Worst customer service ive ever experienced over 2 months for a pair of glasses is ridiculous they're response "I'm sorry" useless.

A bit pricey but the services are great, Thank you to the lady who adjusted my frame with no charge, best optometry clinic in town,

We visited Anderson Family Vision Care for the first time recently and were so impressed with their friendly staff. We saw Dr. D'Mello and I've never had such a thorough eye exam where she explained everything she was doing and checking for. It was really informative and interesting. So glad we tried them out! Highly recommend.

The people here are very nice! It is a comfortable atmosphere and great selection and very accomodating.

First time here with my 11 yo and overall, we had a great experience. Was able to get a fairly quick appointment (my regular place had a much longer wait to see anyone). The optometrist (Dr. Holodniak) was nice and quite thorough as far as I could tell, and explained things clearly to me, giving me lots of time to ask questions. The only thing I just wish is that she had spoken to my son directly about his vision issues. I will definitely consider going back, especially if I can see the same optometrist.

Eye exams went well, but limited selection of affordable frames at Anderson Vision in Steinbach and inflexibility if you change your mind, even within 24 hours. Eyeglasses for myself (prescription of -3.75) were unaffordable for me (around $600), so I filled my prescription at Superstore instead and got a much better deal. My son chose some frames at Anderson but changed his mind within 24 hours. Although our insurance company said the order could be cancelled and left as an overpayment on their account, the store was unwilling to make this change because it "messes up their books. " They are allowing him to choose a different frame, but since their selection of the affordable (cheaper) frames is quite limited we are feeling very unhappy with this experience. I wish I didn't have to go back again but unfortunately there aren't many opticians in Steinbach.

Staff were very attentive and fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend their services.

The office is well laid out it has modern equipment and a great optometrist, however the personal has no manners and just rude over the phone or in person.at least the optometrist was very professional.
I went for a full eye exam and a referral when my exam was done I sat down waiting for it to be processed and an older woman asked me as if I was a teenager, where's your form? I need your form from work to get the safety glasses cutting me off as I was trying to explain to her that I was not shopping for safety glasses just yet, I really wanted to have a good experience, I'm new to the community and I hope that this is not how they operate their business.
I gave the two stars because I was disrespected and made feel unwelcome, I will be contacting the main office for sure.
