Great staff, always cleaning areas of dinning. Rest room needs cleaning, and needs some repairs/replacing. The area has great viewing. The food took longer than normal, so did the pumpkin spice latte. Food tasted great, however, and the condiments station very clean!

Today around 7 pm I was in the drive thru and employee who was working was very rude. Usually I like their service but today I was very disappointed. Changing my review to 1 star after today. If this keeps happening I might consider going to other A&W in the city.

I lived near to this location & took my 4 year old daughter to it for lunch last may and when I got our burgers she bit into something hard. I pulled open the burgers and basically both looked like the were cooked on a dirty grill. It had bits or hard stuff that didn’t look right, so I approached the staff to inquire the one girl smirked at the other coworker, said something in a different language than turned and looked at me and said it looked OK. Dropped it on the floor. I responded that’s my point exactly. And asked for them to remake it or maybe make us something from the deep fryer up the grill is dirty. They basically told me no and there is nothing I can do if I had a problem I could call the corporate office they refuse to give me a phone number told me to look on Google. We basically spent close to $30 plus the food we had to buy in the store after to eat while we drove home, I was very upset never called corporate because I thought maybe this was a one time thing, but I’m seeing online that other people are having similar experiences. I am very disappointed with this franchise, and I refuse to eat out at any other A&W. They should be careful, especially with competition all up and down an Pembina Highway. Next stop for me has always been Burger King since this incident.

The staff here was rude and not only gave me a meat burger to a vegetarian, double charged, refused to give a refund and then called 911 and we refused to leave.

This staff needs to be fired. And I'll be sending these videos to cooperate and posting them everywhere. DO NOT SHOP HERE. LOOK AT POST PAST REVIEWS. THIS IS COMMON AT THIS LOCATION.

Aug 2nd, 2023. Little disappointed that they don't tell you the amount after you order your food like they used to or repeat back what you ordered to make sure it's correct. Went to pay, and the guy tried to make me pay twice for the food, saying it didn't go through when it did. Had to have him print out the receipt from both till and pos. Staff need to be trained better.
Food was Luke warm, not hot. They must have preped too much food and let it sit too long instead of making it fresh. Mama burger Luke warm, onion rings cold, cappuccino wasn't hot, warm.

Having visited many A&W restaurants in Alberta, this was my first visit to one in Manitoba. More specifically, the Pembina location in Winnipeg is a wonderful place, very clean and modern looking. The 2-ladies on the front counter were very friendly, and proficient in dealing with front counter and drive through customers.

Don't waste you're time if you're coming here after midnight. Only one staff ever works even on weekends. Expect at least a 10 minute wait for one car. They'll waste you're time. Debt machine doesn't work half the time and they don't tell you till you get too the window. I would rate zero stars if I could.

Their food is great, burgers are delicious, huge fan of the BLT with habanero but I've encountered so many times that while talking on the drive through the person taking the order changes which is a bit weird for me, and has happened a couple of times.

We went into the restaurant to order and they have a digital sign by the till that says frozen rootbeer bogo and we try to order and they say to us you can’t have this bc the promotion is over. When was it over, we ask, “8 days ago” they tell us. We ask to talk to manager and they bring out a shift supervisor who “can’t do anything for us “. Poorly run store. We buy onion rings that aren’t cooked enough and are super hard to chew. The teen burgers were great although the bun was not as fresh as usual. We will visit another a and w that is down the street next time instead of dealing with this disappointment.

I went to this restaurant at 2: 30 am and it was raining I asked the guy very politely that if I can sit inside and eat.as it was raining outside and dining was closed, I was expecting a simple 'no' but the guy told me I can't and even he can't serve me from drive thru too.and if he is serving me from drive thru he is going against the company policy.he said he can't serve me from drive thru and dining is also closed but internet is showing open. I waited there for more then 20 mins in rain.his name is ritesh.

I had the unfortunate circumstances that put me in front of this location for an afternoon. Crying because I'd been left behind by a rideshare. 2 lovely ladies gave me some money (which happened to be exactly what I just gave my ride for gas) so I asked a woman working at A&W bringing orders out to patrons, could she please call me a cab? She said no. I asked pardon? She then said just one minute and never came back out to confirm a cab was called. I did go in and purchase a meal anyway. Starving is starving and I do like their signature burgers. Thank you to those who participated in some good karma work that day. Blessed.

This location is by far the best I've ever been to! There is a particular staff member I would like to highlight who was there the other night. I think her name was Anna and she mentioned that she was a manager. She is by far one of the friendliest managers in fast food that I have had the pleasure of meeting! She helped me out with such efficiency and positivity and I am absolutely stunned! Her service went above and beyond and she truly deserves a raise! While I was there she was literally RUNNING up front alone to make sure the service was on point while running the drive thru window at the same time! She is the future of this business and I am so glad I got the chance to experience this incredible service. Ps. The food was good too

Softest chicken Burger of my life and i got it 4 in the morning. Unbelievably tasty. Enjoyed every bite of it.

1 am after the movie night, we came in to grab fries and onion rings. Waited 30 minutes at the drive thru, 5 people inside working and when finally i made it to window, all fries and onion rings given were cold. I don't think this chain is no where near expectations in quality food. Will never come back. Ridiculous service and food quality.

As chain fast food joints go, sure you can grab a quick breakfast at the ultra popular places, eat in the car and question the choices you've made in life. Or, you can go to a likewise convenient fast food place like this A&W and enjoy some surprisingly good breakfast options. Friendly staff, and a clean establishment with good chow. Most much to complain about. That said, my only gripe about this place is leaving the parking lot to head north pn Pembina isn't overly intuitive.

I usually ready enjoy A&W but I won't be back to this one. No customer service and food was cold. Too bad.

Had a couple of issues here in the past with confused staff. Today with a voucher for 7.49 was quoted over 12 bucks after taxes, she insisted she was saving me money, so I saved more by going elsewhere. I work next door, won't be back. Check your till receipts.

The worst A&W in the whole Winnipeg please stay away from this location, my order was messed up with no lettuce no onions no nothing it was just the burger and the bun where I actually asked to have a regular burger with lettuce and pickles and everything on when I spoke to the workers they said they can’t help me that was my order even though it wasn’t. Onion rings were super salty like I can’t even touch it such a waste of money!
