First time going to this nail salon, wasn’t busy at all it was me and one other girl i was the last one out after they closed, anyways she made me pay before she was even done my nails and it was very way too overpriced for white french tips, she told me the price before starting i agreed then changed it 5 bucks more for “tax” at the end.

I was not treated good today at the nail salon. I came in for a fill, was told that they could take me right away. The lady asked me if I wanted a pedicure too and (I agreed even though I did not come for a pedicure. They sat me down saying they would do both at the same time because I didn’t have enough time to do both. Again, I wasn’t intending on getting a pedicure. I asked after they sat me down if they were still going to do both my nails at the same time because I noticed more ladies coming in the door. It was getting packed. All of a sudden, they didn’t have enough hands to take care of me. When I asked the ladies were very rude, speaking to me with their hands waving around saying that I can wait 5-10 minutes. With all the customers coming in, my service got out on the back burner. I was trying to explain that I came in for a fill and not a pedicure. The manager was rude and I would recommend not going to America Nails if you want to be pampered or treated with respect.

5/5, The first impression when entering the salon is that it is clean, neat, and the layout is very eye-catching. American Nails's dip powder is my favorite service

Everyone here is always very courteous and always making sure their clients are sitting well and happy with the service. Nancy (one of the managers) is diligent on checking on every single client to make sure we’re all okay.
