I think I started seeing Dr Swanlund at around ~12 years of age. I’m turning 40 next month. Wow, crazy to think how time flies! Throughout my life people have always complimented me on my smile, so I have that to be grateful to Dr Swanlund and his staff for. When I’m neglecting my teeth, when it’s been too long between appointments, the staff ensure to follow up and look out for what’s best for my dental health. Thanks for everything!

I came to get a root canal done on my back left tooth and was quoted $800. They did work on my other connecting teeth without asking me first and billed me $1500. They were also unsuccessful of doing the initial root canal and wanted me to visit another dentist to get it done. Which was another $1500…. So instead i had the tooth removed and now I’m dealing with terrible pain on the teeth i never asked to be worked on….

New patient and first visit went extremely well. Quick service and appointment was right on time. My hygienist was thorough, friendly and extremely polite. As good as going to the dentist can be:)

I came to Aqua Dental Wellness to set an appointment. The personnel was very pleasant and polite. The Dr. Who attended me was very considerate and gave good information about the steps he was taking in my dental procedure. It was truly a good experience. Please, keep it that way!

These people are extremely rude and ignorant. PUlled my two young kids out of there and moved to a new dental office, Found them very condescending and snotty. Got insulted by one of the front desk ladies, Then when i answered back accordingly, they other 3 'Karens' chimed in. So at one point, i had 4 'Karens" verbally coming at me. Very unprofessional, want everyone to know, DO NOT GO HERE. Even my kids did not like the Energy and / or environment there, STay Away.

Hands down the best dental office! Not only are the front desk clerks friendly, kind, understanding and efficient they also are helpful in figuring out costs, and dealing with your insurance provider as well as answering any concerns or questions I had. The dental hygienists are also incredibly friendly, positive and really made me feel at ease and comfortable before the procedures and during. Same goes with Dr Tom Swanlund he is such a kind, patient dentist and really helped keep me calm when I was nervous. He went above and beyond for me to make sure that I wasn't uncomfortable and reassured me the whole way through. I have never had such awesome service at a dental office like I have at this place! Turns out you can have a enjoyable and painless experience at the dentist's office, that is if you go to my place and have this wonderful team!

I was so comfortable. It was nice and clean. When you walk in the environment and look of the office is so professional, from the receptionist, to Sandy, to the hygienist Monica, to the dentist totally 10 out of 10. Really great experience.

I've been biting my tongue in my sleep, it's very painful, I've been in agony for months. Dr. Swanlund explained that there is no mouth guard available for this very unique issue, however, instead of just sending me away he offered to retrofit a night guard to work for my tongue biting! I picked it up yesterday and finally slept pain free for the first time in a very long time. For his ingenuity and creativeness I say thank you! Him and his entire team are amazing and I encourage everyone to check out Aqua Dental Wellness!

My experience here was excellent, staff is very knowledgeable, respectful, super friendly and they will take the time to explain you everything about the process and the dental procedures. Everything is super organized, clean and modern, it was truly a great experience. 100% recommended!

If I could review Aqua Dental Wellness with 100 stars, I would! I’ve been going here for two years and I’ve never been to a dental center that has the MOST kind, caring, and amazing employees with the utmost great work ethic. I have really bad dental anxiety, and Aqua Dental made me feel so comfortable. Every person I dealt with, from the reception, to the hygienist, to the dentist, and everyone in between, was calming and explained everything in as much detail as I needed.

Due to my anxiety and need to get work done beyond cleaning, they explained my options to help make me more relaxed, and settled on nitrous oxide - the fact that they even offered it was amazing to me.

They checked in with me every step of my cleaning and later work to make sure I was doing okay. I've never so okay with the idea of going to the dentist. If I could give more than five stars, I would. A big thank you to everyone there for being so wonderful and patient.

I have always had a bad experience with dentists. But this is the first time, it was a pleasant sight, the attention and professionalism of the Doctor and the girls attending was incredible, they have a lot of patience when explaining, especially because I speak Spanish. The doctor not only thinks about making money, he is really a great Dentist. Ustedes son super gracias mil.

Dr Swanlund is the kindest, most wonderful dentist ever. He listens to his patients, is gentle and has a great sense of humour! His work is outstanding. His staff is accommodating and as kind as he is. He started in the area in 1983 and has built a beautiful, state of the art practice. If you have never been there, what are you waiting for? You should go!

I recently moved to Winnipeg and in search of a dentist. This was my first visit to Aqua and the professionalism and client care was outstanding. I have had horrible experiences in the past and I am very skeptical and wary when going to a new dentist; I found that at Aqua all the staff I came into contact with made me feel at ease and reassured. The office layout, amenities and cleanliness created a safe place and made it a great experience. The hygienist and dentist acknowledged my fears and concerns and worked with me to help make the visit a great success.

First time I visited Aqua Dental it was met with warmth, Judy the receptionist always greet me by my name which make you feel comfortable, everyone is very professional at their job. I recommen Aqua Dental.

From the First Visit to the 2nd Visit to check the surgical area was very Pleasant and Welcoming. I was given lots of advice on Bridges and Inplants.
The Reception and Support Staff are Knowledgeable and Very Welcoming.
The 2 Dentists that saw me were as Professionable and Very Good.
In my 53 Years I have never been to a Better Dental Clinic and would recommend this Place 100%.

Having attended other dentist office in the past, I have to say I found Aqua Dental to be one that offers the most flexible hours. Besides the plus of convenient hours, the office has a very relaxing atmosphere. Great staff from the front office to the hygienist and excellent dentist. Very pleased I was referred to this office, and won’t hesitate myself to further recommend them.

The staff is incredibly friendly and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I was terrified of dentists before coming to Aqua Dental. I was with them when it was Swanlund Dental. It's a true joy to go see the dentist now. As a sufferer of anxiety, it's so relieving to know how well I'm treated. My only regret is not being able to give more than 5 stars as a rating. I tell EVERYONE about them. Never want to go anywhere else for my dental needs!

Love it! All the staff are very friendly, easygoing and professional. The office is beautiful and Dr. Swanlund makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Besides a cleaning I had a sports guard made and it was very easy and fast. The impression taking process was the best I have experienced. I would highly recommend thier services. They also have great activites for young children to acclimatize them to dental care.

I am deathly afraid of dentists, but I LOVE going to see Dr. Swanlund and his staff! They are all very understanding of my anxiety and work very hard to reassure me.
