The staff at the store is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will assist you as best as they can in store.:)

My wife and I own a business in Winkler and have had no luck with MTS’ internet services. There are periods of the day where the internet simply doesn’t work, with no bandwidth for simple streaming of music and POS payments.

For how much we pay, we should be getting more than 2 MB/S. Even more, MTS says we have a wired fibre connection but doesn’t value our relationship enough to pay for installation. Instead, we are switching to the competitor who will value our business.

Absolutely terrible, recently offered me internet service, lied about what they could do, then brought up some fake charges from 2018, which I contested, then they sent it to collections anyway, bunch of scammers. Just a terrible company all together.

5th day without landline! 2 hours on hold - then 2 days for tech to come to look. Then told it's not at the house but on main line. Days have come and gone and still waiting! Quess bill won't be getting paid! NO SERVICE! - NO PAYMENT!

Spent over two hours on the phone trying to get my problem fixed. The tech support kept hanging up on me (or the line was dropped after being put on hold), making it impossible for me to get anywhere. I still have no tv. Would not recommend this company.

Bellmts has the worst customer service. Waited all afternoon to get hooked up with internet and tv. They did not show up or let me know they weren’t coming. Spent a lot of time on the phone and was told they came but I was home entire time waiting. Soooo frustrating

This is actually the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service, they multiple times miss appointments and force you to reschedule and wait up to 1-2 more weeks to get internet you booked for almost a month ago, absolutely awful. Had a past worker for mts put a router in a garage (for people who don't understand, this will DRAMATICALLY drop your wifi speeds) DO NOT RECOMMEND go to valley fibre instead

Disappointed with the lack of speed in my area. After a dozen years of 7 down and. 7 up they reduced my speed to 5 and. 5 and increased my monthly fee. I've dropped them because of their lack of service and don't think they'll ever see me as a customer again.

The service is just OK. When I did sign up for a phone with them they got on me for reading the contract.

I might just be sensitive but this seemed sketchy

Never had great service here. Last time I went in was exceptionally poor. Asked the saleswoman a question, and she couldn't give me a straight answer. Any further questions I had she gave me pure attitude. Ultimately I left being told I have to spend way more money. Will be switching providers when my contract is up.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both in store and over the phone, I can’t seem to find a single person that actually wants to help and keep business going. Even once I told the store manager I was thinking of finding a new provider because of how frustrated I was with the runaround I was getting, the response I got was “Oh okay. ” Would never ever recommend. Plan prices are far above average, terrible connection that goes on and off both with regular service and data coverage. Overall I cannot find something positive in this company.

Service is a little slow, they need to keep one desk only for bills, and pay as you go for fast service. Next lane for customer's that need new phones, or new contracts for slower services, some of us like to be in a rush and want to be in and out not wait 30 mins that's all. Otherwise good place

Not good phone plans in my personal experience compared to other companies. Where this place is really bad is the customer service and all the upcharges on your bill that you can't understand why.

Horrible go with Telus or Rogers instead. Wanted to put my phone under my name but apparently the only way to do that is to buy a brand new phone and wait 6 months or they will charge me $35 dollars to fill out a form and then wait a long time. Screw mts go with anything but mts.

Had the worst experience with Morden Bell, with my samsung watch, very rude staff, I cried all the way home. The one staff their called me a liar, and said i should go to telus. Winkler staff are much more polite.
