I just purchased a car from Auto List on Regent Ave. It was quite the experience. I say this because I walked in very nervous. Single women can be treated with such arrogance and rudeness at car dealerships. I did not expect the love from the second I walked through the door at Auto List. I was treated as an equal, they took my questions seriously, and went out of their way to find me a car that matched my wish list. Mohammod was my main contact person and his smile will light up any room. He sincerely seemed to want me to be in a car that was perfect for me versus up-selling me to a car I didn't need. The other employees and the general managers were equally approachable. Were all the employees a bit over the top in their personalities.yep. Were they kind, patient and treated me with respect.totally!
I would go there for future vehicle needs, I feel like I know everyone now and could stop in just to say hi!

Autolist had van that fit my needs. They arranged financing that fit my budget. Overall very friendly staff. I had a very good experience, will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

They have a decent selection of vehicles on the lot, and I found the salesman very friendly, and eager to please, as with most dealerships. We didn't feel rushed, or pressured during our day, and they even offered to buy us supper; yes, we were there that long. It was a miserable, cold, freezing wind, snowy day, but the salesman kept his happy, friendly, "here to help you" demeanor throughout my half dozen test drives, and specific "must/must not have" requests. The shopping day was pleasant, despite the weather. I chose my vehicle,
And felt they did well to ensure I was happy with the deal we made. After having been treated as such an important and valued customer during my shopping day, I have to say, I was totally underwhelmed and disappointed on pick up day.
I arrived about 15 minutes ahead of time. No one came to greet me, unlike the day we went to look, but, no big deal, I'm early. I went to the main desk, and told the receptionist I was there to pick up my vehicle. She said okay, and sent me to the back, service desk. I thought, that's odd, but, okay. Once I told the fellow there that I was picking up my new vehicle, he sent me back to the front desk, where the receptionist then called for someone else. A new face came to greet me, and proceeded to get the friendly finance manager, who brought the papers so I could go to autopac, perfect! Once I returned with the registration, I found myself searching for someone to infact, Deliver my vehicle to me. I was handed off from one person, to the next. Once someone was found to put my plates on, he said "congratulations, you're good to go". I told him, there was a few things that I noted I wanted to point out to the salesman, and, I hadn't even been given the keys! He apologized, heard out my concerns, assured me they would be addressed, and, got me the key I started it up, only to find the gas empty. I got out and told him, and he went and got another gentleman, who, again apologized, and told me he would meet me at the gas station next door to fill up. Once back inthe vehicle, I noticed the " Fob battery low" display on, and, passenger side floor mat missing. After waiting at the gas station for over 15 minutes (it's literally a 60 second walk, next to dealership), I called the dealership to see if he had forgotten about me. I was put on hold for a few minutes, and then told he would be right over. While filling the vehicle, I told him about the low battery in the fob, and, the missing car mat. I was told to come back to the lot, and he would correct these issues, which he did. He then assured me that the manager would contact me the next day to set up an appointment to deal with the few other items I had pointed out. I was FINALLY on my way, however, after over 2 hours of in and out, trying to basically deliver the vehicle to myself; I left feeling like once I signed on the dotted lines, I was forgotten, and, they were simply on to the next "important customer ". I should add, that, although I did not hear back from the manager as promised; I did go back to the dealership on my own a week later. The manager apologized, stating he wasn't made aware, and immediately set me up with an appointment to deal with the few small issues I have. He assured me that they will take care of me going forward, so, we will see.

So, I took my vehicle back in for some touch up work, and, as promised, they had a courtesy vehicle ready to go for me. Friendly greetings from all staff I encountered, and everyone was very helpful. I was able to get my errands done with the loaner SUV, (not just a little puddle jumper like some places give you) and when I picked up my ride, it had been washed, and the service guy even loaded my groceries in from the courtesy vehicle. I was on my way in no time, which is great because I live over an hour out of town. Thanks Paul, and crew, you really made it a painless experience!

Every vehicle that I had gotten from there needed repairs after repairs.and when our budget didn’t work for bi-weekly and had discussed about paying monthly instead (which they initially agreed to) ended up going into dept instead.if possible, look elsewhere for a vehicle instead of here, this place isn’t even worth a dime.

Salesperson was rediculously pushy. My wife and i were browsing for a vehicle, and the saleperson was not accepting our answer as a 'not yet'. So we decided to say no. I am not buying a vehicle through this company. I do not recommend

Found great deal didnt fill my gas up like they said. (Update: they called and filled my gas up!) Remember to always make sure a block heater is installed. Ill be back for future business.

All false hopes and promises from Auto List Of Canada. Poor customer service and even worse communications from this company. I would not even give 1 start. DO NOT GO TO AUTO LIST OF CANADA for anything.

