Rude service, asked to park and wait, no apology and the bag tossed, then found a hair in my onion rings

Stay away, they do not care about what they are doing. They overcharged me by almost $4 when I had a coupon. When I called to seek a resolution, I got stonewalled with: we will just re apply the coupon next time.
They did not seem to understand you overcharged your customer $4 and won't even do anything about it.
Not to mention there is a mistake with the order almost every time.
I will literally never go back to this location, and drive further for better service.

Lots of negative reviews here at this 1078 ST Mary’s Road. Owners and staffs are unprofessional and have do not offer solution to customers regarding to their mistake. The owner don't care about customers, do not have standard at all. Buddy burgers - you will only get 3 little tiny bits of fried onion on, will not return and wont be recommending anyone to support this location.

I would say This particular location is really horrible when it comes to attitude towards Customers. I thought it may be a 1 off thing but this is My 3rd time. There is this particular lady that is flat out rude and disrespectful. Lord! She basically shut the window in my face when I was asking a question. I hope the Manager is looking into how they treat customers

Ordered food from the drive-thru the burgers took way too long and somehow they were still cold I was given the wrong drink and if I had not seen them make the drink I would have left with the wrong drink which is always infuriating

I gave them a 5 star before, but I would give negative now if I could. Their customer service became so terrible after hiring new employees. New hires have heavy accent, and that's fine, but when I asked them a few more times because I couldn't understand, they lost patience, gave me an angry look and voice. What hack!
And if you look at the recent high ratings, all from their same ethnic group.

I was there for pick skip order arou 9: 30 pm, in your restaurant notes it was mentioned that after 9 pm pick order from drive through but when i in the queue your store person told me to come inside, so u need to change your instructions because of your miss guidance i was stuck there for another 15 minutes,

I was here a few days back during evening, went inside for take out and there was this girl, don’t exactly remember the name but i guess she was the manager wearing specs and short hair, the way she was treating the other employees was horrible.

The supervisor/manager here is so nice. I can't believe a fast food restaurant's customers service can be this good!

After checking the store hours, my partner and I decided we wanted a chicken sandwich from the nearby Popeyes and then onion rings and root beer from this A&W location. We approached the store at 21: 45 and discovered the door was locked. The staff who was standing at the counter doing nothing motioned across their throat to signify they were closed while another staff motioned towards the drive-thru window.

The posted at hours at the locked door state this location is open until 23: 00 and drive-thru until 00: 00. Very disappointed.

Quite disappointed at the quality and quantity of the food for the price. Prefer not to go there

Excellent food, staff are friendly, clean. Nice they have the sinks to wash in. Love those cute little fry baskets.

This location is one of the best in terms of service and food, staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Dakota location sold me a cold breakfast. When I took it back to exchange it they made me wait 15minutes for a fresh order, then got the order wrong. The employees here are incompetent.

Replaced bacon strips with an hash brown on the morning classic bacon and eggs item but the same price. Got two vouchers and requested one more, they kept the same price as the voucher. Love the care and quality of the service and foods.

I have problems with my skip and window orders which gets annoying, But after speaking with management I feel much better. Great manager and general service. Tidy place. Cooks just gotta pay attention! Lol

Best fast food for someone with gluten intolerance. Lettuce wrapped burger and French fries done in their own oil!

Went to the St. Mary's location. Good food, good service. Just lacked the cleanliness. We almost can't find a clean spot to sit.

I love this place it is my go to place and the food has no word to do it justice it is just too good

This A&W is in a great area. The staff here is usually very friendly. This is a great pit stop because it is right behind a visible dollerama, acroas the street from Dakota Plaza where you can also find a Dollar Tree and Family Food's grocery store across the street from the Plaza. This A&W has everything new on the menus mosy of the time. The people who come here are of all age groups which makes it a fairly quiet hang out.

Growing up A&W was never my go to burger joint, but has that since changed. Without question they have some of the best menu options around. With a must have mug of root beer, you can't go wrong. Now, specifically about this location, the staff were just splendid. They run a tight ship, ordering is efficient and prompt while the place is maintained very well. The place is spotless. A family favorite.

Every time I come here I ask for a few of their FREE chipotle dips. I always order something when requesting 2-3 and today they told me AFTER I paid; “just by the way the limit is 2”. Then I wouldn’t have bought anything and would’ve went somewhere else that actually has just given me the dip without purchase. The staff here seem like children. Not my first bad experience. I also once had a family member get sick from a Mozza burger and when I was put in touch with the owner, was told they’d accommodate what we wanted for our inconvenience and when I asked for compensation stopping getting emails back.

A great place if you want a nostalgic burger. A@W tastes the same as the first time i tried it. The staff are amazing and are always helpful. Recommended!

Our neighborhood A&W is my favorite burger chain restaurant. Service is quick, friendly and courteous.
Hubby and I make this our date location every once in a while. It's clean, convenient and easily accessible. Parking is not a problem.
