Worst customer service. Bought a sofa on 3rd of April and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. I called the customer service 3 times already and every-time they say it’s gonna be one week. Absolutely disgusted and frustrated from there service. I will never step in Ashley store ever again.

Salesman tried scaring my girlfriend into keeping a bed we had to cancel for financial reasons, he called her while she was at work lying saying she has to pay over 2000$ for a bed we never even got after 3 delivery dates passed, I found thos disgusting that someone would treat her like that. Will never shop here again. Absolutely disgusting

Not recommended to buy any items with them, After purchase no service.the local store manger does not have power to take any decision for return, exchange or fix damage items.very poor service from gust service department.bought sofa set in November 22 and received damage sofa after complaining they exchange with more damage and used sofa.again complain to exchange with new sofa but they agree to fix only and still after 2 months they don't have time to fix sofa set.works with only call centre.they have email address for sent, but no one have staff to read and reply to you.every time you calls there is a different people so you have to start all story with first step.they don't have any manager that you get proper answer.forcefully I have to accept used sofa and forcefully I have to accept his date for repair and still waiting.

Dropped my review by giving 5 star too early, I should have wait till they actually show up to deliver the bedroom set I purchased almost 15 days ago. Booked to deliver and fixed for today’s date. From this morning we are trying to get hold of someone who can tell us when they are coming, but no answer. I got a confirmation message 2 days ago that they are coming today on 15th as per we booked and supposed to give us 3 hour time slot. I have already wasted my half day waiting and don’t even know if they are coming today or not.so much disappointment. In future not going to buy anything from Ashley

Unbelievable customer service from Austin in the Brandon, MB store. Made shopping incredibly easy and stress free. I would highly recommend!

The store sold me 2 sofas they said were leather except the back. We later found out that it is leather look only. Worked out a discount with the store.

So I went to Ashley today in Brandon just to check out furniture but the sales associate I was dealing with was amazing, her name is Swara not at all pushy great customer service given me all the required information and was very helpful, very happy that I visited Ashley Homestore and forsure would recommend her for your future purchase for all the people out there in Btown

I have never been more disappointed in a company. I purchased the “5 year protection plan” then to make a claim and it is denied. I was specifically told that this plan covered rips, tears, stains etc. I made the claim in hopes to get replacement covers for every single cushion that is falling apart (the fabric is unravelling) due to poor quality and I paid money for the extra warranty but the rips and tears are not on the seams so I’m denied? Don’t buy from this company and certainly don’t purchase the extended warranty, an absolute joke and money grab.

We got our first 9 cu.ft.chest freezer from Ashley HomeStore and now after about 2 months, we are getting another 24 cu.ft.and I am glad doing business with them because the 24.8 cu.ft.freezer has just been delivered. Thank you Ashley Home Store.

Experience overall was excellent from the staff in store to the people who delivered the product and set it up in our house. We would definitely shop there again!
