I first saw doctor Aurora a little over a month ago and I was really desperate feeling so many scary symptoms such as accelerated heart beats, dizziness, numbness, bad digestion. Dr. Arora explained that everything could be related to the nerve system and all made so much sense. I started treatment with him and now I am SO much better, basically all my symptoms are gone. Thanks a lot dr. Arora!

I went and saw Ashley Burr registered athletic therapist. She is great as finding out what’s wrong or the problem to why I have my movement issues that cause me pain, and I usually choose a movement exercise to help move the muscles and help myself in the long run. I also love the cupping practice that she does.

Ashley has always fixed and gives great explanations on what’s going on and I would recommend her to everyone that needs to see her.

My back issues have plagued me for many years in varying degrees however in the spring of 2021 I was in extreme pain at times and was having trouble walking. I had seen orthopedic specialists, physiotherapists and other chiropractors for this issue in the past. A relative had spoken to me of their experience with Arora Family Chiropractic and so I decided to give it a try. Starting with 3 visits a week and now tapering off, my back issues have been resolving. I am now exercising more, walking without difficulty. I still maintain vigilance with the type of physical activity and the length of activity and ensure adequate rest periods for my back so as not to reinjure it. However overall I have been very pleased with the care I have received.
My spouse has also started to go for therapy at Arora Family Chiropractic. Also experiencing back issues due to misalignment of the spine as result of a deteriorating knee joint. After recovering from a knee replacement, he began to go to this facility for adjustments of his back with positive results.
We both have been satisfied with the care we have received at Arora Family Chiropractic.

Ashley Burr, certified Athletic Therapist, is amazing! She listens to your needs and mobility issues and treats accordingly. She gave me some great stretches and exercises to continue with after our session and it’s made a big difference! No more shoulder pain after 8 hours at a computer thanks to the exercises she showed me. So knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nicole Cook for a couple months now for adjustments. And she’s been amazing, efficient and professional. I will continue to go back for all of my chiropractic needs.

For the past year I had been experiencing pain in my left heel (plantar fasciitis) as well as upper back discomfort. I came for Chiropractic care basically to have my headache and neck pain addressed, which I have been enduring for more than a year. I visit Arora Family Chiropractic twice a week with Dr. Nitan Arora, and have seen progress partway thru my treatment. After 2 months of visit, i would say that my neck pain and headache are gone. Dr Arora and his whole team (Morgan) is very friendly and nice. I have acute pain in my lower back and pelvis. I have this pain from long time. After doing anything heavy work i was not able to move my body and while walking i always have nerve pinch. At first i have fear in my mind about that cracking and popping sounds that i usually watch on you tube about chiropractor techniques. But when i came here Dr Arora uses Torque technique which was really helpful. After few sessions i was feeling good. There is noticeable improvement in my back pain. I am getting better and better.

Dr. Cook is amazing! I have been seeing her for a few years. Professional and incredibly caring person and she does a great job. I was previously nervous about chiropractic and I am so glad that I come to her regularly now; it makes a huge difference in my flexibility and overall health.

A single adjustment from Dr. Cook hugely improved my sore neck and shoulders that were causing numbness in my hands. A second one and it was almost like new. What impressed me about her though was a desire to go beyond just relieving pain and actually using chiro to improve my general health and condition so I can count on my body for future enjoyment. She doesn’t try and sell super frequent “maintenance” visits but truly believes and promotes chiro as part of long term health strategy. I look forward to working with her more.

