledgeable. The new hot towel service for nails is a nice added touch! The shop is locally owned by wonderful people. Every effort to maintain safety for all clients is conducted. You are in really great hands at Ai Nails!

When I say my experience was fabulous, I mean FABULOUS! Chloe, my nail tech, was fast and detailed giving me the exact nails I gave her a photo of. I recently broke my foot and am navigating on crutches, and everyone there was so helpful and attentive. Absolutely loved this salon, will 100% recommend — also, see Chloe for the best gel nails I have had in awhile. Loved her!

I love my nails, they are beautiful and neat.it was done by Daisy. She was really sweet. When I told her that I was in a hurry, she went above and beyond to make sure she finish quickly. She was really nice to talk to and I got to know that she used to live in Boissevain, which is close to killarney where I live.

Staff are very quiet and don't have much to say. The lady that did my pedicure was incredibly fast and didn't put much effort into her work. Poor scrub and massage. My feet don't honestly feel that great. My heals are still scratchy!

I was very unhappy with the nail line art I received but I hate to complain.it was definitely not worth the $15 charge for a few ugly lines on my big toe.

I've had better experiences at this location, this time it wasn't so great.

Sabrina gave me a great Sport Pedicure! I will definitely be coming back for another one in the future.

I went the the Southglen location and my nails have never felt and looked so good. She did a really good job of throughly cleaning my cuticles and shaping my nails, she was very patient with me and kind. If you’re looking for a clean salon with good quality products and professional staff - Ainails is amazing, and I’ll be back!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure, the design I have on my toe is not what I wanted, she did not have enough time to finish my manicure, I had to leave and she wanted me to come back 2 hours later for her to finish my manicure, this is unexceptable for anyone to receive this kind of service, I will never go back to Almond Nail Bar, considering I had an aappointment.

We had booked an appointment two weeks prior for 5 of us to go. I had showed them a picture of what I wanted done to my nails for a wedding which was a French ombré with gold sparkles. I was told that they did not have time to do it. Not only did I book this appointment but they left me sitting at the front for 25 minutes past my appointment time (they had different technicians for us all). So needless to say I am not impressed. The technician didn’t have much to say but did her best to get my nails close to what I wanted. They also told the bride who booked the appointment that they didn’t have time to do French tips on her toes. THE BRIDE. Will not be going back. I am giving two stars because my technician at least gave suggestions in how I could come close to the nail colour I was going for which was very much appreciated. However based on the time I had to wait and the time they didn’t have for my nails, they seem quite disorganized. They should have booked enough time initially.

Really enjoyed my experience at Ainails St. Anne’s Rd! I got my nails done by Jules, and she gave me exactly what I wanted and my design just the way I imagined it:) I would highly recommend getting your nails done by her!

I go to the Brigwater location and have not been disappointed yet. My last trip I seen May and she did a great job! I would definitely continue to see her. She took her time and gave me exactly what I had asked for.

I had a fabulous first experience at AI Nails @ their Southglen location today.
My nail technician, Kaeli did such a great job with my pedicure. Everything was amazing from start to finish and I enjoyed our conversation throughout the process!
The first thing I noticed when entering was how insanely good the salon smelled and how clean and appealing it was.

I will absolutely be coming back in the near future

I’ve gotten many mani pedis but let me tell you this…
If you are in Winnipeg, book your self a shellac mani pedi (especially nail art) with Sara ASAP. She was patient and very thorough.
I’d say this is by far the best mani/pedi / nail art I’ve gotten in a very long time. I love my nails and I’m going back again in a couple of weeks!
The salon was also very clean with friendly staff. Overall a 5+ experience.

This place is always clean and feel that they sterilize and do a good job on my pedicure. Always good staff.

Have seen Sara twice now. Her work is top quality, she is fast and meticulous. I love this salon! It is clean and peaceful.and did I mention CLEAN? ! It is spotlessly clean. Looking forward to my next visit!

FAN-TAS-TIC. Of course everyone's struggling with dry hands right now, after a fresh manicure I can say my hands feel great! Frustrated on not finding that perfect color polish? You will never be again with the amount of color options here. Something for everyone! AND THEY STAFF, just lovley people. Over all GREAT expetience

Hidden gem in town. The hydrafacial service by Bing is superb! My skin feels so clean, breathable and hydrated after each facial. A life-saver in Winnipeg winter.

Nice people good service clean modern place. Very gentle on ticklish toes and my nails look great! Lots of compliments.

I have not been to a spa for 18 months due to Covid. I felt perfectly safe going to this spa. They followed all protocols and were very clean. My experience there was great! And believe me when it comes to spas or nail salons I’m VERY picky about sterilization and cleanliness! They autoclave their instruments which is very important to me. This spa never disappoints with that. Always clean, professional and on time. Will definitely go back! Kennedy did a great job which wasn’t easy after my feet had an 18-month sabbatical!

I got my LCN nail done today with Chole. She is the best! I'D GO BACK THERE AGAIN =D the staffs very nice and very clean place. My nail is very beautiful and I love it so much. Highly recommended! The service was exceptionally wonderful from beginning to end. The salon is extremely clean and follows all of the safety protocols. My service was offered by Bing, and she was so kind, professional and made my nails look absolutely perfect. I got a full set of dip powder nails done and I fell in love with the final results! I showed some Pinterest photos of what I wanted, and Bing recreated exactly what I had asked for! Amazing. Front desk was also very helpful and generous. I would most definitely return here!

First schellac pedicure since last May 2020. All COVID precautions were in place and the shop looked well cleaned. Contact tracing and screening in place.
My experience was great, efficient and professional.

Deyci always asked if I liked how my nails were looking so gave me lots of opportunities to change or adjust. Overall, great experience.

I hadn’t had a set in probably 12 years. Deyci walked me through and made sure I was happy and comfortable with the length through out the appointment and gladly trimmed after I changed my mind on a couple fingers. She gave good feedback on my colour selection too. It was a great experience and I absolutely love my set of nails

I had the most relaxing shellac pedicure. From entry into the salon, to leaving, I felt so comfortable. Jules was lovely. She has a beautiful, calm energy and made me feel so relaxed. I cannot wait to comeback for another one.

The staff are all super sweet which is why I hate to write a bad review. I had gotten Gel nails done about a week and a half ago, but three of my nails broke within half a week. Now perhaps I could have been rough on them but I am a University student so typing on the computer all day shouldn't be considered rough. I had went to go get them fixed but five days later one of my nails that the girl had fixed broke again. They do offer to fix them but its not free its $3 which is not a lot but spending almost $90 on them in the first place i'd expect them to fix it for free. Unfortunately I will not be going back or recommending the business I do not even want to go back to get my nail fixed again I am just going to let the cheap things fall off and head to a cheaper facility to get better quality nails.

The salon was very nice, clean, and comfortable with very friendly service from all staff encountered. Samandeep was very sweet and professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be back!

Had an awful experience at Southglen Almond Nail Bar as they refused to fix my toe polish even though it was ruined within a day of receiving my pedi. Thankfully, the amazing management at the Tuxedo location reached out to me and offered to me a full spa pedicure free of charge. This was so appreciated and spoke volumes about the differences in management style. Definitely recommend the Tuxedo location! Excellent customer service!

Today I was first time in this salon and believe me you are the best salon in Winnipeg. Very clean, light and good quality service.

My experience was wonderful. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door.
