I brought them my baby (97 Lincoln TC) that had been side-swipted and front & back doors damaged. When I picked up my car after repairs were done, WOW very impressed with the quality of the repairs and paint was perfect. Qudos to the techs that did the repairs GREAT JOB!
And follow up call from Angela to confirm my satisfaction was a nice touch.
I recently had problems with the drivers door window (not related to the repair).
Came back and saw Creg and within a day he had the window regulator replace good to go.

So impressed with the service provided by Arlington Auto and its awesome employees while I hope to Avoid needing repairs in the future, I know exactly where I'll be going if The situation arises.

I came to the shop and urgently told them that i was gonna take my road test in the next 1 and a half hour but my brake light behind my car did not work altogether. They immediately told me to pull over their garage and check it. Turn out it was nothing serious and they replaced all of my brake bulb FOR FREE. I forgot to ask his name but I just wanna say THANK YOU SO MUCH and I have successfully passed my road test. Yayyyyyyy!

First things first - Top Notch work. Repairs are excellent and they detail my car before returning it.
I've had maybe 1/2 dozen repairs there any my family have been going there for 50 years!
Sadly, this last repair - great work - horrible customer service. Long waits, no contact with timelines and it seemed everyone was put ahead of me for the courtesy car, ok I can live with that. They gave me the courtesy car dead empty, I returned it almost full, barely a thank you, no offer to offset some of the gas cost. When they called me to ask how I liked my service, I mentioned the delays and the gas and the girl on the phone, (Angela) gave me an inventory of excuses, not the nicest gal in the world.
But wait! MPI called me for a rating as Arlington AutoBody is on their approved service centres list. Again 10/10 for the work, but I only gave them a 6 for would I refer f & f there. So Angela called me the next day and YELLED at me about my rating to MPI. So much for anonymous and Angela, really? That's what you thought good customer service was? I would've dropped the whole thing, never written a review but you pushed me too far with your last snarky call. You yelled at me! Gave me another long list of meaningless excuses and bad attitude.
I'm curious - what did you think you were going to achieve?

Arlington Auto Body did a good job on my car. Friendly Staff and the amount of time it took is very reasonable.

Had my window smashed out brought it to Arlington Aurobody they had cleaned and fixed the same day. Amazing service and very friendly to deal with.

Took my Hyundai Elantra to Arlington after paint and body damage to my hatch. Craig gave me a quote just a day after I called, and they took my car in for service the very next day. After 1 week in the shop, the car looks fantastic - it looks like it rolled right out of the factory!

I had a bumper replaced on my 2007 Pacifica. The repair was a 2 day job which actually wound up taking 11 days. Thankfully I had use of their loaner car so I wasn’t inconvenienced in any way. When I got the car back it was washed inside side and out and looked like a new vehicle. I was very pleased with this company and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

Service was great, a free loaner car, cleaned car in and out. Will recommend to others and be a return customer.

I called about a windshield replacement this morning and was told I could come in today. They confirmed a replacement was available, offered me a ride home and were exceptionally welcoming and courteous. When I picked up my car this afternoon not only was the windshield replaced but my entire car was cleaner than it's been in years! They cleaned it better than I though possible, all for an autopac windshield replacement. You can bet they will be my autobody shop if I need work done in the future. I'm so impressed!

My experience at Arlington is nothing but out of this world! I've been there twice now for touch ups and a major accident.initially I didn't know where I was going to go for repairs, I heard from a friend that Arlington is a great little shop in Winnipeg that is LOCALLY owned! When I first inquired with questions and concerns they were nothing but helpful! Invited me to come in for an estimate right away! Fred, who is the primary guy who chats with MPI is so funny and very informative about the MPI and repair process. The overall Arlington team is so nice, helpful, not to mention they cleaned my car when it was repaired and did a great job! Which I didn't expect. When I thought I had great experience. I received a follow-up call regarding my experience and the lady who called me was so nice! Creg is the top dog there, and one of the nicest humans I've ever met! No doubt I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to get their car done.either MPI or personal!

I had the unfortunate experience of having my catylitic converter stolen off my vehicle
. I had the fortunate experience of choosing Arlington. MPI a was not as forthcoming as this type of incident is a real eye opener and it’s not fully covered. However, Arlington did everything they could to get me back on the road quickly, and looked for the best price for the part. They were professional, pleasant and reassuring as well as efficient. I will not go anywhere else now for any auto body work that is needed. As much as I value their workmanship, I sincerely hope I am not a frequent client. Lol

Owner is amazing, easy to talk to and very fair. Has done amazing work on my Chevy truck, made it look brand new again and stopped it from future rust damage.

I had a body repair done as a consequence of an accident. I highly recommend this shop. People are very professional, they facilitated insurance information and a courtesy car from a rental car company and their own courtesy car as well. They made my super busy life a lot simpler!

I took my vehicle in after being rear ended as apart of the MPI Direct Repair program and they did an amazing job! Recently made contact with Arlington Auto Body due to of course, having been involved in a car accident. The recommendation came from my son-in-law. As their introduction page states, the family owned business prides themselves in excellent customer service. I can tell you first hand, they are true to their word. Along with that, my car was returned to me in great condition. The workmanship was flawless and my car has never looked so good even when it was first purchased! At a time when customer service seems to be changing in my mind, it was truly refreshing (even though it was for unfortunate circumstances) to be treated with respect and professionalism.