It was all good at 1st but 2 years into my lease when I went to get my suv fix. I was approached by the one staff saying I should trade in my vehicle and was told I would receive a good deal. So I gave in and told them if they had a newer vehicle that could work but that was over 6 months ago. I have only received one phone call to let me know they didn't forget about me

Vehicle was purchased and they kept changing the price. Vehicles transmission broke not soon after and they wouldn't honor the warranty. Currently attempting to take our property even though we never missed a payment until the Vehicle broke. We also had no clue they took out a mortgage on our home till years later. Never was explained or broken down to us. We're currently in the process of taking this company to court. Avoid buying a vehicle from this company at all cost. I believe they operate under Quick Auot lease now.

Was just at Autolist the other day looking for my first car, and I just have to say the customer service was impeccable! I test drove 3 cars and my friends and I were so impressed by how fast and on par Fia was in helping me find exactly what I needed. Auto list Canada on Regent in Winnipeg was a happy, professional and caring service from start to finish. All of the staff, sales people, managers, and service manager made the experience easy and even fun. We especially liked working with Kirby throughout the process of shopping for and purchasing our vehicle.
Also the selection of quality vehicles was excellent.

I think their car lots would appear more approachable if they took care of the snow on all of their vehicles. They were accommodating with replacing the broken fuel door and replacing the spare FOB battery after we made a deal on the vehicle I purchased.

I have purchased several vehicles over the past decades and all of them from one dealership or another. In all honesty I have not ever encountered such straightforward integrity from dealership staff as we experienced at this Autolist location. Being my son’s first car purchase, Kurubei, Mas, and Paul were incredibly friendly and willing to help him with anything that they could. From this experience I would certainly recommend the people in my world to trust car shopping there.

Heard some negative reviews at first about auto list, but every car place has there issues so I decided to give them a chance. I went and checked out an suv, they let me test drive it there was no pressure to buy it at all. Overall I had a great experience, everyone at auto list was super friendly through out the whole process from looking at the car to test driving it then to buying it. 10/10 a great experience and now I have a great car that drives and works great! Karandeep was a great sales man and was super helpful along with his coworkers.

Very unprofessional, i post a ad on facebook for my car, one of there sales rep posting disrespectful comment.

Stopped in to look at a few cars on their lot and left having purchased one of them! We were treated with nothing but respect and they made sure we understood everything down to the smallest detail. Our car was ready to pick up when promised with all the loan details in place. They did everything they could and more to accommodate us and we left feeling we got a great deal and that we were treated fairly. We will be back on our next car purchase and would recommend them very highly!

Great service and helpful staff. Not overly pushy. I would give a five if they would have price matched the deal we saw on their website. We had a pic for around 700 - 1000 less and they may have forgotten. Otherwise, great car buying experience.

Was trying for months to get out of a bad contract. Paul @ Autolist went above and beyond to help me which he did! I know from first hand experience that Autolist previously had a bad reputation but they more then REDEEMED THEMSELVES! In my opinion Paul and Marz are dedicated and amazing gentlemen to work! I would recommend Paul and Marz now!

I never knew buying a car was very easy, both Paul and Sofia were very helpful with making the right decision once I told them my budget. I asked a lot of questions from both of them and never did they complain.

I encountered some issues with the vehicle while driving, so I texted both Sofia and Paul while they were closed for the day because I was confused of what to do and yes they both didn’t hesitate to get back to me. Till date, the vehicle drives smoothly.

We did not only get a car, we got a family. They are extremely kind, open and transparent - no hidden charges, no fine thin lines. What you see is what you get - they are ready to go overboard to help you, advice you and guide you. Great Staff!

These people are crooks. I gave a down payment on a vehicle. When it didn't end up working out, they refused to give back my deposit. And they were also taking payments from my bank that I never got back. When I enquired constantly I was given a run around and no one gave me answers.

I bought used car from them and found out that there's a missing headset for intertainment screen and headrest on the second row. They gave us the headset and the headrest is almost e year and ask them where is it they always said they're going to find one. Almost a year since I bought the car still didn't have. Try to follow up many times they always said they will phone me when they got one. Common its almost a year. How hard for you to buy one and replace it. I felt disappointed already.

I went in and test drove one of their cars. It seemed like a great deal on paper but then I realized the engine was making some weird noises. Obviously I was going to bring this up with them, but as soon as I got out of the car the dealer is asking me if I'm ready to make a deal. So I say no, bring up the engine issues then get "blah blah blah let me ask my manager". She comes back and says "I wanna be fully transparent, this car has engine problems". Ya.fully transparent? That was real transparent when you were asking me if I would make a deal earlier. Anyways they said they'd diagnose the problem and get back to me. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard back. I checked today and saw they have the same car still posted at the same price. Take that as you will, but it sure makes me question how important "transparency" is to them.

Scam artists, DO NOT TAKE ANY TYPE OF “FINANCING” these people can offer. They lock you into a long term high interest lease with ridiculous interests rates.please show any type of agreement from them to a legal advisor. BUYER BEWARE
