After much frustration with the Manitoba health care system and an ER visit at HSC, my family doctor was able to squeeze me in tomorrow afternoon. Thank you

Terrible service. It is not a reliable clinic.
My family had passed a medical exam for immigration purposes at the clinic
but our medical results were submitted by the clinic over 3 months inspite we paid expensive cost.

I was waiting to see a ent for months, A er doctor sent a referral to this place. He he shrugged off my symptoms, barely looked at me and said that my symptoms were OK. Said the only thing he can offer me is nose spray and eardrops. Then started walking out the door like it was finished, which apparently we were. It was incredibly rude experience, which I would not want to go back. My suggestion if a Doctor wants to send you to this clinic asked to go somewhere else.

I'm trying to cancel my appointment from last week. No one is picking up my call, and voice mail is full. They charge 150 for missing appointment. I am not going to pay you dime.

I had IRCC medical appointment at this clinic. I was sent back 2 days consequently; the reason being their online system wasn’t working. They should have informed me to not to come but they didn’t bother to. Finally on my third visit they did the medical but then, the said they are not able to find the payment I made while booking appointment. I showed the receipt but receptionist said the accounting team has gone and she can’t do anything. She requested me to pay again and said she will refund tomorrow. After not getting refund, I called them two days later. The lady said you have to come back to clinic to show invoice so they can do something about it. It was an absolute mess.

("Dr. Pat Barter-Cook") She ended the zoom call mid session and had to wait for her to come back. Very unprofessional. We proceeded with the session after 10 minutes, only for her to say "everything you've said has given me nothing to work with". Luckily, this patient isn't on the verge of suicide otherwise it would've ended drastically different. I would FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY!

Doctor Famuuide Or whatever her name was, she was kind of rude, like in an aggressive way when putting in my IUD. I was uncomfortable and I asked her to be quiet but she just like yelled at me to open my legs more and push them up and it was really uncomfortable and she was Bad not nice doctor for my first pelvic exam and iud insertion.she acted like she cared, but then she would basically yell and rush me and it was just like she was on her last straw of the day and it felt really bad because I just wanted some comfort and I wanted to feel secure and safe and I wanted someone who is nice and patient and not yelling and Aggressive and rushing.it wasn’t awesome.quite frankly I don’t want to schedule my check up here because I don’t want to see her I would’ve rather just seen her assistant who was so much nicer. She offered to have the assistant in the room and I should’ve said yes assistant is so much better trust me

Pleasant and efficient treatment. Dr and support staff very good at getting you in and seen asap

Have had this clinic as our family doc for three years. Apart from a meet and great (by phone) we have never managed to meet our doc. Have left numerous messages and never gotten a return phone call. Tried on line to book appointments said it was booked showed up and was told we didn’t have an appointment. Beyond frustrating. Have used the walk-in service and the docs seem nice just can’t get past receptionists

I'm a senior and was sent to this clinic by the WRHA find a physician program. The doctor I was sent to is quite frequently absent and often for weeks at a time. The clinic doesn't provide another physician to take over appointments and will gladly refer you to the walk in. Which is not a good solution for a patient that, due to trauma, struggles with strangers and unfamiliar surroundings. I'm now having to try to find another doctor which is likely not possible, as no one is taking patients. But on a good note, the walk in will be there on a regular basis and perhaps that's where senior health care is heading.

I have been a patient for over 25 years and have seen Dr. Mould and Dr. Grass retire. I have applied several times for a replacement and on the wishlist. Dr. Grass prescribe a medication and assured me that it was not addictive. I have tried several walkin clinic and they will not even talk to me because they can not renew prescription. We all know finding another doctor is impossible so now I will be forced to discontinue medication. Dangerous as that means. Wish me luck.
