I felt ripped off
They were trying to double charge me for my food! I was ordering combos 3 of them, the total came to $60.05
I use to love this A&W been coming here since I was a child and they brought you food on rollerskates! It was the last one like this until it burned down and was rebuilt!

I love to take food from here. Customer service is too good, very polite. I met Joban today who takes order, she is fabulous and always has smile on her face.

Cold burger, no seasoning, gross soggy onion rings. Terrible food and expensive for what you get. Onion rings were so nasty, stay away from this location. Left a message and they never got back to me. Third time in a row with cold gross food.

This is the 3rd version of A&W on this location, spanning 50 plus years. I was happy to see they decided to rebuild after the fire that destroyed the location in 2019. Besides the usual delicious A&W food, there is a brew bar at this location for a fancier version of some beverages that can be ordered. Also, a self-serve fountain drink machine to refill your cup. They installed some sinks for a quick wash up before picking up your ketchup, straws, etc. This area is also where you can throw out your garbage and leave your mugs, cups, etc. There's multiple types of seating areas, including a small area outside. The drive-in open is open 24 hours, but sadly, dine-in is only open until 8pm daily.

Went to this location on our way to a meeting and the sweet potato fries were cold, undercooked and hard. (We have had this sooo many times before so we would know). On our way back through we stopped and asked for reparations and the manager argued with me that they could NOT POSSIBLY have be bad! Terrible customer service and bad food. Will not be returning to this location.

The staff are so very busy with morning drive-thrus yet we're immediately at the counter w a good attitude & good service, not to mention thier delicious Diet Root-Beer, tastes exactly like regular Root-Beer not like other diet pops, they never taste even close to thier regular brands Tnx A & W

Having weird working hours. It's nice to be able to get a teen burger at 9: 00 in the morning.

I just stopped in and ordered 2 Chai latte (tea beverages). I stood waiting while the cashier rang in another order, talked to 2 other staff behind the counter, talked to the supervisor about something, and then the supervisor asked about my "drinks". After waiting a few minutes for 2 drinks that come out of a dispenser, I left the restaurants and took the beverages home only to find out they gave me 2 mocha, which are coffee beverages, not the chai latte I ordered.
The only other person that came in while I was there was an Uber Eats driver. Honestly, if they can't get a drink order correct when they aren't busy, I'm certainly not going back to find put how they can mess up a food order

Main and Inkster location will take your coupon. Maybe it's your policy, but it's during covid and I think that's rediculous. It's off-putting and the only locations that ask are always stingy and never have dog treats.

I ordered at the drive through, and received my order. I pulled over a few blocks away (where it was safe) and checked it over. I was missing a teen burger, so I called back. The woman on the phone said that they didn't make a mistake, they gave me my burger, and that I must be trying to cheat them.

They wouldn't let me speak to anyone else, and there is zero recourse for me to get my order fixed.

When I pulled up to the window you can see they had 8 burgers already made My Burger was cold my onion rings were not seasoned The only thing enjoyable was the drink

Is poor service not very polite employees and it looks like the Burger was just thrown in a bag If you do have to stop here be prepared for the ignorance of the staff my suggestion take your hunger elsewhere it's not worth the attitude you get

Ordered a Mozza burger combo with onion rings, bacon on the burger was burnt, and the onion rings were hard, old and in one big clump!

Stay away if you don’t want be put on site with other three only cars been through the drive though in the past 10 mins waiting for a sausage egger and a regular double double…they’d tell you 2-3 mins but means 10-15.

My order was cancelled without any notification and reason and the cancellation is after a loooooong time waiting time

Really good experience. Neat little hand washing station for the young ones, plexi glass to separate employees from customers, really good burger, good fries and incredible root beer! Was pretty clean, interesting video playing on their alleged food production, and generally a good time.

Usually takes over 10 minutes to get through the drive through, the foods alright but not worth the wait

Burger was great, onion rings were not hot I should have taken them back. Onion rings have to be hot!

Fast service and good food. Haven't been inside yet (due to the pandemic) but the new dining area looks very nice!

Had the mozza burger with fries and a root beer. My wife had the same except onion rings. The meal was very good and hot.

When questioning the sales clerk as to whether or not they added onions to my order the outright lied and said yes when I caught them at it her response was to laugh
