Andrew is the best Real Estate Agent we've ever worked with, his knowledge of the housing market really helped us in making our final purchase, and was able to secure us a property under list price. Unlike other real estate agents we worked with, Andrew was able to quickly point out key features and faults from the properties we viewed that we would otherwise have no idea about. Some of the knowledge he shared was invaluable, things you would only know from years upon years of studying housing. He was always professional, friendly, early to appointments and very quick to respond to any question over the phone/text. My brother and I were looking for someone to sell our family home as our mother had recently moved to a care facility. Almost one year ago today Andrew helped my wife and I find the perfect home. We must have seen at least 40 houses together in a span of 8 months. He knew what we wanted and was completely honest about every detail he could spot. He showed up to every viewing with all the information possible.
