They really take care of our pets. Due to situations like moving houses etc we had to leave them for extended stays and our pets came back all healthy. Our pets have now been going there for more than 7 years and it's always been a great experience to see them healthy and looked after

I took my dog here after explaining his issues over email (he's a rescue) and the assured me that they are use to nervous dogs and have worked with them before. I explained that this would be a trail run for when I'd actually have to leave the city and have him board and yet when I dropped him off they had no idea about the emails I had sent (even though someone had responded to them) so I explained again his problems and that this is just a trail run. I gave them his food and some other stuff to make him feel at home and told them to call me at anytime is anything was going wrong. When I picked him up the next day the lady at the desk got me to pay and then took us back to get him out of the kennel. He was terrified and covered in mud. We gave him a bath the minute we got back and the water was running off yellow as if he was covered in pee. Not only that but we looked in his bag and he was not fed. He was there for 24 hours and they did not feel him because he was "too nervous " and they where scared of getting bit. I understand not taking the chance but I should have been called, my dog should not have been starved when all they had to do is call and when I picked him up they didn't let me know anything. They acted as it all was fine. I would never recommend this place, unless you want your dog to be neglected.

My husband and I have been bringing our dogs to this kennel here and there for many years. We are always so satisfied with the care they provide, and these people genuinely love animals and care for them.

Great staff. Our dog loves he “vacation” from is there. Always comes home tired.

Great staff. Our dog loves it there. She gets in door and is crazy happy to see staff. When she comes home she has had a bath and is tired. All good things.
