One of the few places I have not had a bad experience, burgers are loaded and the bacon crispy and not raw like most. I usually leave laughing as the staff is friendly and cheerful. I don't mind waiting a little longer as when you get your food in 30 seconds you know something is not right.

Food was good as always. We're having some technical issues, but the young chap at the drive through explained they were having issues, and was VERY good about it. Even a little humorous, which is good to see when the day is not going as it should. Buddy burgers are EXCELLENT. Keep up the great job guys. Seems to be a lot more training for staff which is good to see. Much faster than McDonald's from when you order in the drive through until you get your meal. Good job guys/gals.

Its is a nice place and friendly service but I don't go here because the food is expensive.

I would recommend going inside to get takeout during busy times. The drive thru is VERY slow during peak times even when you get into the line with only 4 vehicles in front of you.
The food is always hot though and the burgers are well seasoned.
The parking lot is HORRIBLE and far too tiny and the drive thru regularly backs up onto the road and blocks access to the store on the other side of the parking lot. So if you’re in the drive thru line, people trying to leave are VERY annoyed.
Don’t bother eating inside as there is isn’t much for table space, and if you’re on the larger side or require the use of a wheelchair, you’re going to have a tough time as the tables are far too close together.

I wish they had better GF bun replacment options. Otherwise, great food. This location has fantastic service. I think every seat in the place is within 10 feet of a door, so bring a jacket.

For a fast food restaurant it's ok but nothing to rave about food quality was better than my last visit as was the service, that visit resulted with no fries as the fryer wasnt operational and my burger was lukewarm and service although not busy at the time wait time was ridiculously slow, this time service was fast even though it was the start of the lunch crowd my teen burger was delicious and my onion rings were crispy and also quite delicious and counter staff asked if I wanted a frosted mug which also didnt happen the last time even though I ate in

I worked here for 3 months. Workers yell at you for the smallest things. Managers are irresponsible. Don’t know how to make your employees happy. Always dirty in the kitchen.

I've always enjoyed A&W food, and enjoy going to this location. But, this morning we went for breakfast at about 10: 00 am.and there were just two people sitting at tables and no one in line. We thought it would fast in and fast out.not the case!
We stood at the cash waiting to order and there were two staff standing behind the counter chatting to each other. We thought they would just be a minute, but not the case. Almost 5 minutes later they were still chatting and never acknowledged us, not so much as even a glance. We decided to just walk out without ordering, and that's when we were noticed, as we were leaving!
Customer service? Not so much!

I like how consistent each restaurant is with everything from taste, how the food is presented and portions. It's my favorite place for a bite to eat on my lunch breaks. I will say that the entire franchise needs a face-lift and by that I mean full renovation inside and out. The restaurant I go to regularly has wobbly and sticky tables due to the varnish coming off from frequent sanitization. Another thing to mention is the cost. Even before the world wide inflation the prices were high. I can get the same combo (bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and drink) for the same price if not cheaper at a fancy restaurant. However I am grateful for the coupons that come out quite often in the mail and app as that helps to lower the cost if what I want is offered on them.

Fries and burgers were good, but the chicken burger was undercooked and raw in the middle. Service was also very slow.

I genuinely dont know why A&W gets alot of smack especially this one.all in all just a great place I would recommend this A&W over most.

Great place. Too expensive unless you have a coupon. Now they have a Burger King to compete with so they should offer more deals or lose a lot of customers. Me included.

Multiple times at drive through, we have had items missing like missing burgers or fries. Make sure you check your order accuracy before you leave the parking lot! Good teen burgers but they need to be more careful and check for order accuracy!

All fresh means fresh, chicken burgers owsm fresh soft, juicy crunchy hot spicy. Well done team A&w team members.

Flies flying around everywhere! Bathroom and dining tables dirty. For a restaurant.not clean at all.

I was greeted by a Mr. Niessen at the counter. He was very patient and gave me fantastic service. I came for a burger and left with a friend.

Food and service was excellent. Other customers called us ‘Sinners’. Within 10 minutes all the dine in customers had vacated the premises. Maybe coincidence…or not?

I cant seem to order anything else but a mozza burger. It's really so good. I also ordered a bacon and Egger on a sesame seeded bun for breakfast tomorrow.

