I cannot express enough how horrible my experience with AIL, namely Matthew Wren has been.

I originally just wanted to sign up for a free will kit, he contacted me to set up a zoom meeting which seemed a bit off, I just wanted a kit to fill out.

During the zoom it became apparent that this was a bait and switch. Free will kit for a life insurance application, but I decided to hear him out. An hour into the phone call I expressed that it was getting late and I was tired and asked how much longer this was going to be, he said we were almost done and started asking me personal questions to pre-qualify me, he asked my height, and then instead of asking my weight, he asked "how wide are you? " With a smirk. Being a tattoo artist, I'm always disappointed when people think they don't need to act professionally to me. Because I was still in disbelief that he would ask such a rude question I said "what? " And he again asked "how wide are you? " I said "excuse me? " And then he asked what my weight was. I was so uncomfortable that I said my phone was dying and hung up on him. Then next day I texted him to call him out and told him to lose my number. He's now calling my friends that I added on my will kit that I never finished and lying to them, saying he wants to extend them the same benefit plan I signed up for! He calls them back to back when they don't answer, even on a Sunday. Leaves them text messages. They both expressed their disinterest and it's not stopping him from being an absolute parasite.

Timothy Gunther was very courteous and knowledgeable. He helped explain the program thoroughly and answered all our questions. He did a very good job of selling what the company's integrity with their policy is without pushing us to sign up immediately.

Superb employment opportunity. The support system is exceptional. The training is one on one with a designated mentor. Mentorship is not essentially limited to one person, all experienced managers are all involved to help. Literally impossible to fail if you are a committed person. Company commitment to their people is very high. To see it is to believe it. Check it out for yourself and make an educated decision. Don't let other people decide for your own opinion. AIL is a people first company.

This is hilarious, I can’t believe people are so naive. It’s clearly a MLM scheme with “insurance” as the product they sell, since a pyramid sceme is illegal without a product.

People that work for the company are responding to clients on here and giving themselves a 5 star rating while doing so, lol.
Also the company responding with poor English grammar and typos. Lmao

We had a visit from Timothy and we were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Timothy showed. Great representative to deal with.

When I first started with American Income Life it did seem too good to be true but I took a chance and with the mentoring by everyone around me, they helped me overcome my fear of sales and to know that I am doing more for others then I am doing for myself. Yes you do have to invest some money for your future but the whole process is to pay for your insurance license and doesn't go to the company. I also learned that if you apply yourself and are willing to put in the hours that are needed you will be very very successful.

Cody was incredibly personable both on the phone and at our meeting. He was clear about the policy and was on time. He was easily available by phone and offered to help if i had further questions.

This is a scam. My husband and I recently were approached by this company through a family member to acquire life insurance.
We listened it sounded good and two days later we agreed to opt out of the agreement.
Well after them being told we weren't comfortable with this company they proceeded to withdrawl money anyway.
We are both smokers and both have criminal records we didn't think if it was legit we'd get accepted.
Lmao we got accepted and instantly wanted to cancel and they went ahead and took more then was even agreed upon originally.
They are scamming people out of money and everyone should be aware of them.

@Crystal: we are sorry to hear what's happened to you and your husband, but I am sure the money has already returned to you, and a scammer would never do that. But there is something that we need to be on the same page: "We tell every client that they stay covered right away after we leave the house once you said YES. That means money must be taken within the next 48 hours so that when something happens to you or your family, you stay covered. " We hope you can understand each other of what we do, coz there is a lot of responsibility on our side as well. Thank you for feedback and take care.

This company sells great insurince products, the reason why i believe in this company is because it fits normal family's need. Remember: YOU BUY INSURANCE IS FOR YOUR FAMILY, YOU WON'T SEE IT UNTIL WHEN SOMETHING HAPPEND! Moreover, we live in a real world, not all of the families believe in insurance, but do not ever ask the others not to buy, because when something does happend, you can't be the one who can take care of it.
