Got the feeling I was over charged. Went back to clarify why my bill was so high and was given the run around. We were provided receipt and according to the manager the machine was down. It's safe to say that was my first and last time there

The staff are very friendly and accommodating! When my manipedi was done and my friends and I came out of the salon we all had a good time because everyone that works there had good vibes! Their service is also spot on! Will def recommend and will absolutely come back!

First time here and I didn’t have an appointment, but they took me in plus it was busy. They are constantly cleaning and wiping things down in between clients, service was great and Annie did a nice job on my polish. Thank you!

Me and my friend got our nails done here and both turned out completely opposite of what we wanted. They looked at our reference photos once at the beginning and then went the complete opposite direction.the nails were much shorter than what we asked for and crooked.one used scissors yo cut the nail and did not file it.i asked for a simple french manicure with white half circles at the bottom, came out completely crooked and not like the picture at all.from what i see on their page the designs they do are much more complicated and you’re telling me they can’t do little half circles properly? The ladies are very nice and friendly and the service is good but it doesn’t make up for the horrible nails which might i add fell off after a week and i paid $70.never going back again.

Clean large salon, made appointment for three people on a Sunday at noon and got in easily! Got a full set acrylic, red with ombré gold and red glitter! Friendly staff, reasonable prices, I didn’t feel rushed and my concerns about my natural nails were listened to! Annie was VERY gentle and I didn’t get hurt even once! Usually I get file burn because my nails are so thin but Annie did fantastic! A younger lady did my nail polish, (I didn’t get her name oops) but she did a fabulous job and was very patient with me when I changed designs once we were almost done and added what I asked for without making me feel bad! They also said I could come back in if I had any issues! Defiantly better than other mail chains I’ve been to before! Not sure I would pick squoval shape again but that’s my fault for picking a different shape than my usual but I was feeling adventurous

Very unprofessional, laugh at you, cut u, not careful with ur skin. And charge a extra $20 to use a debit machine, but if u use cash no fee.overall bad experience for me. Rude staff. Wont be coming back ever

As a Diabetic hand and feet care is a pretty important part of our lives. I have tried other places for taking care of my hands and feet and none compare to the quality of care I her when I'm here. I see the same lady named Kathy every time and she is so thorough when doing the cuticle and the area around the nail it not only looks great but feels so great after.

I'd highly recommend trying it.

Worst people. Lady named tu, firstly mentioned thay colour change will be $35 and when i got my nails done said it will be 50 dollar …. Very bad service.go to pro nails instead they are good.

Kim and Rosie did awesome job. I showed them the picture and they did the exactly the same. The lady on the front who supervise was nice and welcoming.

A very generous lady named Annie helped me today to get short acrylic nails. She was very sweet and kind. The service was awesome and great. Really satisfied.

I’m only giving a rating of this place as low as it is because I went for a pedicure here on the weekend and now my big toe is infected. This would only happen from improper cleaning of their tools which is a bit concerning. I also wanted to pay with my card and they kept pressing to go get cash At the bank beside them. Also quite concerning…they asked about 5 times before saying their machine “isn’t working”. Forcing us to go to the machine to take out Cash. It charges you 1.50 when you take cash out also so maybe they should take it out of the cost of the service then. I mean it’s not much but If you’re going to press that hard to have no record of me being there then do better. However most of the staff encounters I had were pleasant. Just the actual services are sketchy. I will not be returning.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Some places make you wait even tho you book an apt. Here we got in right at our booked time.

Was a walk-in for a color change on my existing acrylics. Rosey did wonderful. Charged $35, said if i paid cash it would be $30. So i paid cash, but was still charged $35. Not a big deal, just odd.

I get my nails done from here regularly as their nails are super lasting. The nail technicians are highly skilled and definitely know their stuff. Would recommend this place for anyone out there

Always exactly the service I expect! I get regular LCN gel nails & shellac pedicures and it's always perfect! Fabulous people & truly a great experience everytime!

I had a bad experience during the 2 times I came here. I got gel nails done and unfortunately they didn't do my cuticles and my index nails were crooked (which was fine). But when I got my pedicure, the lady forgot to cut all my toenails on one foot? I came out with short toenails on one foot and long toenails on the other. During my second visit, I came to get my gel nails removed and they literally used a fake nail to get in between and separate the gel polish and my real nails. It was quite painful and if I knew they were going to remove my gel nails like that, I wouldn't have came to pay $20 for a painful experience. I came out with my nails damaged and very brittle, with some still peeling to this day. I'm quite sad I didn't get a satisfying experience as others did.

Absolutely amazing the work is absolutely professional love my nails.the customer service is amazing had a really good time here with these ladies I didn't want to leave. A must visit.

This is an amazing business located in a strip mall on the parking lot adjacent to Superstore on Mcphillips. The staff are all very friendly, the service is great and the prices are very reasonable. Well worth the travel to have a wonderful nail experience.