When I first came to Arora Family Chiropractic I was in acute pain. I had done something to my back to cause it to go into such awful spasms that it reminded me of when I was in labor having intense contractions. I could barely move and at the recommendation of a friend I went to see Dr Nicole Cook. She got me in right away and even offered to see me twice in that first day since I was in so much pain. I was nervous and holding back tears but Dr. Cook was so gentle and patient with me, talking me through exactly what she was going to do, ensuring that I felt comfortable and giving me permission to tell her if I wasn't ready or too scared or wanting to try a different approach. I felt I could trust her and was pretty desperate and allowed her to adjust me the best way she saw fit. It only took a couple of treatments for things to start feeling remarkably better. What I really appreciated was that between appointments she would email me to follow up and check in on how I was doing. This meant a lot and I genuinely felt cared for. My experience was such a positive one that I ended up bringing my daughters to see Dr. Cook as well, just for a check up. Not only is she fantastic with adults, but she is exceptionally gifted at interacting with children as well. My one daughter was congested and the other had been complaining of head aches, and there were noticeable differences in both my girls after their adjustments (which they liked to call tickle massages since the adjustments were gentler in that way). I'm honestly amazed at how each of our bodies were able to heal and reset back so quickly. I have such faith in what Arora Family Chiropractic does and recommend them to you without hesitation! In fact even my husband now wants to book an appointment after seeing the results on the rest of us! The ladies at the front reception area are also lovely and make you feel so welcome. I had a very good experience seeing the Doctor Arora and it helped me a lot. I feel confident to say this is a very chance for you to do not feel pain anymore. He's patient and of course he knows very well what he's doing with our body and concerns on it.

Went to see Athletic Therapist Ashley Burr to deal with a long standing problem with my hand and wrist. She took a fresh approach to the situation and gave me a new way to deal with the pain. Exercises, stretches and acupuncture had me quickly on the road to less pain and a way to prevent it. She will be the go to person for any future issues!

Dr Arora is a kind and gentle soul who works with you to develop an action plan for your body issues. I had been referred to attend athletic therapy for elbow pain that I was experiencing. A colleague had expressed that I see Ashley Burr. I had nothing but a positive experience. I went to Arora Chiropractic after having two years of having hands namuness especially at night. After visiting Arora, my hand pain and namuness has completely changed and no longer struggling much at night or reading with my hands stretched up.

I have been seeing Dan Rudy at this clinic for a few years now and he is incredible! I have dislocated my knee, separated both shoulders, rolled my ankles countless times and even developed arthritis (I treat my body horribly!) I love attending Arora Family Chiropractic clinic. I drive every Friday from Shilo to Winnipeg, that is a 2 and half hour dive just to have Dr. Arora use his tapping technic. On a side not, I also tried the meditation service. It was not for me but the young man was very knowledgeable and friendly. If I choose to try again my first stop for assistance would be with Jacob. He did a great job.

Initially I started seeing Ashley at Arora Family Chiropractic for various injuries, migraines, and pain associated with my endometriosis. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and really takes her time to assess the whole issue rather than just treating the symptoms. When needed she has referred me to other practitioners to help further my progress. She is an amazing AT! Over the last year I have been seeing Dr. Arora for my headaches and migraines. His torque release therapy is gentle and affective in reducing my pain.

The first quarter of 2018 was a tough year for me, I started having a back pain with a shooting pain/ numbness to my left leg. I went to a walk in doctor that referred me to a physiotherapy. However, instead of getting better i started getting worse. All i can do is lay down on my bed, and any kind of movement hurts. That was when I researched for other options and came across Dr. Arora (which by the way helped me with my plantar fasciitis). I went to Dr. Arora when i was at my worse state in November of 2018. He helped me straighten my back as I was very hunched already because of my Bulging/ herniated disc. He collaborated with Dr. Rudy to do acupuncture that will at least help me with my back pain. It is very reassuring to know that both of them communicated with each other to give me the best care.

I ended up having a micro discectomy January 2019, my surgeon told me to go for physiotherapy but I felt more at ease to go to Dr.arora and Dr. Dan because I know they will be taking care of me.

Till now I’ve been coming to Dr. Arora because I know I need to care for my back better. Thus I know Dr. Arora and his team can help me do that.

Aurora chiropractic clinic was recommended to me by a close friend. She’s had a lot of success with the non-manual adjusting so no harsh movements. Done through torque release technique that works on your nervous system on your spine and muscles.
I was having little success with chronic back and hip pain with regular chiropractic adjustments so decided to try this type of treatment.
I am on disability without great insurance so haven’t been able to a lot but try to go twice a month. I have noticed a significant change even without going more often.
Due to breast cancer surgery and treatments this past year I have developed other shoulder and neck issues as well as fatigue. The treatment seems to help your who body as the nervous system is activated to induce healing.
My plan is to go more often in 2020 with some help with income tax return and other funds.

