The quality of the jewelry speaks for itself, and the lifetime guarantee is great peace of mind but the best part about the store is their service, I would recommend anyone to go see Dawn as she is super helpful, and thorough! Andren was amazing and an absolute professional with assisting me on purchasing an engagement ring. He knew every single detail of every piece of jewelry in that store. The level of care he has for whatever his customers wants really shows with the way he presents different options after telling him an idea you have in your head. I haven’t been able to wear my engagement/wedding rings in a few years so I had decided I wanted to melt them down and create them into something special and unique. We came upon Dodgie @Appelts after I’d been to 1 other designer (@ Universal Gems) that called my jewelry cheap and clearly didn’t want to do the work.
