Everything was so easy when we purchase from Ashley. I can’t see us going anywhere else in the future.

Honestly really pushy sales men, anytime I'd say I'm going to check somewhere else out they'd say oh I used to work there and the quality of products is not good.
Yet when I went to other places they had excellent quality stuff.
Something is telling me that they were lying and never actually worked at those places.

Upon entering Ashley we were greeted with a friendly smile. We advised Brenda that we were just there to have a look at their selection of bedroom suites. We were impressed that we were NOT "followed" around the store. Once a bedroom suite was chosen, Brenda and Brad were readily available to answer all our questions! We were offered competitive pricing for our selection. We did NOT feel pressured! We then left the store, as we wanted to look at a competitor's bedroom suites. In no time we were back at Ashley's to purchase my bedroom suite! HUGE KUDOS to Brenda and Brad for providing not only COMPETITIVE PRICING, but also OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you so much for making our experience so enjoyable!

First time here and I was blown away with my experience. Great prices for quality pieces, low pressure sales that allowed me to browse as my own pace and helpful sales agents for when I did need help or recommendations.

I recently visited Ashley HomeStore and was surprised by the lack of uniqueness and pushy sales staff. The layout of the store was identical to other locations I have visited, and the models of furniture were the same as well. While the furniture itself was of good quality, I was disappointed to see that there was nothing new or exciting to catch my eye.

The prices at the store were medium to high range, and while the quality of the furniture may justify the higher prices, I still felt that some of the items were overpriced. Additionally, the sales staff was pushy and aggressive in their approach, making me feel uncomfortable and rushed during my browsing. I understand that the goal is to sell products, but I would have preferred a more relaxed and informative approach.

Despite these issues, the overall experience at the store was satisfactory. The staff was knowledgeable about the products and provided helpful information when asked. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The furniture was presented in an attractive way, and it was easy to envision how it would look in my home.

In summary, I did not purchase my furniture from this store and although deals made it cheaper the products seemed overpriced. Furthermore, each location had similar or identical units just setup differently. The prices were on the higher side, and the pushy sales staff made me feel uncomfortable. However, the knowledgeable staff and well-organized store made the overall experience satisfactory. If you're in the market for high-quality furniture and don't mind a pushy sales approach, this may be the store for you.

The front desk manager is the worst, I have filed the complaint before 1 and half month now, but she has blocked me and does not reply to my request.

I bought a clearance bedframe which had no damages when checked. I came to know they does not want to help!

Never buy from this place, if you have any issues with the furniture bought, they won't help you!

Great help online, Gina took good care of me. When there was an error she corrected it right away. Got me a good deal on financing. And my couch should be delivered in 10 days.

Julian was invaluable in our mattress shopping today. We tried out a few mattresses and he talked us through the differences and helped find what was best for us. The store manager Lester also came by several times during our visit to make sure we were taken care of.

Rockey has literally sold us almost every piece of furniture in our house dating back to 2018. It’s so nice to walk into Ashley, see a familiar face and have him recognize us too. He did us a favour looking into our warranty for us today and helped us secure a smokin deal. Thank you!

Manuur, the sale representative that we worked with was VERY knowledgeable when looking at various sofas and sectionals. He even jumped on one couch to show its durability! He made us feel confident in choosing our sectional.

Purchased a couch and bed frame from this location, sales associates were not eager to sell which was good leaving me and my family alone to browse the store. When I wanted inquire on certain items associates were hard to find or speak to, had to wait at front desk for help.

They had to deliver my items separately as my bedframe was not in a nearby warehouse, communication at that point was absolutely horrible between sales associate saying I would recieve my bedframe 2 weeks from that day I purchased to almost receiving it 4 weeks later, and not even receiving an apology for the miscommunication. The delivery team was more friendly than the sales team. Happy with my product not happy at all with the service, I will be shopping elsewhere at The Brick right down the street where I recieved world class customer service prior to stopping at Ashley.

Purchased some dining room chairs for our first home from Ashley specifically because they were in stock available that day - went to pick them up and received barstools instead of dining chairs - spent over 45 mins on the phone being told we couldn't pick up the correct chairs that day because "their computer system wouldn't let them" and eventually convinced them to allow us to go.got home and realized we received the right chairs but the wrong color.spent hours on the phone with customer service staff who clearly did not want to deal with us - phone calls were not returned after being told we would be called back and I'm pretty certain my number was purposely ignored as they answered right away as soon as we used a different phone number to call. - finally randomly got an email that my chairs were being delivered that day (?) received chairs one at a time on different days already built not in a box, who knows where they were sitting - weeks later. I will not be furnishing the rest of my home from Ashley.computer systems need a serious update and also wasn't impressed with the high pressure sales pitches for furniture we didn't enter the store to buy. A clear lack of respect for our time was shown.

