I got my hair highlighted ombre in march from here.after 1 or 2 wash my hair changed their color to brassy blonde which i didn't asked for. My hair are dry, brittle and out of moisture now.my stylist recommend me nioxin thinning shampoo and conditioner and it made my hair more worse I spent $60 something on them Total $350 for worst highlights, worst haircut I ever had and worst shampoo I had ever bought. Never going here again.my stylist face said it all at the end of my session that she did a bad job on my hair. No doubt she was friendly but the results I got were terrible. I was resisting to post a review from long time but each time I see my hair I want to cry. Maybe this will calm me down.

Very deceitful.receipts won't say it but you can never get a refund for your money. So if you're buying stuff or whatever.go somewhere else but this place. Would never recommend to anyone

Really bad.washed my hair in just 1-2 minutes was very rude. Didnot cut my hair very well the way i asked aas very rude never and ever going back to this place

I went in for a trim to have all the dead/dry ends cut and ended up having my hair butchered along with uneven layers, I at least expected it to feel fresh and healthy afterward, but the stylist literally scorched any bit of moisture out of my hair as she styled it, and now it feels even worse then when I went in. I cried. I see that I am not the only one here who had to mourn their hair. I don't even want to bother to go back and ask them to fix it. Hard to believe there are 5 star reviews I would assume they must be made up as there are so many poor reviews and I believe them.

Amazing service. The stylist are very experienced. I have been happy with my haircut and beard trim every time. The staff is amazing, friendly and always welcoming. Thank you Aura i would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Hello! I give this 10/10 I came here twice now! Back in November 10 and got it done again. I’m very VERY happy with the results and the guy named ardly was SUPER nice and I liked how he made jokes and overall made my day! I don’t see why ppl give it a bad reviews but I’m glad I had a great experience here UGH I LOVE YOUU I really hope I could come again soon

First time was really good the lady was understanding what I wanted second time was very bad the last one worse I will never go back there again

It was good service and didnt take long. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a walk in haircut.

I asked for a mullet and got something not like it I changed my mind about getting dye done and just asked for blonde and they continued with the dye and they styled it without asking and I had to pay $300 for something I didn't want and they didn't even cut my hair good

It’s my first time to put review on bad experience, I don’t feel like doing it but also the bad behaviour of stylist is roaming in my mind constantly.
I went for hair-cut and blow-dry. It was so rushed, she washed hairs in just 2 minutes (never happened in my previous visits at other location). And after that while drying, i was really feeling as She is doing it in anger, angry gestures. I really wanted to leave everything in between and go from there asap. I don’t care if stylist make mistake or I did’n get the hair-look i want, but the behaviour really matters when someone is touching your hairs. Really disappointed and never wanna go to this location ever again.

Berta is very talented and cut my curly hair for the first time and did an amazing job! She listened very well to my request and delivered! I will be back!?

I went for a wash, cut/style and blow dry last week. Sim was the woman who cut my hair. I tried to tell her how I wanted my hair cut but she wouldn't listen to me. I wanted my hair cut much shorter than she actually cut it, but.at the end she put some kind of product in my hair without asking me if I wanted it. Whatever it was volumized my hair about 1000% My hair was ridiculously large. Sim seemed to be more about the number of people she could see in one day than doing a good job. I will not go back to Aura.

I went in for a cut and colour, and first impression was not so great as front staff looked like they would rather be doing something else then greeting clients. No smiles, just miserable looks on their face (which I totally get working in customer service sucks, but at least fake it). Then my hairstylist was also miserable and rude. I was stuck between two options and wanted her opinion, which instead she just listed how much it cost which felt like she was implying I couldn't afford it. That instantly made me change my mind as I never asked her how much it was going to be. I know dying hair is expensive. Then I changed my mind and just asked for the hair cut because I was too afraid to just walk out with how horrible her customer service was, she literally made me want to cry. She was also very aggressive with the hair wash and drying, but the overall cut was the right length I wanted and didn't look awful. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience here, considering I usually go to the Aura at KP mall and all the staff there are amazing and friendly. I just so happened to be in the area of Polo park which is why I went there instead, but from now on I'll make the effort to only go to the KP location.

Edit: I was reached out by an Aura employee who was committed to making my experience better. I have increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars, to reflect my new opinion on their customer service.

Excellent and many chairs. Best if you make an appointment, but if you are not fussy about the hair professional you get, waiting time is not long on weekdays. Saturday's turn over is a little longer
