Amber and her team went above and beyond what is humanly possible or expected from a realtor. My wife and I met her on a weekend trip and knew instantly that we had found our Realtor. We came for a quick weekend trip from Toronto and had a few interviews with other realtors which all paled in comparison to Amber. On that weekend we saw 9 lovely properties but non appealed to us. We went back to Toronto and over following weeks inspected houses on Zoom calls and saw a lot more properties. She secured the right house for us helped us through closing, cleaning and moving. My wife was so impressed with her ability to know our tastes, wants and needs. Amber made buying on Zoom, making a move to Winnipeg effortless. Amber is an agent that I would definitely hire again if I need to. She was fast at getting the house up for sale and had numerous showings soon after. Unlike other agents I spoke to, she was on board when we wanted the asking price to be higher. So in the end I got an offer $22,000 more than another agent told me that I could expect! This was not during the price wars either.
The whole ordeal lasted a couple of weeks before a Sold sign was posted. That's what you want in a stressful situation.