Me friends n I were tracking past pulled in made out order n they got it wrong I turned around went through the drive through they apologized and added extra they were very bizy but very friendly I recommend this AnW fast service with a smile

Good food but horrible wait times. 20 min in the drive thru for a simple meal is normal here. Horrible

20 mins I waited.
No one inside 1 car in front of me waiting for food.
Get to the window to pay and there are 4 employees just standing around. Then they tell me to pull ahead and they will bring me my food. 20 mins. Unacceptable

The food was tasty and hot which i appreciated, however this restaurant is very very dirty both inside and outside. It just so happens a person I presume from head office was there also and didn't seem to mind that as I heard from the manager telling the staff he was on with everything was great except they need to pay better attention to on to the customers and pick up the pace of completion g the orders.

Aw I rate you 0 employees have no pride when putting burgers together 12 French fries in total.when I go to order beyond burger meal sometimes you have to other times you don’t, get a proper system going there already.pay lots of money looks like burgers were just thrown in the bag, 5 For AW

Good food and service. Got to get rid of the paper (soggy before your done) drinking straws. I told her to hold the straw since I had my own. She just laughed.

Being entrepreneur and 12 yrs in fast food restaurants, presentation is everything before taste. The burger was so over sauced, the bun was soggy on one side before I could get thru half of the onion rings. Lettuce was on one side, bacon all folded over on itself. If that doesn't sound wrong than you shouldn't be paid for the job.

Will not return. She could not understand a simple order. When asked how much it would cost for fries with the burgers she didn't know. I would think if you asked if you wanted fries you would know how much extra it would cost. She got the sodas wrong.

You guys need to use your head.stopping traffic with 20-30 vehical drive thru all the way onto the street

Your the only restaurant that won't let customers order inside. Bad for the environment and great way to cause an accident!

Went there today and on a 4 product order they missed out on an item. Paid for the item and didn't check the order until we got to my in law's place in Carman. It is so frustrating when you pay for something and don't receive it. How hard is it for employees to check the order. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care. I know I should have checked but I didn't think I had a difficult order.

At this particular location I have had nothing but the friendliest service. Consistently my orders have been correct, fresh and piping hot. Whatever you are doing here keep it up!

Ordered online.two Beyond burgers. Got to the drive through.told they only had 1 beyond burger and so they proceeded to make itanyhow. I said no we don't want another option we wanted to eat together please cancel. Took 30 minutes sitting in parking lot. Literally writing this while we are still waiting. Unbelievable.

Mediocre service. They don't listen to everything you ask for sometimes and will also give you the wrong thing occasionally. CHECK YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Food still tastes delicious. Good temperature when you receive it.

Twice now I’ve ordered take out and both times they made mistakes on my order, first time forgetting two items and second time making four burgers the wrong way than ordered.

Good food, friendly staff. Don't care for the piped in music, sometimes the temperature of the room is wrong.often too cold.

Food was good but the straws are awful. I get not using plastic straws but these are the worst paper straws I have ever seen! They should copy what 7-11 uses.

It was slow (not many customers) and we got served super fast but.the fries were cold. They quickly fixed the problem and all was well. Clean restaurant and staff was friendly

One of the cleanest fast food restaurants in the area. Really appreciate the speed and friendliness of the staff as well.

On top of that, their burgers are fantastic for fast food. Would recommend if you are going for a fast food burger joint.

Service is prompt food is good and they will happily give you a drink refill if you ask. Also they have diet root beer. Franks hot sauce at each location

Love that they have an option to change the bun into a lettuce wrap at no added cost. This is good for those who are on a diet. I Love love love their root beer.

Always love the food here. I like that they switched over to compostable straws and that they care about the environment. Best fast food burgers and the onion rings are sooo good!

Good fast food. Yes more expensive then other fast food places however the food tastes like food and is not overly greasy.

Decent drive thru food that was quick. They missed a burger on our order but they did make it right by giving it to us later when we came back as well as some extra.

Except we couldn't understand his accent we enjoyed tje food. We had a teenburger, fish and chips

I would say it like an everage A & W slightly dirty friendly people working though and food has so far always tasted descent just like what you expect from fast food. Of course I don't like the paper straws but that can't be helped they are helping the environment but I just dislike drinking through paper XD but other wise ya don't hesitate to stop by this restaurant!

Very quick service and clean bathrooms. I think they need an expansion though for how much cartel they get compared to the space available.

Always fast service, they use your name instead of a number system so that's a nice touch of being personal.

The men’s washroom consistently wreaks urine. Impatient cashier. Need to do a better job cleaning up the place.
