Okay, ONE STAR because I can’t give infinity ZEROS.this is gonna be like an essay! So always loved the clothes here, but the “concierge” experience hasn’t been the smoothest. I received an email “Clientele VIP” where you get to shop first before they release the actual sale item/price to consumers who has no aritzia account I guess that’s how they make you “a bit more valuable” but what I encountered today was the complete opposite. I’ve placed an order less than 2 weeks ago and would like to have my product price adjusted to what the “clientele price tag is since it still falls into that 14 days return for full refund right? First I got a response saying they have “NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS POLICY” but willing to give 10% to adjust the price… okayyyy that’s nice… but here’s the catch… ONCE THEY APPLY THAT 10% discount your product will be Final sale, which means you can not RETURN OR EXCHANGE. YET SHE SAID THEY HAVE NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY. THIS IS THE PART WHERE THEY SUCK YOUR $$ IN

This is their Final sale policy.
Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.

The Price adjustments they are offering is 10% now why would that make the Item final sale? It’s not greater than 50% discounts so WHY? Here’s the funny part too. I found out, I have placed another order which hasn’t shipped yet, and so I asked her if she could apply that 10% towards that order.she happily said yes, but I will have to wait for the item to arrive I’m like whattt? Okay, sure I was over it whatever. Out of my CURIOSITY. I asked, SO when I get the item you can adjust the price and apply that 10% discount and the item will be Final sale as well? And SHE EASILY RESPONDED YES THAT’S CORRECT! And I’m like I CAN’T EVEN! Oh so I ended up requesting for the E-gift card. And GUESS WHAT? It takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET THE E-gift card Via Email. I AM SO DONE WITH ARITZIA! I AM DONE! You don’t deserve peoples hard earned money. IT’S LIKE ONCE YOU BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY TRY TO PUT A CHAIN ON YOUR NECK TO REEL YOU IN. I PROMISED THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW I’VE EVER DONE.

I came in today and i was wearing just a hoodie and sweats today.i was looking for shorts in a specific colour.it took me 10 minutes to find a worker.i could only tell who they were because they were hanging something up but i asked if they were an employee just to make sure. No name tags, nothing.you could never tell if they were an employee.i asked if they had any shorts in this specific colour and she was looking, and she said they only have these in XS, and small which doesn’t have any relation to finding a colour?

i picked out a different pair of shorts and went to the change room. The lady was very snobby.she looked me up and down and she wasn’t welcoming at all.i decided not to get the shorts so i came out of the change room holding the shorts and asked where i put them.she didn’t say anything, took them from me and went and put them back into the change room i was in.overall, it was extremely hard to find help, i felt unwelcome and judged.will not be shopping here again. Every other time when i’ve been dressed differently i was treated like a regular customer.

Went shopping for a dress to wear to my brothers graduation. Usually finding clothes for a specific event is a bit stressful for me, but I genuinely enjoyed the experience here because of how awesome the staff were.:)

I visited here last week, staff was super professional plus friendly. Catherine helped me a lot to chose the perfect stuff that i needed…. I really appreciate it.

Not a fan of this place. I have been in this store several times and have purchased something every time. EVERY single time I go into the the store I never have any staff try and interact with me. Making me feel unwanted in the store maybe that’s the vibe they go for or you have to look and dress a certain way for the staff to approach you. I have no problem with their clothes, but maybe Aritiza needs to work with their staff to care for EVERYONE.

I don’t usually like making reviews because im lazy but this one employee deserves it bc lets just say they had the best customer service i’ve ever received.i don’t know his name but he has blonde dyed hair, filipino (i think) and im pretty sure he was wearing a beige blouse and something white underneath.but yeah very much slayed!

Never would I shop here again.
The sales person decided it was a great idea to ask lots of personal questions about my life when I was clearly uncomfortable. I picked out some pants to try on, and out of assumption they start asking "Oh are you shopping for work? Where do you work? Oh it's an interview? What is your job interview for? What school? When do you hear back? "

#$^% off. You don't know me. Don't come barreling out of the gate with personal questions. Read your customer, give them space, and give them the opportunity to develop the sales relationship if they want to. The new decor alone is enough of a draw for your customers to want to be 'part of the experience'. The whole time I wanted the hounding sales staff to leave me alone. Additionally as much as the mirror room is a beautiful space, it feels so exposing to be in the mirror room around the staff. At least have the option to have mirrors in the change rooms in case you're struggling with the item, or have the sales team be removed from that space entirely. If customers like the item, but not the size, they can go to the sales team at the entrance of the mirror room and ask. Take the sales team out of the mirror room entirely. Give your customers space because otherwise it can be a nightmare for anyone struggling with self image or navigating their personal emotional needs. I would have stayed longer and maybe got a coffee at their new coffee bar if the experience took some weight off my shoulders. But from it doing the exact opposite, with the additional price hike on frankly really mediocre clothes in 5-6 different colours, I will never be shopping there again. This would have been a 1 star review if not for the insanely amazing decor. It was the only reason I was initially drawn in to look at the products, I thought it was some kind of a rebrand.