I was referred to Dr. Arora by Ashley, one of their athletic therapists (I'm a student that worked with Ashley the past summer for my practicum) when I was diagnosed with a concussion. Both of them were very knowledgeable in what they do and truly care about their patients and their well-being. He takes time asking how each treatment went and listens to any concerns you may have. I was seeing him for 6 weeks for my concussion and I now feel so much better. Haven't had symptoms for 2 weeks now! I would definitely recommended Dr. Arora and his team, they're great!

Very friendly and thorough treatment. Ashley is great at explaining why she suggests certain types of treatment. She is very good at listening to her patients' complaints and addressing that ailment that the complaint is about.

I have been seeing Ashley (known affectionately as AHOP) for various injuries throughout the last couple of years. She has always made the symptoms subside and taught me many techniques to keep from re injuring as well as strengthening the injured areas when the conditions allow for it. She also always reaches out to see how my injuries are coming along. That level of concern and service is such a rarity nowadays. AHOP is definitely my first call when I injure myself. She is very professional and efficient. She truly cares about her patients/clients.

I started with Dr. Arora for a pelvic dysfuntion issue in april 2019. I noticed a pamphlet in the office about the benefits of chiropractic care in children. I decided to bring my son for an assessment. My son is 5years old and always been a very lazy/tired/chill kid. Even as an infant, people commented on how quiet and sleepy he was. He would typically sleep past 9am and I was used to having to wake him. He would then have a few naps throughout the day that he would have to be woken from. He is also a very "weak" kid. He did not play very much as he seemed to not have the mobility or energy level to do so. We had taken him to his pediatrician, done test after test, blood work, and specialists. After all was done, his pediatrician simply suggested that "some kids are just weak and relaxed, and if you want him to gain muscle, then just put him in sports". Our first attempt at soccer was just him sitting on the bench and clapping for the other kids. Gymanastics and swimming were much the same. So then came Dr. Arora.the day after his first treatment there was a pretty significant change. Myself, my husband, grandparents, daycare workers, and cousins all mentioned what a different kid he is. Its very common 4 months later to get a comment on how much energy he has! His speech is improving, his mobility is increasing every day, he wants to bike and run and jump off things and go to the play ground everyday! No more long naps. No more having to be woken up in the mornings. Im super grateful for the change and my son seems like a much happier kid whihc is the most important. My only regret is not trying this sooner for him. Dr. Arora is great with him and my son is excited to go get adjusted. I highly recommend his services.

I have been seeing Genalyn Salonga for laser hair removal. She is very professional, knowledgeable with what she’s doing, focused, patient and most importantly, she is very nice and pleasant person. She did a great job. I have seen results already after first treatment. We have done 4 and still has 2 to go. I’m extremely satisfied with Genalyn’s work. The clinic is nice and clean as well. I've been seeing Ashley as needed for the last 5 years. I first came to her for a running/knee injury. She performed heat therapy, shock wave therapy, explained my injuries to me and how to prevent them and gave me strengthening exercises to help at home. I've returned to her many times over the years following attempts to do more than my body is capable of, because she is the person I trust to help me. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. As a Letter Carrier my feet are very important to me. I went to Arora Family Chiropractic to receive shock wave therapy. After a number of treatments my foot has improved enough that I will be starting to deliver mail again. They provide very good service!

I'm very pleased with my chiropractic treatments with Dr Aurora. I had never gone to see a chiropractor for my back pain - I was hopeful but didn't know what to expect. I had lower back pain for 4 years which slowly became worse. I tried massage, accupucture, yoga and strengthening excersises with little to no success.
I'm happy to say my back pain has slowly decreased over the course of my treatments. I was at a point where my back pain was always on my mind and was starting to take over my life. I am almost pain free with many hours of no back pain at all.

They are quite efficient and flexible with your appointments which gives you the ease and the mobility to book without having to miss your treatments. The doctor and the therapists are also amazing and really friendly. Besides helping you with their expertise, they also focus on developing a trusting relationship so they can better undersatnd and further enhance their treatments.
