I would highly recommend this company for any home glass repair and window replacement. I had 2 slider windows that were part of a big unit window that were damaged as well as some of the frame surrounding them. I contacted two other companies, one didn’t call back to follow-up from the initial call and the other one said that I would need the whole unit replaced which would have been very costly. Jeff from Alder came over the same day that I had called, assessed what needed to be replaced and was able to locate the materials to repair the damaged frame of the sliders. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and communication throughout the whole process was very efficient and the process was fast considering what needed to be ordered and that I was loosing heat through the broken widow unit as it was winter. The technician who came to do the repair and glass replacement was also very skilled, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was not an easy process fitting the new slider windows in the existing frame due to I presume shifting but he was able to do so with his level of expertise and the sliders work perfectly now. This company is very customer oriented and I was very impressed with the level of help and service I received. I will definitely be contacting this company if I need any future home glass replacements and repairs. Thank-you!

Tracy was great to deal with. She went above and beyond to try to fix my problem with a basement window screen and patio door screen. The patio door screen fit perfect and i have not been able to get the basement window screen on yet but i am confident it will be perfect to. Great company to deal with.

Jeff and the team at Alder Glass are solid, right from the get go when I needed my store front window removed asap to be able to move equipment I was expecting. Called them on a Friday and on Monday they had it removed, boarded, and safely stored. Once my equipment came in they came they were onsite the next day reglazing the window. No mess, kept it clean and within budget.

I first used Alder Glass a few years ago, and we recently needed their services again. They were just as friendly and responsive as the first time I used them. We had them replace a bedroom window a few years ago. We were very pleased with the product and the service. So we decided this year to replace our four front windows, and because we were so pleased with the first job, we figured that we wanted them to do this project as well, and of course, we are pleased with the outcome.