I had to purchase some new clothes for work and the style advisor Tori was so helpful! My job has a pretty strict dress code, and I informed her what it was, and she had hand-picked some options for me & brought it to the dressing room! She even gave me options of the same top but just in different brands, materials, and price points for me to try. She helped me from the moment I got there, to the fitting room, and all the way to the cash register. Ever since the new location opened, I have been coming here pretty often because 1) love the clothes 2) everyone I interact with has been so helpful! Through my experience I’ve met Zach and Catherine who are also so helpful whenever I shop as well.

I had a very negative experience. I had purchased some pants that didn’t fit. I was past the refund date which I understood. I had asked for a store credit because the pants were in perfect condition, the tags were on them and had never been worn. Everyone was so kind except Maria. The cashier was ready to help me with a store credit but then she interjected and told me that no she would not do that for me. I didn’t understand why the sudden no, so I asked to speak to the store manager to see if there was anything they could help me with. Maria told me she was the manager and her decision was final. She gave me the # for the customer service who were able to help me with no issues. I also find out after the fact that Maria was not the store manager. I was very upset because clearly there had been a solution to my problem but she was not interested in helping me. The whole experience made me feel very low and not good. I can’t help but think that my clothing that day made her judge me.

I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful shopping experience. I didn't love the old location they had because it felt super cluttered and the staff were never that helpful. BUT they've clearly upgraded. I walked in for a very specific look for officiating a friend's wedding and Hannah just pulled together all these outfits for me based on what my friend and I needed for her wedding! The outfits were ON POINT to what we needed and I walked out with an outfit I am so excited to wear.

On top of that, Hannah gave me her business card and told me I can just email her if there’s every any look I need to pull together and they can have items ordered in from online, and pulled off the racks for me in a change room waiting for me when I arrive for a try on session. Honestly, I've always been hesitant to walk into Aritzia because of the clutter and a weird vibe I got from staff in the past but for that level of dedicated customer service. Aritzia, take my money. AND they gave my friend and I tokens for a complimentary coffee from their cafe after my purchase. It was such a nice experience and I can't thank Hannah enough!

This store has absolutely unacceptable customer service. Dealing with Maria on the phone was fine, but there was no resolution to our problem.

My wife purchased a dress from Aritzia for her nursing graduation after an employee continuously followed her around the store convincing her to buy it. She was hesitant because of the price but the employee tried to make a convincing sale. At check out the store employees wrapped it in a printed Aritzia brand wrapping, and placed it in a bag. When we returned home the dress was stained with the exact same colour as the print. The bag was sealed and dry in their bag and not with any other garments or products.

When she returned to the store on Wednesday March 8th around noon on her lunch break to return it the girls were so rude, they actually made her feel guilty and accused her of spilling something on it. They took the paper away from her and refused to refund her or give store credit for the dress.

She called me almost in tears outside of the store to say they didn't believe her and wouldn't help her with a refund or store credit. I told her to go back in the store to retrieve the wrapping paper they had taken from her, but they told her "no we poured water on it to test it ourselves and it doesn't bleed through none of our paper is designed to bleed into our clothes". They have her back disintegrated pieces of wet paper from the garbage.

When I called the store to ask what they could do, it took me forever to get a hold of an actual employee (phone was ringing for over 10 minutes). When I finally got ahold of a manager, she told me their paper is designed with an eco friendly footprint in mind and it does not bleed into the clothing, but gave me a concierge service to call to put in a claim with photos. She now has no dress for her graduation that she worked hard on for years because of Aritzia's incapable staff, and flawed system that fosters lack of transparency, accountability, and trust between customers and staff.

I mean this sincerely when I say we, as well as our friends, and all of our family, will never shop here ever again. Unacceptable.

Clothing material has been good (but not luxury so they need to relax) the workers are quite judgmental on how you look or dress. I can compare the times where I wear my nice clothes or the casual fit. I tend to get better help and customer service when I put more effort on how a dress.

The new location in the mall is beautiful, however the staff is awful. The attitude of the staff never change- always condescending and not welcoming. Save your time and shop online!
