I am totally unsatisfied with the management.there is no one to pickup or call back.and not any one reply for any emails.i tried many times.

I am living in suite 441 99 dalhousie drive. I would like to mention that our Resident Manager Angela is exceptional in customer service. She takes great care of us and is always there to help out and solve any problem.

I am an employer who is working on behalf of tenants from the Ukraine residing in a property of ASH Management Group. After completing and submitting a 'notice of assignment' form, I have tried for approx. 2 weeks to reach someone.anyone actually. I have left at least 10 voice mail messages to various departments and individuals as well as multiple emails.
To say I am frustrated and disappointed would be an understatement.

I initially had spoken to Pakiza who seemed to be very courteous and professional. Since that time however (July 20/23) I have tried consistently to reach anyone at the Management Group.

I am concerned, as it is simply adding another layer of stress to individuals who already are dealing with the issues and adjustments of immigration, culture change and a new work life far different from their previous home.

Do not ever rent 285 college avenue. Heavily infested with bedbugs cockroaches and mice, multiple homicides during my stay homeless people sleeping in the halls of the buildings, unsecured doors, constant fire alarms going off, did I mention multiple homicides. The landlord is also a complete scumbag who clearly just wants money. STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE TRAUMATIZED.

NEVER RENT WITH ASH MANAGEMENT! 12TH time the fire fighters showed up at 311 Alexander Ave. Non residents constantly getting access to the building and pulling shinanigans. Very frustrating especially when it happens at night. No sign of the possibility of security. Worst management company in the world

Would never rent from ash management and wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy to be renting from them. We're told to use a storage locker and found out a bunch of people that no longer lived there still had keys to the locker and stole everything from us. No response from ash about an apology nothing but silence. Worst experience ever. Going to small claims to take matters in my own hands. Not to mention the Alarm keeps getting pulled at least 2 or 3 times a week here at 311 alexander avenue and is currently ringing. Often times in the middle of the night. Alarm currently ringing. I am outraged. I've been warning everyone that comes into this building at 311 Alexander avenue to never live here. Thankfully told 4 families about the problems and all 4 decided not to rent

Ash management discriminate, picks and choose tenants.
They threw out my application.
They don't respond to emails, hand written letters or phone calls.imo they should lose their licence.

They acted supicious when I met 2 office staff that took my application.

I'm a quiet tenant.
Update. As readers can see now, ash management discriminates based on unacceptable conditions by human rights they just proved it and also note that they responded to only thIs review and not any of my phone calls or emails. Not even the slightest common courtesy was given by them. Did you really want to rent from THEM? Discrimination is as low as people can go.

So this damaged manhole cover is located at 877 Waverly st in the A & W parking lot. I was there back in July/22 to eat with my family. Getting out of the car and heading towards the restaurant, my 3 year old grandson stepped onto the cover and almost into the hole. I had to grab him to avoid a dangerous and painful experience for him. The first thing that came to my mind was that I would sue big time! I mentioned to the employees at A & W and after we left I called the city about it. They told me that it was the property owners issue. I contacted a few of the businesses, mentioned the problem to them and to find out who owned the property. ASH management. Contacted them and to make a long story short the manhole cover still looks like this as of yesterday when I drove into the parking lot to see if anything has been done about it. No. I will call my lawyer and ask his advice.

This office is a mess. They rarely answer the phone, rarely return messages, ignore reported issues about suites, they were late paying back my damage deposit, they never answered future landlord's calls for reference, didn't properly communicate about stopping hydro, etc. I liked my apartment, but management is incredibly understaffed and disorganized. To their credit, they will eventually get things done, but expect everything to be late and be ready to make numerous calls and keep a paper trail of all interactions.

Management is very unprofessional. She is never punctual and never found in office. She is very rude and disrespectful. I live at 99 Dalhousie drive. I completely understand that sometimes it about showing sites but the times outside never depicts the time of her arrival. It the timer says be back at 1: 30, she will be back after 2: 40. She never answer my call or call back.

I have had the pleasure of living in the Downs Village for the past few years and I love it here! The on site management is great (Jess and Grant) and the park itself is always kept in immaculate condition! I look forward to living here for many more years to come!

They fix all your apartment problems in minutes of complaining

Renee from ASH Management has been an absolute dream to work with. We built an instant connection and she has always been accessible for any questions or concerns I might have had. I have really appreciated her communication and willingness to serve. I can tell she takes pride in the work that she does and the relationships she builds. So grateful for Renee, she had made my experience a great one!

I've been renting at applelane meadows for 3 years. Tanya has always been friendly and unbelievably quick at resolving any issues I have. Issues are usually resolved within the day and if they can't be due to scheduling she at the very least has a plan to have it fixed for the following day.

I have lived in the Downs Village MHC for 19 years and have never experienced a bad experience yet. I find the village is very well run and has an excellent manager. On a scale of 1 to To 10 I have no problem giving them a 10 being the best

Very bad management. They don’t care for tenants at all. In 50 Prevette building management just gave access for entry from only 2 doors and rest are for exit only. BUT one of them is door to parking lot and u should give fob access for entry from that door too. It’s hard to walk around in winter with groceries and other stuff with kids. Think Positive. And also think of tenants.

Living at Boreham Park Apartments, 5 Confederation Bay, Brandon has been a homely experience for me and my family. The Site Manager (Sukhpreet Gill) has been friendly, accommodating and always willing to extend a helping hand. She provides timely feedback and response to our requests. She is indeed a good ambassador of ASH Management Group.

Re: Downs Village Mobile Home Community

We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. This Community is clean and well maintained.
There is good communication between Management and the Residents. The same can be said about the communication which exists amongst the Residents as a whole.

There is no other place that we would rather live. We love living here.

Very poor management, i moved from one bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment in the same building 2 months ago, i was told i will get my full security deposit back as my apartment was in good condition but i am still waiting for my deposit, i call their office everyday but no one answers. One day a lady fron leasing department told me that they will send me my money soon but it has been 1 month after that conversation and i am still waiting to hear back anything

Was trying to sublease an apartment at Confederation Bay (Brandon) and could not get ahold of the building manager. When we did, she was trying to give us a totally different place. Was never in office. Got her maintenance person to call my husband and say horrible things to him. Said we were begging for a place cause we were calling and texting. Horrible and so unprofessional

Very bad management of Ashwood manor. They are very mean as they don’t wanna give access to the door by North parking side as they said they don’t have budget. Management have zero interest in tenants problems. All they want money money. In 50 Prevette Street building there is very poor conditions laundry machines.most of the times machine got broken due to low quality machines.

One of front office staff rude, uncaring and condescending. Property managers much better. Need to speak with right people to get assistance.
