Doris Boily - The service was A+. They communicate really well. Texted when they were on the way. Advised if there were delays to service the furnace. Explained clearly what repairs were needed. I was respected as a woman to not be treated as though I was too dumb to understand anything. These people are top notch with me.

Great service from these guys (Lawrence), they got deep into the mechanics and cleaned out our unit very well.

Our gas furnace suddenly stopped working. We phoned David and he was able to send Lawrence right away less than 30mins of waiting). Lawrence was very courteous and knowledgeable. Inspected the furnace, found the part that needs to be replaced, went to the store to buy the part for us and installed it right away. Viola! I have severe health risks when it comes to heat so I was really freaked out when my air conditioner kicked the bucket 1 week before the temperatures hit +30. Usually it's a hassle getting anyone to come that quickly and when you do you have to pay a hefty premium. These guys came quickly and replaced my air the same day that they inspected it and there were no hidden costs. Very good value for the work done. Would definitely deal with again

Our air conditioner broke down 1 week before daily temperatures hit +30. I was really concerned due to how long you often have to wait with these companies before they actually respond and actually fix your air. But these guys were somehow able to replace our air conditioner the same day that they inspected it. It was very fast timely service! Thank you guys so much!

Top notch service. Lawrence was very efficient and quick with installing and knowledgeable in his work. Very friendly and Dave was also a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and good communication. Great company all around. Had zero issues with them. We didnt have to wait long either to get our ductless A/C installed. Very happy with the service we got from them. Would recommend them to anyone! It was our first time having to deal with a major appliance breakdown that turned into a full replacement, not knowing where to turn. It seems like getting good service in the mechanical trade is increasingly difficult, or wildly expensive. It's difficult to even get some companies to show up to provide a quote.

Air Master is a totally different story. They have done a few jobs for me in a very short time residentially and commercially, and the service I've received is second-to-none. I've had evening service calls, residential and commercial, and tip-to-tail I've been very pleased all of the way through.

Extremely happy with the service I had! Dave came on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at my furnace. Got it going temporarily and when it just cut out brought over heaters! Installed a new furnace as well! Would highly recommend him and will call if I ever need anything in the future!
