Terrible cuts of steak. Full of tendons with every cut and extremely difficult to eat. Highly disappointed. This was not worth $30 for each meal. Will never return.

Went here for a drink with a friend while in town for Ag Days, and the bartender Cam was amazing. 10/10 recommend going here just based on how awesome he was

We ordered online and couldn’t have regretted it more. With the rising costs of eating out this was something of a splurge and was not of the quality that we expected. The steaks were the worst cuts, full of gross uneatable and uncutable white bits and tendons. Can’t help but feel like they send the worst stuff out for delivery because anyone that received this in house would surely return it. Beans were equivalent to canned beans, and our garlic potatoes were not very tasteful. The worst experience I’ve had from a restaurant since I can remember. 80$ down the tubes for 2 meals. Disappointed is an understatement.

Chicken fajita roll up is the best! Deep fried pickles were damn good too! Keep up the good work Applebee's!

HAD SUPPER THERE LAST NIT ORDERED A MEDIUM RARE STEAK CAME OUT BEYOND WELL DONE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS ON BBQ FOR A WEEK SENT IT BACK THEY BRING OUT THE SAME THING HORRIBLE

This place has definitely changed my outlook on Applebee's. Food is always very good! Helpful, friendly & cheerful staff. Very relaxing place to come eat with the family. Will definitely keep coming back. Thanks Applebee's Brandon for staying awesome

There was a power outage and we were forced to leave promptly. We havent finished our drinks yet but we were charged the full price. We asked if we could at least get our drinks to go as we barely had any, they said it is not allowed for alcohol. Anyway it is not about the money but the way we were treated by one staff. Our dignity and humanity was disregarded with the way she was talking to us. Racism is alive and well in some people.

Great food, very good service. Last Applebee's I went to in Wpg was years ago and was horrible compared to this one. I would come back to this location any time I'm in Brandon.

Went here on October 15th 2022. Our Server was excellent. The Restaurant however was disappointing. The menu Item my misses wanted wasn't available, Which is fine I realize that things run out. I had the Bbq Tacos however and as the server was bringing it out and going to place it at the table it had a long strand of hair seemingly cooked into the food, it had the sauce from the taco's on it and was absolutely disgusting. Server noticed and told her manager. Taco's were comped, but the damage was kind of done, rest of the experience was kind of tainted and just seemed dirty. Whomever is handing quality control before food goes out had failed miserably.

We loved the service we had when we came in. Highly recommend the summer specials for all you can eat!

Went for a dinner with my wife and kid and the service from waitress was top notch the food was excellent great atomosphere highley reccomend if you are in the area!

Had the 7 oz sirloin steak. Was the best steak I have had in a while
Seasoned and cooked perfectly. Servers were amazing. Whole staff was excellent.

Stopped in while visiting family. Food was so-so, what I expect from an AppleBees but I also expect so-so for the price, so met my expectations. Our server Kelly, definitely made the experience enjoyable. Will return next time I'm visiting.

We had a great time at Applebees! I hadn’t been here for a long time but the menu had a ton of fun choices and the service by Kaylee M was absolutely exceptional. She is a super star.

I had my birthday dinner there. It was nice of the staff to sing a birthday song for me when I ordered dessert

They advertise gluten free meals but there wasn't much that was safe for someone with Celiac's. Waiter was rude. Everything took forever. Food was decent.

Great atmosphere and loving workers. A friend of mine didn't have a great time afterward but they were loving and concerned to our needs. Would go again.

Great atmosphere, great food, and the staff was amazing fort sons 2nd bday. They let us bring a cake in and reserve a table for 13 of us. We will be back next time we are in Brandon

We ordered through skip and of course skip took our payment but then cancelled the order saying they couldn’t get ahold of the restaurant.

We called the Restaurant and spoke with the manager I believe his name was Devon and explained what had happened. He immediately apologized, took our order and asked for our info so he could contact skip on our behalf to sort the payment out. This gentleman then PERSONALLY delivered our order and apologized again! What a gem! Best customer service I have seen in a long time! Food was great, everyone was happy with their meals, all round great experience! We couldn’t have asked for it to be handled any better!

Not gunna lie. Really great food. Excellent service. Took my family which is always an experience. But they made the experience. Not gunna lie all "fancy like". First time ever having Applebees. Cheers to the 3$ long island iced teas.

Out server, Leigh, was awesome. The food was great. Just need a little more lighting so you can read the menu without your phone flashlight.

Almost always a great meal here. The steak tips were overcooked this last time but the crispy oriental salad was fantastic. Excellent service.

Food was good, it was extra tasty probably because I haven't gone OUT OF THE HOUSE to eat in, let's just say a very long time. Seriously though the service was awesome and so was the food! I have absolutely no complaints.

My husband and I stopped in on Saturday for supper. It's dine in is available so please don't be afraid to go inside to dine. Our waitress Sydney was amazing. She's so attentive and professional. We ordered our drinks and food. One mistake was made by the kitchen and it was rectified immediately. After our meal we chatted a bit. She said that it's not busy alot and would like to people to know that you can dine in safely. Wear a mask and sanitize your hands. We left a generous tip and thanked her for great service. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Brandon

We come here quite often and have always been satisfied, except today. I have to say we were quite disappointed in our meal tonight. We ordered the spinach dip which came to us cold, then I ordered the steak medium rare and it was so over-cooked that I was not able to finish it. I order medium rare because it is easier for me to chew so I was not able to finish my steak. I was quite disappointed as it was very hard, almost well done. Then dessert came and we had the dulce-de-leche cheesecake and it came frozen.we we two working at it to cut pieces off so we could manage to eat it.and when we told the waiter he laughed it off, no discount or replacement.
Basically what we enjoyed was the mashed potatoes.and all that for $75. I have to say I doubt that I will be coming back for a while.

