Called in to get info on one of the parts, when i asked can i have the part number simply refused to provide me the part number, then disconnected the call.

Don't lease a truck here they will make many false promises and not deliver on any of them.

First of all service is slow and important thing is staff is not accommodating they are kind of making their own rules and insulting customers for no reason. Especially there is a lady on front desk who is rude and usually work on night shifts.

Very nice place for tractor repairs. People are very friendly. Went there nightime. The lady that work at the service I think her name is Kim, she takes the time to help you out and she makes you you feel at home. Great place I stongly recommand it! Thanks Kim

They overcharge and sometimes brake something while repairing your truck, to charge you more. The funniest thing that they will not trade in VOLVOS. Wanted to buy another truck from them, but reading the Owner replies, Ill go somewhere else. Clearly, they just want you to buy and get the hell outa there

Had a belt tensioner going, Parts had it no problems there, asked service how many hrs to install. 1.7 hrs I did it myself in 20 minutes. Typical stealership

They make me loose my time. I call earlier to ask if they can check diagnostic for a check and abs light on. They told me to come here. I said I'm gonna be at 3pm. They said that's good. I arrive at that time. That's a detour for me to get here but I'm here at time. At the counter desk, they told me I have nobody before next morning, even for a quick diagnostic check with computer. They knew I was to arrive and told me to come here to serve me. Why did not told me he can't at the phone? I really didn't appreciated that. Lost a part of my afternoon and detour for nothing. Grrr. At least the guys was polite.

If you want a guaranteed $2000.00+ service bill every time you bring your truck in with an issue, this is the place to go.

Great people and great service! I also like that they use Chevron Delo Products vs Mobil Delvac like most Volvo dealers. It was nice to come in for warranty work, as an out of town guy, and be treated like I was a regular customer they see every week.

They charge way to much for a new truck and won't even give you enough for your trade in. They cater to big box office companies. And jerk around the independent truckers

The staff is friendly and they know there stuff. I like going there to deal with them. You have to wait sometimes but being busy is good thing for everyone. Good job boys.

Trucks were generally 20,000 over priced compared to other trucks I had seen that were less mileage and better condition.

Soo poor service, even if you wanna pay the bill you have to wait half an hour. Never recommend any one about them.

Serge Larouche and the other gentlemen I think his name was Kris was the most helpful and friendly Service Department I've ever dealt with.

Very slow. No respect for customers. 2.5 hrs to generate an invoice.dont mind the repairs labour time.plus 1 hr to pull truck out of the shop
