Staff friendly and helpful. I'm vegetarian so my beyond meat meal was superb. Totally enjoyed it.

Deeeelitious! Just me and me darlin were eating inside. The lovely cashier was humming/singing songs beautifully from her original home land.

I had one Canadian breakfast and a hot chocolate
Breakfast was awesome
But something problem on hot chocolate
After I have the hot chocolate
I vomited
It was happened at selkrik a&w
A week ago
I was a regular customer there
But this is the first time ever this kind of issue happened to me

Food was great as always, but extremely slow. Waited 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. Not sure why it takes so long.

Rude and slow. 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru for 5 bacon and eggers. Then told our order is still not ready and rudely gives me a refund as this is normal here. Completly admited to ignoring the drivethru orders. Management needs to do something here

Absolutly disgusting! All workers in the back should be handeling the food with gloves on. No gloves worn ever in the 1/2 hour i was there i saw no hand washing, wiping hands on aprons direct contact with burger meat and buns as well as lettuce onion and tomato. Ive been in the food service industry for 14 yrs and this needs to stop. I will never ever eat here again and i hope others will not either until they use gloves. Matter of fact go to mc ds at least they use gloves and change out frequently this is so gross! Would you let a dentist stick their fingers in your mouth without a glove. Cause thats what you are getting at a&w and they dont seem to care either. Ever gotten sick after eating here. I recommend you file a class action law suite because this is totally unacceptable! I hope the ceo sees this review and does somthing about it

We went thru the drive-thru the other day. There is no wait at the drive-thru to place our order. We ordered the new frozen root beer slushie. Had a long wait at the window for the slushies.a good 10 minutes. They were not flavorful at all. Tasted like it was watered down. And the cup was only three quarters full. Very disappointed.

The Nashville got chicken sandwich was delicous made me happy about myself for the first time in my life

First off, I am tired of hearing people complain about slow service. A and W has been lumped in with the other "fast food" joints and it has never claimed to be such. I have been to this location so many times I can't count and I have never once been disappointed. The service is genuine and kind and the food is always hot and delicious.but fast? I don't care if it's fast! I want to eat good food. If you want FAST FOOD then go to McDonalds. If you come here you will be treated kindly and eat something that you don't regret later. Simply put, if you want GOOD food then come here but if you want FAST food then go there.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and all we got was sorry for the delay. Not on my list for food anymore. Poor excuse for being so slow

The one who handled my burger in the kitchen wasn't wearing gloves and he handled all parts of the burger as they'd messed up the order. Onion rings were cold and very flaky.

My wife and I came for supper to the Selkirk location. Everything was absolutely wonderful right from the way the burgers were cooked and the way they were dressed and the french fries were nice and hot and crispy and the staff was extremely fast and courteous and friendly. This team this evening was very busy and they all work together like a well-oiled machine great job guys keep doing what you do.

Clean tables. Clean Washrooms and hot and fresh food. I had a teen burger combo. Made perfectly. Three staff that do their job well.

Excellent fast food and a safe drive thru pickup of juicy Teen Burgers,
hot french fries and crunchy onion rings.a feast in our car.but at least we were dining out. Now able to dine inside.

Been here many times so I can say this with confidence. Slowest service ever. Avoid if you can.

My son and I enjoyed a late night burger run and were met by THE friendliest and most accommodating staff. I love love love great customer service and she made us feel so welcomed and taken care of - and this was in the drive-thru! Not only that, the burgers were fantastic and my request for extra pickles and onions was completed to perfection. Keep up the amazing service!

Staff are always polite. I like the burgers, love the onion rings and the diet root beer is really good for a diet drink.

Not good at all burgers had no taste and undercooked and slapped together. Usually much better burgers in wpg at a&w.

The staff members were friendly and professional, the food was delicious, I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area

So nice and clean at this A & W. The staff were friendly and efficient. And it was super nice to get a root beer in a frosted mug again!
