Wonderful experience at this restaurant, the food was so good as well as service was fast. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, excellent, I recommend it to everyone must visit.

The only problem we have is that sometimes we feel don't get enough onion rings for the price that we pay. Other then that we really enjoy dine in when Lovepreet is working. She and the other staff are friendly, they go the extra mile for customers. We enjoy the customer service and experience all around. 4/5 ️

A&W is a Canadian classic and is one of my two fast food places. Hard to beat the Teen burger and fresh made onion rings!

Beyond meat burgers for the win, with great thick fries. Soak em in vinegar and shake seasoning salt to get the salivation going.

Not a good experience. Not able to work with us regarding order. Avd the 1 piece of dead lettuce on our teens was a disgrace and id have been embarrassed to serve it. I won't be shopping there again

If you like a&w, do not come to this location, you will just be disappointed. Gotta be talented to ruin franchise food. Lol

Great tasting meat in the burgers! I got tons of onion rings in my take out. They lose a star cause sales are rare and chicken is good but way overpriced.

I've never had an item missing at this a&w. Way better than Mcdonalds or burger king in terms of service and food taste. Mozza burgers and the cheddar bacon uncle burgers are the best!

Really great cod burger and teen burger! We had low expectations due to previous experiences and reviews below as well as Regent location having cold fries, however this Henderson location has been fabulous! Delicious, hot, and ready to go fresh! Thanks for the front line workers during this difficult time, and thank you for providing great meals for all our A & W cravings!

Quality of the food has diminished over time. Despite A&W's smug commercials, the taste of the food is nowhere near as good as a few years ago. Instead of the classic foil wrappers for burgers now we get flimsy greasy paper that doesn't hold in the temperature or even fit the size of the burger. This location seems to have a problem on instructing it's cooks on properly preparing food. Onion rings so over cooked they are almost inedible. Burgers dry with little taste.

Food was okay. Took forever. Dont know why they call it the Chubby Chicken Sandwich. I think they need to call it The skinny chicken sandwich. Maybe Chubby Bun skinny chicken. Or call it the maybe there's chicken in this bun.

Disgusting, they emptied the grease trap on to my burger. Took forever, the meat is burnt, and there is actually burnt grease all over it. Nasty, couldn’t even eat it

Very disappointed. Sat waiting in drive through for half an hour. Management is the worst I’ve seen anywhere. Do not trust this restaurant, even though it’s the only location in the area.

I order 2 Bacon N Eggers and each one had a 1/3 of a bacon strip on them. I ordered these and other locations recently during this promo and they always had two pieces in a crossed, and 3 1 /3rd peices side by side at another location.

I was VERY displeased. I ordered almost 30$ worth of food, and not only did they forget 2 burgers, the fries were soggy the onion rings were re-fried to look fresh, no napkins, no ketchup, and the 2 teen burgers i also got were not even luke warm to melt the cheese. I am So dissapointed in the service they provide. Never will i ever go back.

They don't ask if you want ketchup but great food. Fast service. Wish they had a closer location as our location had a fire and its taking over 7 months to fix and repair.

It's usually pretty great.however the onion rings kinda suck now (not sure if it's the entire franchise of A&W, or just this location, i mostly just go to this one), they're just bland and flavorless, whereas they used to be perfect all the time. They're fries are awesome though, so I'm okay with that.would be cool to get rings once in awhile though, but I'm always disappointed. With that said, it's more pricey than that *OTHER* burger joint... But you get what you pay for. No question, if the rings were still on point, it would be a five star

I really appreciate that A&W is trying to make environmental changes such as the beyond meat burgers, hormone free meat, lettuce buns, paper straws and reusable containers when dining in. The promotion's are almost always the same, so it's easy to figure out what deal is going on with this fast food chain.

Good A&W food, short-staffed. A lot of people coming in with coupons. However, ample room to enjoy a snack with family/friends

So I went here the other day to get food obviously. I got the 2 momma burger for $6 deal and I asked for tomato's and grilled onions on both; when I got my food i had no grilled onions on it. Then I tasted the ice tea and it tasted weird and I wasn't pleased at all with it.so when I finished my meal I went up to the cash and told them that I wasn't pleased with the ice tea and I wanted to swap it out with a lemonade. She told me no I cant do that because it's more money. And I asked how much more and she said. 90 like are you kidding me I payed 13 dollars for my food and you can't spare the 90 cents. Just wow! This is how you run your franchise

Access to and from this location can be tricky. If you are traveling north on Henderson highway and then leaving continuing north you will have no problems.

The food was delicious and the staff member that help me was friendly and courteous.

Still A&W tends to be a more expensive option for this style of food.

I am rarely disappointed at A&W which i am grateful for as there competitor with the arches has been replaced as my favorite fastfoood burger spot. With onion rings instead of fries and The A&W rootbeer on tap. I dont even have to ask for no ice (frosted glassware) there is little i can complain about. My burgers always taste great.

Burger was between cold n warm.now that mist of your workers are east Indian (which is ok). They added curry to the spice and the oinion rings were terrible.will not order again.location Winnipeg manitoba Canada. On Henderson hwy

This location always has such great staff, which is why there always seem to be regulars in there. Love this spot, always look forward to going!

I had the chubby chicken burger it was moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. The fries were the same. The fries could of use more salt. And the biodegradable straw was a nice addition

I would normally give a place 5 or4 stars.but 3 pts.get knocked off Bacon should be offered as a side especially on a Bison burger.never tried it. I miss the 2 prong forks in A & W orange. I also helped with the wheel chair accessibility

I loved my dinner today I had a Papa burger with cheese and Onion rings Soooo good. This is my go to location been coming forever Thanks for a yummy supper.

Your food's good people are kind of grumpy like they don't enjoy their jobs when you get a burger you don't know what it is cuz you're not marked on the bay is pictures of each Burger but they don't mark it like this a teen Burger this is a matzo Burger blah blah blah other than that Foods Goods

Ordered 45 dollars worth of food. Made a burger with onions when I said I am allergic to onions. They made me a new burger and forgot the cheese. So I went back again waited 10 mins still didn't bring me my burger. Went to the counter and she told me it had cheese when she brought it out. So I asked for my money back and she only gave me a toonie after charging me extra for the cheese. So they ripped me off 1.10 lol. Needless to say I left hungry and dissapointed.

The food was great. Fresh and hot. When we got our food to sit down, almost every table was dirty. But by the time we were done the place was almost all cleaned up. Guess we came right after a big rush or something. Didn't take very long for our food.

The food is good but the service is always really slow. I usually get food here before work and I always have 10 min before work but somehow they find ways to use up all 10 min even when there's no lineup. Sometimes they forget simple things like straws and napkins.
