Overpriced for what you get.

Fast food, great quality, clean store. Quality has gone up; looks like thorough training has paid off:)
Good: Fast, fair price, clean store.
Bad: Storefront not available to customers at all (other restaurants have had seating for a while already, this just shows a lack of looking forward), food was adequate, but not the A+W quality I expect (way way wayyy too much seasoning salt, bun was dry (I'm assuming a quick half toast to reheat), and I had to ask for accompaniments by "interrupting" the employee. I may give them another go in the future, but it's definitely not on my to do list.

French fries were just awful. Tasted like old oil, almost rancid. Only ate 2. This location continues to disappoint. On past visits, we have received moldy buns, missing items and terrible tasting fries. This is the last time I will be going there. I will continue to go to other locations because A&W has always been a family favorite. Something has to be done about the Dauphin location.

Best fast food lunch experience in a long time. Food was made fresh and quick with friendly service. The onion rings were on point. Care was taken with each part of our order. Will definitely go back next time we are passing through. Winnipeg restaurant staff should go to Dauphin for training

Service was okay. However, kids meal had no healthy alternatives. Apples were substituted with fries because no apples were available. Only chocolate milk and no plain milk.

We had to go through this drive through. The food was hot and very satisfying to say the least. Thank you.

Food is great like most A&W chains. The reason for the 2 star rating is the last time I went in there, it was on a Sunday which I get can be busy with everybody coming in after church so it can be overwhelming to try to process all the orders. My complaint stems from how DISGUSTING the restaurant was. There was almost no room to sit due to dirty tables and when I went to the bathroom, the floor in there was cleaner than the restaurant itself. This is absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever seen ESPECIALLY when the girls were standing around behind the front counter without a care in the world. (orders were placed and nobody needed help at that time) I am sorry but if you work at a restaurant and think you have nothing to do, you are in the wrong business. Grab a mop and a broom and take care of it. This was a huge turn off to going back and definitely helps a person lose their appetite!
