Went to the drive thru, it was not busy at the time, they asked me to park in front and delivered the food. Not a very long wait. We got the food, and had the correct order. No issues.

Very slow. Be prepared to repeat your order several times until they get it right. Did was decent.

We live out of town so we thought we would try this new location in Headingly. I ordered a chicken BLT. If this is what u get for bacon on a chicken BLT then never again will I go to this A&W. I have a picture.

Very clean and modern designed a&w. Food was perfect and friendly staff. Would go again.

Ate my breakfast inside, the place was cleaned with pride. The food was good, just as it should and then I was back in my ride.

This A&W has the best employees! They are genuinely friendly and take pride in their work. This will be my nee go-to stop for a delicious bite!

Can’t believe they have as many positive reviews as they do. Must have many fake ones. They make you drive to the front for no reason to wait for you drive through order and the average wait time is 15+ minutes in my 4-5 visits there. Terribly slow.

Service is quite fast. Kind workers. Haven't had any problems so far. Bit of inconveniences at times but nothing to get mad about over all good experience.

Second time stopping by this place on the way from Winnipeg to Brandon with my family. Both times this place has always been clean and the staff have always been incredibly friendly. The food takes a few minutes to prepare but I’m sure that’s because they make them fresh to order which is a rare service at fast food locations. On the way out I asked for some lollipops and they gave us some even though we didn’t order a kids meal. This has to be my favorite a and w out of the many I’ve been at. 11/10 service!

Quick service, food was made very quickly and served at our table. (didn't even realize they did table service.) place is very clean and well maintained.

Amazing customer service I typically know what i want when i order, i don't like to be upsold. The lovely woman working the drive thru was able to upsell me with ease, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Amazing sweet potato fries!

If 0 stars was an option that'd be where this rating would land. Not a single staff member even acknowledged my girlfriend or myself. They all just looked at us then dodged eye contact for the remainder of our wait for service. After 5 minutes of this we left completely dissatisfied. Will not return.

I would like to give a better review; however I have stopped three times since they opened. 2 times I did not get what I ordered. First time was an uncle burger, I ended up getting something without and vegetables. 2 pieces of meat, cheese and a slice of onion.no lettuce, not tomato. Second time was a teen burger (trying to keep it simple) got what I was expecting.third time another teen burger, and again something with no vegies, and I had to in the parking lot about 5 minutes for them to bring it out to the car. I checked the receipt and the order was placed correctly, but I did not get a teen burger. I had an appointment in portages, and did not have time to turn around. I want to support them, but I may have to take my business elsewhere.

Food was good. They messed up on my take out order, should have checked before I left and go on the road (my own fault). Not very busy inside, floor could have used a washing and supplies like lids, salt and pepper could have been restocked and that area cleaned (wiped down and washed floor) washroom was ok.

Second time we stopped here on the way back to Brandon. Very clean and great A&W food! Can’t beat the classic frosted mug of A&W Rootbeer. ️

I really like their service staff is so friendly and professional food is so tasty too. I love to visit again.

Convenient westside location on the way out of Winnipeg. Clean, friendly and quick service. Food was hot and fresh. Loved the sink station for hand and bottle washing!