I ordered a bed frame from Ashley a few months prior and the order/pick up was seamless. I then returned months later to purchase a couch for the new place I was moving too. I called and spoke with a sales advisor who GUARANTEED me the couch I purchased would fit through my door, low and behold it did not. I understood that these things happen and went to the store later that day to get a refund. I was told there would be a 10% restocking fee, which I argued as I never would have purchased the couch without that guarantee. They agreed to give me a credit for the 10% fee but refused to refund it. I accepted that and asked for the rest of my money to be refunded. They told me as I had paid in cash, a check would be issued to me and it would take up to a MONTH for me to get my money back. When I asked why this wasn’t disclosed to me when I paid in cash, the sales lady shrugged her shoulders. I then called the customer care line that evening and was told they would put a request in with their accounting team to have the money refunded to me on debit. I was told I would hear back in 24 hours, and I never heard back. I called 2 days later and every day after that and was given the run around by every single member I spoke to. Finally 5 day’s after we were told the request was put in and we would hear back, we were told the cheque was sent and that we would have to wait the month still. The guest care team did not add any notes in the file regarding the request and we were lied to by every employee we spoke to. I have never been treated so poorly by any business. I will never shop here again and will advise everyone I know to shop at any other furniture store.

Mark at Ashley (Regent) assisted us very well. He accomodated us and also a well- versed staff in discussing the pros and cons of the appliance we bought today. He made sure that we know every details in purchasing the product, warranty, delivery.

Super great service when your planning or purchasing your furniture. Don't get me wrong, the furniture is beautiful and good. But I ordered and bought upfront a good looking sectional with three power recliners. It was even in stock and was promptly delivered. BUT, the part of the couch I claimed to be my seat. The very first use of the power recliner, it broke. I'm above average in size, not no little old person using this couch. But I would expect more from my purchase. Now the journey to get the couch repaired, after having the technician calling in sick and my household being sick. 2 months later my power recliner was picked up and being repaired. The pick up team for my recliner was like the Mafia arrived to do the job. I was clearly intimidated by the biggest of the team of three. The big guy tried to order me around in my own house. He tried to make things about race, that was not happening. Then the big guy stood toe to toe with me in my living room. I firmly asked the team of three to remove themselves from my home and to take the item scheduled for pick up. I reported this to Corporate office in the States and Canada. The entire interaction was recorded. I requested to have another team to do the drop off, Ashley Furniture could not guarantee that. Clearly safety is not a priority for customers. Buyer beware.

I bought I sofas there on regent month a go I had a coupon 10% off and the salesman guaranty me a free shipping if I get the product. My sofa was delivered yesterday, when I looked on the bill nothing was applied not the 10 % off and I got charged for the shipping while I asked him twice if he had waived it he said yes. Do never go there because they are not honest. I want my money back for the shipping

Great service, both at the store and distributing center, we are re-ordering pillows and pillowcases, because we were so please with our original pillows that lasted for years. We also purchased two beautiful sofas about a year ago and would buy again at Ashley, excellent quality.

My husband and I visited several furniture stores on Regent Avenue in Winnipeg back in May 2022, when we were looking for a dining room set; this store was very welcoming and had the best selection and very competitive prices, so we ended up purchasing a Signature grey table, 5 chairs, 3 bar stools and a bench, which were delivered in a reasonnable time by the "white glove" delivery service. We really like the look of these lovely pieces in our home and Bradley, the assistant manager, was very professionnal, helpful and respectful. A month later, we went back to purchase a Maytag washer and dryer set (that we love) and again, this specific store was the best overall. Highly recommanded!

If you are planning to purchase a sectional from Ashley furniture, make sure you have a bunch of furniture making tools and the knowledge needed to use them. We bought a sectional and needed to measure mark and drill our own holes to attach the feet.

Otherwise, very nice furniture.

I purchased a table on black Friday back in November. At first they said 3 weeks. Now here we are Almost 6 months later and still no table… This place is a JOKE

Horrible. We bought all of our furniture here and most recently a new mattress and bed frame, along with new couch and loveseat. The sales guy said the bed would be in within a week but the couches would take longer which was no problem because we had couches but needed the mattress. We get the couches and loveseat in a week, and the mattress is nowhere to be seen. I've called about 20 times, getting an answering machine and leaving messages all the time. I finally got a person to speak with, she said she would call me back the next day and it has been a week already. Once they make a sale they simply don't care. After spending about $15,000 in this store, we will not be returning here. And I hope the manager sees this so he can maybe respond for the first time in 3 weeks. I will be going to the store to cancel my order shortly, congrats on losing out on another $4,000 worth of business.
