Spoke with Ashley about buying a spa. She was super informative, very easy to talk to, and talked openly about the pricing on different spa types and options available. Highly recommend.

We got our Signature series cub tub with Spa Boy salt water system, and it's the best hot tub experience in our lives. After using it we are very relaxed, our skin feels great, and more than enough jets to massage the body. Everything from start to finish purchasing this tub was an excellent experience. Thank you!

We just purchased a spa today and dealt with Dustin. He's amazing! He's very knowledgeable about the spas they sell and was able to answer any questions we had. We looked for spas in person and online, but Dustin has set the bar pretty high for customer service. We had one of two models in mind, but Dustin helped us figure out how we could upgrade and get the one that was best for us. There wasn't any pressure at any time and we felt completely comfortable working with him. I would highly recommend meeting up with Dustin if you are in the market for a spa. And, we can hardly wait till we get ours!

My Arctic spa had a HL (high limit) shutdown of the heater system. I called Winnipeg Arctic Spa, talked with Dustin, within 10 minutes of the telephone call, he was able to give me enough information to not only correctly troubleshoot but fix the spa all over the phone. Hats off to him, he was busy at the time, but made time to help a customer. You Sir saved me hundreds of dollars. No parts were needed, just a poor connection. I absolutely love my spa with the saltwater system. Best decision ever!

Purchased the Summit Spa off Dustin. I can't get over how easy this hot tub is to maintain. The app feature is amazing showing me the levels, having the ability to turn the tub on, lights on etc is so convenient. It was a quick process after signing. The install went very smooth and the techs were great to deal with. Highly recommend the product and service from Artic Spas.

Came in for information as well as to get a quote done up. I had Dustin as a sale person. He gave me the information I was after without being pushy. Now we have the information need to make the right choice for are needs. Thank you for that. I would definitely recommend Artcic Spas to a friend and family member. Hope to make a decision soon.

Update:

Eight months later after having our hot tub still no regrets with going with Arctic Spa's. Walked into today and the sales person Dustin still remembered me as a person an not as a number like the other companies do! An he asked if we still like our decision that we went with, I was like 100 percent! No regrets with the homework we did to go with Arctic.

It's a will built unit we used our hot tub all winter long without any problems, plus the cost to run it was three times lower in power consumption then friends of ours who own a different hot tub an wish they would have spent the extra time to look around.

Plus I got to give my feed back on owning a summit hot tub, to a potentially new customert today hopefully my testimony helps them made the right decision. They asked me lots of questions as I did to Dustin eight months ago.

I'm not paid in way to write this review it's souly written to help you with buying the right hot tub from start to finish from a company, that is willing to work with you to find the right hot tub for your budget and needs. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the market of a hot tub.

Was looking to get a Hot Tub and through word of mouth we heard that Arctic spas was good place so we started there.
We spoke with Dustin when we got there and the guy was amazing. Told us everything we needed to know about what you want out of hot tub.
Was very informative and knew his product and his competitors products very well. This was great because we have never owned one. The hot tubs there were great and the showroom was clean and virtually no smell of chlorine. But we left, you don’t buy the first thing you see. No pressure was happy we came there first, encouraged us to look around. We looked at all the major brands LCL, Jacuzzi, Bullfrog, but nothing compared to the comfort of Arctic spas. Major reasons we went with Arctic was comfortable seats with arm rests, spa boy is amazing and effortless, interactive app to control your tub, saltwater option, and cold weather durability. Even had a guy come down to check out where we were going to put it in to make sure it would work. Great tub and great staff, highly recommend you go down and talk to Dustin.

We've now owned our Arctic Spa for a year. We did extensive research (in-person & online) before our purchase and our experience backs up our research - the quality of Arctic Spas is amazing, and their service is friendly, prompt, and complete.

Dustin was not pushy and answered every question we had, even if it meant doing additional research of his own.

I would highly recommend an Arctic Spa to anyone looking for a spa!

Service from Arctic Spas is exceptional! Dustin is always very attentive in dealing with his customers and helping them with their needs. The other week I had a problem with my sound system, and Dustin sent help out the very same day to rectify the problem. Thanks guys you are awesome.

Would be nice if they returned a call when you do have a problem after 8+ years. I guess they want us to buy a new one.

ARCTIC SPAS? MORE LIKE ARCTIC SPAWESOME! I bought a hot tub from arctic spawesome 8 years ago and it recently had trouble heating and my hot tub was out of commission for acouple weeks. I called them and they sent guys out to fix it the next morning! Then when I had to go buy chemicals they were all super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend arctic spawesome for your spaaa needs.

I want to let you know, if you buy a hot tub from Arctic spas of Manitoba, they will be there in case something goes wrong, or something breaks or a heater goes out or a pump quits. They sell a quality product, I’ve own mine since 2004, and had very few issues, but when I’ve had issues they were always there fast and fix it in no time.

Fantastic service. Helped me diagnose a hearing issue from hours away and had parts to get up and running in a few days. Love my arctic spa. Built for the North.

Great product and service however need to inform customers when they change their hours. Website and phone message say they are open however upon arrival shop was closed. Drove across town for some needed parts. Had checked web site and called prior to leaving. Both indicated the shop was open. Very disappointing. Received call on following business day apologizing for not updating information with offer to drop off parts. Great staff.

Very happy with the purchase, I did a lot of research and shopping around before buying the arctic spa. The service at the dealer here has been great. Answered all my questions and treated me fair and gave me a good deal on my Yukon series tub.
