Good service, convenient location. Have frequented this A&W often. I really like the recent reno. Should update the washrooms otherwise always clean restaurant area as well. (this was my review from 6 years ago)

I am changing my review to 1 star, it would be 0 if I could. Everytime I go through the drive through I get directed to the holding stall and it is a minimum 10 minute wait. Every mama burger WITH CHEESE I order has had no cheese. I usually only notice by the time I get home but have learned that I need to check before leaving the restaurant. The inside of this restaurant used to be pleasant and well kept now it is messy tables aren't wiped staff could carless. There's been an obvious management change and it is awful.

Awesome place to dine in clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff, focused and ready to help and meet your needs!

Very fast service and food is always fresh. The staff are nice and acknowledge me by name soon as they see me! Keep up the good work!

Why can't you ever get a burger that is hot at A&W? They just made it and it's lukewarm. The fries were okay.

Ive ordered at this location many times and this is the first time ordering thru skip that had many missing items and had 2 burgers missing and onion rings. Called a&w and I was told to call skip's 1800 number to get another courier to get my missed order.well skip does not do that.so i called a&w back and i was told she was gonna tell her manager to call me back and was about to disconnect without even asking for my name or number, i had to ask the person on the phone dont you need my number for your manager to call back? ! I had called at 748pm and now it is 913pm and has not gotten a call back from a manager.very disappointed with their lack of proper customer service and lack of accountability for their mistake.

Just spent 40 bucks there was absolute trash.this location has been going down hill for a long time.
They have reached an all time low in quality and prep.never going there again

Disgusting experience first time from a&w, i was on drive thru the manager was very rude, her name was Arsh i guess she was behaving like dogs with their employees. Well without employees you guys are nothing and honestly i feel bad for the workers. Head office Management should take some steps to improve the customer service as well as the manager should get trained properly about treating their employees!

Their Egg and cheese is the yummiest and best healthy option I take it with chipotle mayo and in a regular bun

Have breakfast here bacon and eggs and a hash brown toast peanut butter whatever you want amazing

There has been a vast improvement in this location. The young guy working the counter and drive-through was amazing. It was really busy, but he ran the front like a well oiled machine. He even helped me with the app. The restaurant was clean, the Teen Burger combos were well made, and we got our food fairly quickly.

My usual routine after a long day. I love the crispy cut fries and the tender juicy burger patties.add coffee on the side and I' m good to go.

The food was good as always, but the fountain drinks were flat. There hasn't been much inside dinning lately?

Had the breakfast. Service and meal were great! Coffee weak. I haven't had A&W coffee in a long time. Not impressed with the coffee but everything else was great.

Sooo slow! Went by around 430pm. They should be well stocked up for the dinner rush. They parked us and told us it would be a 10 min wait for two burgers! There were also two other vehicles parked and waiting. If you don't have any product ready, why have your drive thru open. No discount for the long wait was offered.

I usually ordered food on skip from this place, it is good, but today I ordered on skip and when I opened bag, drink was all over, my food got wet and there was no drink lid so I can't put straw in that lid, coz that lid was fully closed which they use to put on skip orders, before I used to write with my order, plz send me a drink lid, but they don't. I am giving one star coz of food, otherwise am not good with their food packaging, missing items and all.

Very slow customer service. Charged me for cheese which I didn't get at first (checked my order). Took back the buddy burgers, added cheese then microwaved them.

Good grief.

Every other a&w I've ever had always had good chubby chicken burger and this location gave me a very great and thin chicken almost like a small beef patty

Made me stand outside in the drive through, had to order at the window. Then watched 6 cars get their meals before ours. Like nice one boys

Literally was the best teen burgers this time in. Fresh and the toppings were perfect. Usually not a good experience. This time it was perfect

I don't like how the Superstore now is doing in the checkout. From Monday to Friday they keep the Express checkouts closed. I don't like to use the Self checkout and using my Credit card for $1.50 or less than $10.00, so less than $10.00 y like to pay cash. Sometime people forget to carry the credit card.