It was very packed inside and nobody was socially distanced. I had multiple ladies work on my nails and before they even applied the acrylic my nail fell off, I tried to tell the lady that put my nail tips on but she told me to tell someone else because she was busy. Two of my nails weren't straight and two fell off within four days of having them on. They charged me 80 dollars for a bad nail job.

The quality of Mani and pedi were both good and the cleanliness of the place was adequate, but I took away stars for two things:
1) very pushy about getting shellac. I wanted just regular nail polish and they had to have asked at least 10 times if I am sure I don't want shellac
2) when getting the manicure they have you rest your wrist/arms on the uv lights. I found this very uncomfortable not only for my wrist, but also my back as the angle was very bizarre.

I went first time to Aloha Nails. They so professional. Specially Susan she did my nails and she is so nice and friendly.

My cousins and I got my nails done the other day. I had a a mix up of the service I wanted done, but they were understanding and explained the differences between the services and let us have the service we actually wanted. I had Annie and she was very sweet and kind. She did a great job on my nails.

I rate this a 3 because the lady did not wear gloves and she really hurt me when she pushed my cuticles with her bare hands. It was very painful.

I have been coming to this location for about two years. As tough as it has been in the last 15 months, I've always been greeted with a very warm welcome. My nails have always been very well done. I will definitely come back!

Today was my first time at aloha nails on mcphillips and I was not disappointed! I had been going to well known nail place on PORTAGEave but not anymore. I loved having only one person work on my nails from start to finish and not wait nearly 2 hours to finish a fill. I love my nails and I definitely recommend Aloha nails by TN Thank you Kevin for such great service!

They force you to put expensive nails and if we refuse then start insulting that they don’t have budget even though i put the expensive ones they are all not equal every nail has different shape which is ridiculous both hands nails are different from each other

I went there for gel manicure. After couple days they tried to fixed that but it was just worse and worse. So I asked for refund but they almost charged me for take them off! Lack of professionalism. They also asked me politely to do not come back there! Like really? OF COURSE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! You should not remind customers about that lol. So rude. Please don't spend money there and do not waste your time.
And also dirty (dusty) tables after each customers. Ok well they cleaned for me because I complaint about that too.

I was going to get shellacs since it was the cheapest for the nails but I was up sold by the one of the girls on the best quality gel formula (apparently the formula comes from Germany or something). It was was quite a big price jump like $70+ for this type of gel nails and because I’m easily influenced, I agreed to get them. Two days after, I had a small chip and was not thoroughly impressed by the quality but didn’t have time to go back to the salon to get it fixed. Quite frankly, when you pay upwards of $70+ for just a gel nail set, it is not supposed to chip on day 2 but whatever, I let it go and made no complains. Today, my nail is breaking and it hasn’t even been 4 full weeks since I got my nails done. I can’t go back to the salon because I’m not in the city but needless to say, I will not be returning back to this place. I don’t have time to return back to the salon because of things like this and the price I paid was certainly not justified. I’ve been to other places as well and have not had this problem where on the second day, my nails are already ruined not to mention a broken nail in less than 4 weeks.

My daughter wanted gel nails for her bday. This was our first time going for gel nails. Lost in translation as she originally had shown them a pic of what she wanted but then the client beside us had fabulous ombré nails. We did not know you can’t change up and the lady doing her nails seemed to say yes she could do that! So what she got was completely different from what the original pic was and nothing like the client that sat beside us. It was quite disappointing but Tu was super kind and said we could come back and get it fixed. The fix was perfect and done beautifully!

I went recently to get my usual shellac manicure done, and Sam (the nail tech) did a fantastic job! She let me know it was her first time doing this particular design (I have cherries on one finger of each hand) and she absolutely killed it! I’ve never been this happy with the final result before ️

Aside from great prices, the salon offers a great cheerful atmosphere! All of the staff get along great with each other, and with customers!

I've gone to the other nail salons in the area and Aloha Nails is the Best! Enough staff to handle the flow of people. They listen to what you want done and actually do it. The little things like having clean towels and white towels when working on your nails. They have a great selection on OPI products and nail colours. I found a new place to get my nails done. Highly recommended!

They didnt know how to work with a high curved nail so they glued flat tips a quarter of a centimeter too low so when the nails were put on they curved upwards and I have a big gap between my natural nail and the acrylic. I wanted an ombre effect and they insisted on using chrome which doesn't blend apparently and charged me an extra 10 bucks for it. I told them at the start the tips weren't on right and when they finished I said it wasnt on right they disregarded me. I also don't believe they change their metal tools between clients as nothing was wrapped or sealed when I sat down.

I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received here! Everyone was so kind and really helpful. I bite my nails due to stress and Vicky was really understanding while doing my acrylics. She made them look natural and was very kind. I look forward to coming back again!

I’ve gone here for 2 years and love it! The staff are very friendly and up to speed on new techniques. I love that they match their days off with Superstore so that even on long weekends I can get my grocery shopping done next door while I’m out. I’ve never left dissatisfied!
