I really like the flavour of new chicken cruncher. Customer service here is wonderful and staffs always have a warm smile on thier face. I am a mall employee and usually Simran has given me a great service. Thank you so much.

Id rate Zero stars
They said It’d take 10 Minutes and it took 15.
My bottom bun was covered in ketchup and I couldn't even pick it up without getting ketchup on my hand.
The cook left a big red thumbprint on the bottom of my burger because they were too lazy to wash their hands. Never ordering here again.
No refund offered.
No resolution
Waste of money and time.
They didn’t even offer me a new bottom bun.

All A&W is good.burgers are always good. But this location is the best. Fresh hot food! Fast service! Friendly staff. Best burgers and onion rings!

On two seperate occasions, I went in the restaurant and ordered to go a mama burger (no cheese) I have an allergy. On both occasions I left drove away went to eat my hunger and thete was cheese. I was hungry and on my way back home out of town. The staff I thecrestaurant were not friendly nor were they efficient when dealing with me. The one who was behind the counter was standing there. I asked him if he would take my order, he said just a minute. He went in the back and the one who was working at take out window came to serve me in between serving cars. I am not impressed, it seemed like customers were a bother to them as an older man can in and they told him to wait. There wasn't any other customers in the restaurant besides the two of us. It was not very friendly. I used to enjoy A&W but the ladt two occasions have been disappointments with food I could not eat. I do not feel like I would wsnt to go back to A& W again.

When the online coupons were taken away. They lost my business. I would frequently buy a&w when they had online coupons. I never get them to my home. So now I don't bother.
