I have been a member since 1982-83. If supidity is a mode that you like to operate with, then this is the financial insitution that you want to operate with. They have botched, delayed and messed with money that is clearly in my name. They have done everything to make it difficult for me to access my money;almost like banking in Beirut, unbelievable. And when they recognize your anger they read a scripted apology like Summer stock theater. 2 thumbs down

I just wanted to warn everyone to not ever come to this credit union ever. I was forced into them because entegra merged with ACU, and right from day 1 I was having insane amount of troubles with their app. It’s slow, laggy, outdated and by the way e transfers usually take at least 10 mins to accept or they simply just don’t work. I tried phoning them asking to help fix my e transfer as I use it frequently and the women I phoned was rude and didn’t have a clue on what she was saying. I then sent an email and I kid you not, It took them FOURTEEN days to respond to me, 14! About my problems with e transfers. After this I INSTANTLY opened an account else where, I cannot believe the service and the app of this place, you wouldn’t believe it till you experience it.

The worst Credit Union in Manitoba. Their app is frustrating to use, in person customer service is terrible. I am glad that I don't have to deal with them anymore because I closed my account today and I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

Mackenzie the mortgage specialist was great. She helped me buy my first home and provided an amazing service. She was supportive and had patience while I wrapped my head around understanding mortgages and the process of buying a home. I'd highly recommend speaking to her if you were looking for a mortgage.

If I could give less stars, I would.
They take my account fees reliably, but I haven't been able to use any kind of online banking in at least 2 years. I've called, gone in to multiple locations on multiple occasions and it never gets fixed. They tell me someone will call me. This time we're going on months of waiting to hear from them, all the while the fees keep coming out on time, every time. I plan to switch, but with 3 kids and a crazy job, I keep putting it off.
I would not recommend ACU to my worst enemy.

Dont call them. You wait for very lengthy times on hold or waiting for a call back. There doesnt seem to be a call center that picks up your calls fairly quickly.
Noone to call after hours or on weekends unless you lost your cards.

Went here recently to switch over a few things with my account. Earlier in the month I dealt with a young lady who didn't end up doing things correctly. Came back here the other day to figure out what happened and to get everything resolved. I dealt with Nathan. As soon as I entered the branch, he greeted me immediately. He was polite and professional. When I asked him questions, he asked his Branch Manager to confirm, to ensure I was provided the correct information. He apologized on behalf of ACU for the errors. He was thorough in finding out exactly what happened and kept his word when he said he would contact me to keep me in the loop. He ended up getting everything resolved for me within 1 business day. His service was outstanding. For this reason, I will keep coming back to this branch.

I have been a member for the last twenty years, they use to have a great service with high level of professionalism. Recently it’s going the extreme opposite. At one point I was bragging a lot about their service and referring friends and family members nowadays I cannot do that. I am looking to move on to somewhere else where I can get a better service. FYI this has nothing to do with the pandemic either.

Within 5 minutes of sitting down with there so called mortgage specialist I was refused. I’ve been with this bank since I was 16.2 days later I went to Royal Bank and was approved for a 250000 home

Assinbione CU was never my choice of credit unions or bank. We have been with them for nearly 40 years and we have moved our banking to a different Credit union, for many many reasons. But the latest. After 37 year with them they decided that our 5 dollar share for our joint account was not enough and they charged me an extra 5 dollars for an extra share. They also work like big banking institutions where they do not care about their members.
