Really happy with the Arctic Heat pumps! It can be tough making a customer realize how effective and cost-saving these gas heater alternatives are. But once it’s in their backyard doing it’s job heating the pool, they realize how great a decision it truly was.

Solid engineering & thoughtful design - worth every penny. The customer support has been very helpful also. It's hockey night in Canada but for heat pumps.

We would recommend Arctic Heat Pumps for your heating and air conditioning needs. My wife and I wanted to go all electric and use air source heat pumps to heat and cool our home. We live in Saskatchewan with some pretty harsh conditions and the capability of the Arctic Heat Pumps to operate to -30ºC was a major selling point. From the moment we first reached out to Arctic Heat Pumps, they have been extremely available and helpful. From the initial contact with Derek as we worked through the design and sales and installation through to Adam who assisted with commissioning and post install support, the team at Arctic has been very responsive and available. Our system consists of three heat pumps for heating and air conditioning. We have a hot water buffer tank and a cold water buffer tank complete with a backup electric boiler. The hot water buffer tank serves to pre-heat our domestic hot water tank. This is the first winter of use in our new home in Saskatchewan and we are impressed that the heat pumps are able to produce amazing heat even down to -30ºC. The backup boiler works great when the temperature falls below -30ºC. We have multiple in-floor zones for heating as well as an air handler with a heating and a cooling coil. The people at Arctic are great and are more than willing to help design a system to suit your individual needs. I have a technical background and asked more questions than might be normal and Arctic was more than happy to field all of my questions. We are proudly an electric home. Thank you Arctic.

They are oil burner killers, for every $3.00 we spent on oil, it now costs. 95 for electricity. We are more than pleased with the professional services we received from Arctic heat pumps and Northern Lights solar Solutions.

It has been 3 years since we installed our Arctic Heat Pump in our new home in Ontario. It has certainly met and exceeded our expectations. We opted with the radiant floor cooling option and are very glad we did. Since it is a new house we can’t really compare electrical savings, but our neighbors have similar house with radiant floor heat and it appears we are at least 50-60% better in our energy consumption than they are. Definitely recommend!

Aloha guys!

Just wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks for the last 6years of supplying the greatest Heatpumps I have ever had the pleasure of installing. The Arctic Air to Water heatpumps I have installed have operated flawlessly (knock on wood) from day one. 6years ago I was introduced to your product through my client and that Heatpump has been heating his pool 365 days a year at 90degrees and I have never had to have service on the unit once. As far as I am concerned your product is superior to all other Swimming pool heatpumps on the market. If I have an issue with programming the response time is incredible and Adam in the tech department is quick to return calls and get my troubles rectified asap. The new model 060za out last season has been running one of my projects all winter at 93degrees with very little increase in Hydro cost. With three or four nights in the -21 range the pool temp only dipped to 82 and was right back up to 93 by noon the next day.
Anyway I guess that was more than a quick note. But I just want you to know how satisfied my clients and I are with your product.
Keep up the stellar work.

Mahalo and Aloha!

Alan in Sales and Adam in Technical Services have been a superb team to take us through all the steps from appropriate design to installation and setup. Their advice has been prompt and thorough. The integration of the Air-Hydronic Heat Pump with the Alt Source Exchange Tank is well designed and functioning well down to our northern Minnesota nights down to -30 F.

I purchased an Arctic Heat Pump system to heat our new home in Golden BC. Mid way into January 2022, the heat pump is working well to run the radiant in-floor heating on our main level as well as 3 fan coils on the second floor. We chose this system due to the cold weather rating of -25C as well as the ability to cool the house with the fan coils.

We haven't seen any -25C yet this year but at -23C the heat system has had no trouble keeping us warm without use of the backup.

The company that installed our system (Njord Energy Systems) is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service as we got set up and worked out the kinks in the new system.

We purchased two Artic air-to-water systems for two new builds. Dan Jung, Arctic's technical chief, helped configure the systems to meet our needs: in-floor heating and cooling, plus three fan coils, and pre-heating of domestic hot water. The system works great. We are able to achieve a very energy efficient home!

Very happy with the Arctic 060 heat pump and Dan’s support! It’s nice to work with a small company which produces a quality product and provides great customer service. Dan patiently answered phone calls and emails, and Alan shipped out a new unit promptly when the original came damaged by the shippers.

I have a 4500 sf house and a 1000 sf shop/garage in the Lakes Region of NH. The house is heated to 70F and the garage/shop to 45-50F with radiant heat. The Arctic 060 HP with the EcoUltra buffer tank with electric back-up used about 15,500 kwh this past year, including power for pumps. I’d say the COP values provided in the literature are quite accurate, and probably conservative
