When they have sales they need pricing on the products so customers know what their looking for when looking at sale charts because some products aren't always marked with pricing during sales

Good place, decent prices for decent quality. However it can be hard to be in the store for too long if you're sensitive to headaches from scents. It's VERY strongly scented in the store for obvious reasons. It's not a bad smell, just a very heavily perfumed smell.

Very helpful staff. When I filled my basket the worker came and took it to the front desk for me while I filled another one. The server was very helpful to find the specific products I asked for. Good job. Please get more Black cherry hand sanitizer spray - Thank you

Lots of selection but whoa way too much attention given. 5 sales people wanted to help me shop for soap? Like let me browse. I won’t be back

Took my 12 year old daughter and her friend last Saturday to the mall. They wanted to go into bath and body works to buy some lotions and potions. I was standing off to the side watching the two girls and letting them do their own thing and shop. I was given quite a few "strange" looks by the staff as if I was some weirdo.

They did ask me about 5 times if I was finding everything I needed, which I told them why I was there. Then they all relayed the info on their lapel mics quietly amongst themselves. I didn't hear what they were saying, but I certainly wasn't made to feel welcome. The girls were also asked many times if they needed a bag to do their shopping in. My guess is because they had other bags with them and that's their policy to cut down on potential theft. Because of all this, I won't be back, or my wife.

Great service! The staff was always ready to assist and were very accommodating when I had to return some of the items I bought because the scent was too strong, it gave me a headache. Would go back here again.

I was immediately greeted by one of the staff who informed me of all the deals, the $4.95 deal on body care stuff pulled me in, and they were friendly with their recommendations.

I was impressed with the level of service I got, fast and friendly answers, and how passionate the folks here are.

I got a ton of Vanilla Bean lotions, body butter, shower gel and handsoap.

Their till was well staffed and fast moving, the store is a well oiled machine.

I was in and out within 15 minutes of asking for help, getting recommendations and leaving.

I don’t usually write reviews unless something is exceptionally good or bad. I went today for the Black Friday deals, I knew it would be a long line up to get in and a long line up to pay. However the ladies working there were so prepared, efficient and SUPER helpful! Each lady at each station took their time to tell me the offers, helped me sample the fragrances, helped me figure out how to get the best deal with my purchases. It was the most pleasant and genuine experience! Thanks so much! I will be back!
