False advertisement! I order blueair pro filter on-line and it was a good price. On the web site, it state free shipping for order greater than one hundred dollars, at check out shipping cost was 19.99 CAD. Ok no big dell. But 2 days later got an email that if I want the continue with the purchase I need 99.99 CAD more. That is just wrong.

I will never spend a penny of mine at this place. They ask employees to have a degree and 5 years experience and then offer them $14 an hour. That is absolutely disgusting. Seriously this is predatory and awful. Pay your employees properly and maybe you will not have such a problem with employee retention. Then you also won't have customers who will never set foot in your store again. I seriously wonder how out of touch this place must be to expect a degree and 5 years experience for $14 an hour. Yeah, let me spend 50k on a degree to make 28k a year from this joke of a company. No wonder why they cannot keep employees.

Good things to choose from and they’re customer service was prompt at replying with orders and concerns/questions. I was dissatisfied with their approach to product guarantee. Specifically, I order two items for lumbar support that are considered personal items and therefore “final sale. ” I understand the reason for this policy, but if your selling something that is complete junk or defective this shouldn’t apply. To give an example based on where this policy originated, a bathing suit is final sale, but if falls to pieces on its first use…….

The staff are always so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the various products and their benefits. The prices are reasonable and products are excellent quality. The owner is very rude and disrespectful towards women. He wouldn't leave me or my friend alone the entire time we were shopping, and I find it odd how every employee at this store is male. He also doesn't seem to understand personal space. Never shopping here again

I normally don't leave reviews but this time I felt inclined to do so. I walked in to buy some vegan nail polish as it's one of the only places in Winnipeg to get and it's close in my area. There's a pandemic currently and I walk in and sanitize my hands and acknowledge that I need to keep 4ft away from others. I start to look at products and this older man, who I assume may be a manager, comments on what I'm wearing and asks if I'm cold wearing that (ripped jeans). Uncomfortable vibes already. I start to look at nail polish, and as I'm deciding which to get, the same man comes back and hovers by me and I feel his eyes on me for quite a while. At this point I'm a little creeped out. I'm not sure if he thinks I'm going to steal something? I move on to a different isle, and the SAME man stands near me and then proceeds to walk directly infront of me like inches from me, completely ignoring store rules to keep distance from others. At this point, I want to leave. Also I've been asked already 3 times if i need help and if I've been here before. Yes, been coming here for years. But not anymore.

I was a faithful purchaser of Aviva while lived in Wpg. Have since moved to Calgary there are lots of health stores but non compare to Aviva in help wise health wise or price wise. It is the best informed staff, the cleanest store well stacked, you feel you made a good choice just walking in the door. Save most of my purchases for when I visit Winnipeg. I am 73 and want to stay in good health Aviva has given me excellent advice good products and a overall feel good feeling.

I've been going to this store for several years now. I first found out about it when I was selling my own health product line and doing trade shows in Winnipeg. I consider Aviva Natural Health Solutions to be the premier Natural Health Technologies store in Canada. I travel a lot and I know lots about health and cutting-edge Technologies from water filtration to Rebounderz to vitamixes and Aviva has all of it. Not only does it have most of the best supplements and natural health teck, it also has some of the most intelligent and well-studied owners Nathan Zassman and Dr. Ganlu Lou Zassman. I just bought a pair of the Revolutionary kybun shoes. If you don't know much about it you really need to go check it out and if you don't live in Winnipeg they ship all of the world but I would suggest making a trip there anyway I live in Saskatoon and I like to go there at least once a year

They helped my wife and I navigate the array of available supplemental products that can quickly become overwhelming to the lay person, but with their expertise they helped us find the best approach for us. No one helps at all and the store is not set up for finding anything on your own. Really disappointed and will not return.
