Oct 29,5: 30 today you fail. Days ago said how much better than Mc Ds, better fries, fresh lettuce and better chicken sandwich, but today you're very busy, no excuse. Our fries hard, over cooked, sandwich didn't have mayo or lettuce and bottom bun was hard? When a family spends over 60$ you should be consistent, do better, give monies worth.
No Excuse. Mc Ds is no better, lousy fries and consistently shorting your orders. Always check your takeout!

I'm a truck driver, stopped here for a late lunch. Ordered Papa cheese combo with a drink, didn't check my food so I was on the highway didn't get my fries unbelievable. I was literally the only person in the store.

20/09/2023. We are BIG A&W fans. We haven’t been to A&W for a while as there haven’t been any coupons in the mail. Yea I know there are online coupons but aren’t work the trip. We went through the drive through and ordered the 2 Teen burgers/ 2 fries and 2 Root beer.
Excellent and friendly service, not a long wait (we like that the food is made fresh). Also we can’t taste the difference between regular root beer and diet root beer. The teen burger was very good. 16.99 plus tax for two.

Most staff seemed quite new and a little disorganized; they were trying their best with minimal errors. Plus it was a long weekend Friday.

Consistently so so not so fast-food from every a&w restaurant from Saskatchewan to Quebec that I have personally tried. Slow service and seems like smaller portions and higher prices On a positive note, the prices for menu items are the similar in all 4 provinces.

Very good service, and clean restaurant. Staff are very friendly! Food was hot, and beverage cold. I never leave LP's A&W hungry

For me, this is a restaurant from a movie. Important meetings and conversations usually take place there. And someone just eats deliciously.

Fresh food, clean restraunt, washrooms super clean. Punjabi girl with glasses always treats us really well. Best A&W around.

Very slow because they only have one girl working which made for poor service. Orders an ice coffee and it doesn't taste like coffee at all. Made me late for work waiting for it. Will never go there again.

Great spot for some good food. This is one of the oldest western Canada locations. A lot of heritage here, and a few sights to see as well. The Lockport Bridge and park next door, it’s a good spot to go for a walk too

A&W is fast becoming the biggest rip-off in fast food. $32.00 for a bacon Uncle burger, three ground chicken strips and two orders of onion rings. 9 bucks for the garbage chicken. Contacted customer service at A&W and was basically told too bad so sad. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of eating there. I won't be back

The absolutely worst iced coffee ever. Lots of ice, water and with a faint taste of weak instant coffee.

This was a trip down memory lane as I don't often eat out! I can't say enough about the quick and efficient service and friendly atmosphere! The food was delicious- and the frosty root beer reminded me the old days!

Had a chubby chicken combo and a Papa Burger combo. Food was hot, buns so fresh an all was tasty. The girl that served us was new, she was so polite, friendly and helpful.

Food was fresh, reasonably priced and fast and the restaurant was very clean and air conditioning was ice cold on a hot day. Staff were friendly I was so impressed and happy with our time there wanted to leave a good review thanks

Very slow service for inside orders. Burger was falling apart when I got it, clearly slapped together in a hurry.

Very disappointed with the service here raw fries were mixed in to order and served, took almost a half an hour to take our order and was first in line too. Got the wrong burgers, toppings were gross and old check your cameras if you want. June 14th 7: 50 pm plus didn't want to sit in the restaurant to eat either.

I used to go here often and I'm not sure why. It's been a near 50% chance that something gets messed up. Constantly calling to try and remedy whatever the hell is going on in the back kitchen. Heavily salted/burnt rings, putting half a jar of mayo on a burger, missing half a container worth of fries for a poutine, straight up missing items. The amount of frustration this location has caused me is ridiculous. Their saving grace is where they are located. This place would close down with any competition whatsoever. Food is never fresh, like it sat on a hot plate for 30 mins. I love A&W. I hate this location.

Good place to grab a snack near the surrounding parks. Food is what you’d normally get for an A&W franchise. Could add more activities for kid diners while waiting.