Food was excellent.service left much to be desired. The online menu for Brandon was apparently not valid and interaction with the manager did not help the situation.

Haven't been to Applebee's for a while. My husband wanted to go out to celebrate the near end of harvest with our 12 year old son. I had the shrimp fajitas, my husband had the riblet and chicken finger platter and our son had the small riblet platter. I had never tried the fajitas. The fajitas were ok but I will not try again. Riblets were good - meaty and spicy. We sat in the lounge area of the restaurant. Staff was cordial.

Not impressed.made reservation for 4 and high chair for granddaughter.highchair was put I isle as we were given a booth.also tables across isle were for group of six.about 18 inches between.after numerous hot dishes passed over granddaughters head I said to waitress enough.stay away from her.we were celebrating daughters birthday.waitress forgot then remembered but we still left with no dessert served.can't think why I would ever go back.food not that good.service was terrible.took almost hour to get food

Took forever for the food, kids meal pizza tasted funny, fries were stale, bill wasn't correct the first time. Portion of fries was small, probably because they were giving every table a plate of them to make up for the wait. The kids meal was free but the kid didn't eat it.

We left hungry with a cranky kid, would not recomend.

Service was fine. Food was good. Follow up was horrible. We couldn't really enjoy our meal as the air conditioning kept cycling on and off. So we basically froze through the whole visit. And yes, this is October 4 and A/C blowing on our heads is not good. Will not return anytime soon.

45 minutes for service. Brandon's Big One was on like it is every year. More servers needed. Kudos to the ones that were there. Run off their feet.

Great atmosphere, there is often a wait to get seated as it's a very popular place. As long as you aren't in a rush it's a nice place to stay a while. The food sometimes takes a while but again, they are often quiet busy

Typical sports bar and grill atmosphere. TVs adorn every wall and corner while the darker colours and lighting make it comfortable during the evening. The appetizers were incredible good (spinach and artichoke dip, pretzel sticks and wonton tacos) and decently priced. $2 beers and mai tais are such an easy way to being in customers, so why not try it?

It was busy when we got there, but was simmering down. There was dishes all over the service station right by our table. It was rather disgusting to jave to see other people's remains all throughout our meal. Our appy, when it arrived was cold and it should have been hot. When our main courses arrived they were tasty and of good size.

Extremely slow service and are waitress disappeared for a lengthy time and another staff member had to take care of her section.

I love to eat and I’m not picky by any means, I ordered the brew house chicken and the chicken was burnt.the potatos had no taste and the sauce was bitter. The French onion soup gave my girlfriend food poisoning and it took not even kidding, a hour for us to receive a machine AFTER getting our bill.

It’d also be nice to see non-alcoholic beer available.

Worst restaurant experience of my life and I’m not even that picky!

Staff was happy and friendly. However, I think I paid way to much for the amount of food I got, which I got lukewarm. Very small portion of fries as a special side. Left the restaurant feeling hungry, even after paying way more than it was worth.

The fish & chips is a rip off. The fries were barely warm and the fish is very small. It's not worth the price as shown in the menu when your hungry.

Good was amazing but the service was horrible. We waited five minutes to be waited on just to get our drink orders. We had to wait another 5-10 mins for the waiter to come back to take our order. The waiter walked by five times while our drinks were empty, I had to ask for another water. He left the dirty cup on the table across from us. The waiter was very friendly towards everyone else expect our table. Our food took forever to come as well, we had mozzarella sticks to start and the dip was steaming hot. Not realizing it was, my partner burnt his mouth on it. The waiter didn’t apologize or anything. Not impressed at all!

The food was alright for its pricing, but the service was very slow as it took forever for us to be seated and the order was very late to come out. Would only recommend if you have lots of time to spare.

Went on mother's day wasn't as busy I we thought it would be. Food was less then par my food was sitting under a heat lamp and the top of the food was shriveled up and burnt. My mother wanted a med rare steak she got a extra well done. Everything was super expensive dont think we will be going back again.

Service was good but the food wasn't good. I had fish that was very good but the chips were cold and very chewy. My wife's meal was tasteless and cold for an Asian stir fry.

I've had great experiences with staff here, and although the food is a little overpriced they do have some great deals on the bar here, and the staff are incredibly willing to go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Would highly recommend for a nice night out, if you're looking for something more casual.

Good food & good service. We went for lunch & had a classic cheeseburger and fries. Both were excellent.

Food was excellent and very reasonable in price. I find it wierd that you get a different person bringing you each appetizer/main course/dessert, it seems like your waitress only brings you drinks and clears your table.

Table service was ok at best. It took a long time to get our meal. They did recognize this and took some off the bill. As a result of the delay the steak was overcooked.

It was okay food took forever too arrive it was cold when we got it the beer could have been as well. Don't go here

It was very good. The service was very fast and very friendly. The food came out in a timely manner and it was hot. The food size was very good, after finishing it, there was no need for dessert. The price for 2 was very reasonable. I would suggest this place to anyone that wants a good burger.
